The management team at Cordevalle has been amazing while helping us move all the way from Hawaii. New to the area so we were looking for a place we can call home while we settle into the Round Rock area! Their attentiveness with getting back to you and answering everyone’s questions were amazing. You gotta think just three people tending to over 300 residents can be difficult, but they do exceeded my expectations! Great experience! And making the application process easy!

This places is AWFUL!! They sent some due amount to collection even though I knew nothing about it. When I handed in the keys I asked if everything was good and I didn’t owe anything and was told it was all good. This place is a dump and if you are by the highway I hope you are a sound sleeper cause it is like you are in a box right on the highway. Wish I could give them negative stars

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! We lived there for a year, and every maintenance request that I put in was never fixed, forcing me to fix everything. The customer service was terrible even after we called to get some things fixed, they said that they will see what is going on and never heard anything back from them even after I called back. After we moved outwe still have not received our deposit back after 4 months. They said it got send out by a third party before even confirming they had the correct forwarding address. Heather is a newer manager there and does nothing to help any issues we have. If I could give 0 stars I would.

This place has the worst management ever on the top the attitude except the very nice assistant. I was told you have no balance when I moved out and now some finance I have never heard of are asking me to pay an amount and when I asked them to provide me for the details of what I am paying for they just keep sending me a link to pay the balance. The funny thing is the send me another link saying good news here you can see the details and guess it was another way to pay the balance. I had a great experience with the previous management team and current assistant name Katelyn. She was so nice. Who ever wants to here place is so clean and good but the managements not so.

The place looks nice from the outside and on the inside but dont let that get you. Management is hot and cold, some are great and some are rude as hell.As most places do, you get a late fee for paying late, that is understandable except a few times they charged us even after we paid on time. They made it way to hard to be able to pay, and when we had any questions they were rude. There were people parking in spots that were not parking spots or in the handicap without tags and they did nothing. At move in, me and my husband were only given one key, when we called and asked for another one we were ignored, this also was the same with any maintenance issues we had, we just ignored everything, or fixed it ourselves until we could move out.We understand that no apartment is perfect, but some things are inexcusable. Go with your gut, but if you have any other option I would recommend going there instead.

I guess I shouldnt have moved in here because of how hard it was to even get approved. Even though I provided my bank statements, my employers verified my employment , and my pay stubs I still had to get a letter notarized. ( an associate lives in the same apartment and didnt need all this information ) I was put on the back burner for weeks and ultimately my apartment was given away and I had to get another one. At one point in time they told my roommate I wasnt approved. I gave it a chance because they did rectify the situation and make it right, I believe Brittany was the manager then. When I received the apartment is was not cleaned and mice droppings covering the closet and master bedroom floor, the carpet had not been cleaned and stained, the tub had been stained, and I had to have pest control come spray for ants ( I had not moved much in ). I made the best out of the situation because they treated for mice and the ants. ( never actually seen a mouse)Then someone broke into my apartment and stole things from me and released my dog out to the street. The manager found it after the dog running into someones apartment. From the start of the incident she was more so worried about my dog. saying that she would take her if I couldnt handled it, being supportive of what happened or so I thought. After she received my dog there was no follow up, I PAID to get my own locks changed and paid the unauthorized pet fee. After talking with my therapist she suggested that I get the dog back as it was intended as an ESA animal and I would need her. I let Heather know my intentions and that my Therapist would provide the proper documentation. Thats when she alluded that online ESA was not accepted ( as if I were lying ) and added fees for the dog. I didnt bring the dog back to the property until Jan 2 but she added a fee for the first because I took the dog from her husband that day.The apartment is not worth it, the hallways are always dirty and they pick and choose when they wanted to enforce the dog poop policy. Not to knock any other residents and I wont say any names but there a plenty of restricted animals on the property and it is my hopes she puts this much effort into having all the restricted animals removed. I filed a complaint with HUD but this needed to be heard.

Lived at Cordevalle apartments for 3 full 14 month leases and just renewed my lease for another 12 months. Maintenance is responsive and very helpful, I haven’t had much interaction with the main office team other than getting help renewing my lease for another term and the grounds are generally well kept. It’s a good place to call home and Heather made it pretty easy and as painless as possible.

I have lived at this apartment complex for a year and a half. If not nor the current pandemic I would have moved already. I have things that need to be fixed that has not been fixed since July. I offered to fix these things on my own for reimbursement no response. They forget to follow up on your requests, or completely ignore them. Work orders have been marked as completed, yet never set foot in my apartment. There are much better choices of apartment complexes in this area, this one is very much unorganized, including miscellaneous unsubstantiated charges.

I lived here for 3 years, in 2 different units, over the course of several management teams. I only moved due to beginning graduate school out of state, otherwise I could have likely been a resident here for quite some time. The most recent manager, Lissa, assisted me thoroughly with move-out items, even over the phone as I had to move out of state before my lease was up. My account was settled fairly and conveniently, I did not have to return in person or hassle anyone from afar for help. Kudos also go to maintenance. Any request I entered was addressed often times the same day, or the next day at the latest.

Moved here from out of state one month ago so didnt have a lot of time to shop around. The staff and management were very helpful and friendly when I leased the apartment but by the time I moved in, the apartment was under new management and everyone I worked with before was gone. The new management is not very friendly and pretty nonchalant about your needs and concerns. There were mistakes with my bill online and I had to call daily until it was resolved. The units and appliances are nice but small for the price. My unit is backed up to a cow pasture which brings in lots of bugs despite me requesting it to be sprayed and treated several times. Grounds are not well kept from all of the residents who choose not to clean after their dogs (especially in the back of the complex). The walls and ceilings are VERY thin. You hear EVERYTHING of the people above and next to you. This is the biggest irritation I have with the place. The clubhouse and gym area are nice, but they didnt think to put a water fountain or restroom in the gym area because after hours, access to restrooms are locked. Pool area is nice but too small for a large complex that has 12 buildings. Not horrible but not the best complex Ive lived in. Plan to leave once my lease is up...in 10 months :(

Ive had no problems in my apartment except for a few burned light bulbs which they replaced almost instantaneously. Excellent service and place definitely recommended!!

I lived at Cordevalle from 2014 to summer 2017 and for the most part enjoyed the experience. My apartment was nice and I loved the gym and pool area. If you want a place where it is quiet, move here! Also, the maintenance peeps are fantastic. If you work/are going to work at Dell, you can walk there in about 10 minutes as its right down the frontage road. Indeed, most people who live at Cordevalle are Dell employees. Speaking of the frontage road, you have insanely easy access to SH 45, I-35, and SH 130.Now, for a few gripes. Firstly, the lease. I ended up going month-to-month because I knew Id be relocating for work. Problem is they want a two-month notice vs. a one-month when youre not on a lease so I ended up paying an extra month for an empty apartment despite me leaving my unit in excellent condition. Finally, there was a management change in 2015. After that occurred, I noticed little things the managers did like cut corners on lawn care, remove cable TV from gym equipment, etc. Oh - and theres no getting out of the $25 valet trash fee. Id still recommend Cordevalle but maybe look around at some of the newer complexes in Round Rock if you arent working at Dell.

I would recommend moving here. I am moving but only because I need more space and the 2 bedroom is too expensive for me. Maintenance is very friendly and Ive never had an issue with a work order not being done in a timely manner. Terry and Erica seem very pleasant and have never been rude to me. before moving into the apartment I was getting nervous because there was a lack of communication very close to the day I had to be out of my old place. So I wasnt sure if my application was accepted or not. The day that I moved in my AC was not working. However, I was able to get a hold of emergency maintenance and it was fixed within two hours. MY main complaint would be with the trash service. They are supposed to come at 8 pm which gives people who work second shift a chance to get their trash out. They routinely come early which means I cant even use a service I am forced to pay. Also several times I hear ppl taking their dogs outside of my window at 6 am and they start barking really loud and excessively and the dog owners seem to not care and allow it to go on sometimes ten minutes plus. But if your looking for a great location, modern, stylish and clean community then I def would recommend this place. Also every once in a while they provide free breakfast on Saturdays or lunch and it is always delicious!

I moved in on December 1, 2014. I absolutely love it here! I have always received extraordinary courteous service from every person I have had contact with in the office and maintenance. They have always been johnny on the spot with my maintenance requests and even came on Thanksgiving Day when I was very very ill from radiation treatment. Then about an hour later, he arrived with a 4 course Thanksgiving Meal for me! The day was extremely cold and raining but still fixed my beeping fire alarm !!! and delivered that fabulous meal! I was told when I moved in I had an option of paying only $87 deposit when moving out instead of $500 like most places. My apartment was immaculate when I moved in and the only thing I noticed was the cracked tile by the cabinet in the bathroom...still no big deal though! The garbage collection is always nice too and they never leave a mess. I had an issue with yellow jackets and red wasps and the problem was taken care of in 2 days, which was reasonable. The wasps have not returned. I am very sad to see the bad reviews here and sorry others have not experienced the superior customer service I have I can only speak for myself...I love my home here and my sister has visited and she is going to seek an apartment here as well. While going through radiation my son was allowed to stay a few days and care for me too. I just cannot find anything but good in the people who manage my apartments and take care of the lovely grounds and mail area and maintenance issues.Thank you Cordevalle...Always proud to live here.

Luckily I never got to stay there.I was looking for short term leases when I toured this complex. The leasing agent wrote down the prices which were amazing. When we applied online, we didnt see the price, when I called, the agent told me she will adjust it.I applied right away. I had 11 days to find a place.3 days went by and I received a phone call. The previous renter still has belongings in the apartment and it would pros-pond my move in date. I told her I am not that flexible, while talking, I started again asking about the costs.Thats when the same agent told me that this is incorrect they dont have that special for short term, and that i might understood it wrong. NO DARLING ... YOU got it wrong because you even wrote it down for me.She told me she is new and she will reach out to the Property manager.Let me tell you about Lisa, RUDE and VERY unprofessional. She called me and basically told me, I am a liar and that I wrote all that myself. I can either push my dates and be more flexible OR I can move on.... Of course I never received my application money back.Upper Management is a shock - I am a Manager myself and I would never treat potential clients like this. They are so far from reality! Needless to say, I help people relocate to Austin for a living and I tell every single Client to stay far away from this property and all associated with it.

I relocated from Southwest Austin for work and have not had a great experience from Day 1. The apartments themselves are barely ! year old and nicely constructed. They are definitely insulated very well so that you do not hear your neighbors and the layout is pretty good. However for such a wonderful property the customer service level has not been acceptable at all. Initially when I moved in a unit that had never been lived in for 9 months, the unit had not been cleaned, the water had not been flushed and it was just not move-in ready. I had to take this to the team 3 times in order to get everything taken care of and then have a sit down with the manager for an hour letting her know of my disappointment in the level of customer service received on a brand new unit. Since then they are making changes but I send everything directly to the manager per her request any time I need something taken care of and am having a better experience now than initially. However I do not intend to renew at this point as this is my worst renting experience thus far and I have rented in Austin for over 10 years. Customer service is key if they want loyal tenants. Otherwise there are many other places to rent nearby.

Worst Experience Ever, unprofessional and disrespectful. Eviction notice because of 3 days of late payment on the wrong balance.I lived here for more than a year, I didnt have major issues until i Decided to move out. Ive reached the office in 2 month and gave notice that Im planning to move out in the mid of the month. So, at the beginning of the move out month, I checked online my balance and they charged me for the whole month, not the for dates that I will reside. In addition to that, they never added my referral bonus. I wrote email to the office asking to adjust the balance based on my moving out date and referral bonus. They replied that I need to come to the office and bring the check. After couples of days, when I returned home from the trip, i found EVICTION NOTICE for late payment, and that I need to pay full amount. WHAT THE F....? Ive lost count how many times Ive been woken up by them considering I work late night shifts. It seems like none of the owners train their dogs to behave at all. Ive made multiple complaints to the front office and they havent done anything about it except give warnings. This issue alone is whats making me want to find someplace else. Im not spending good money to be woken up by the careless neighbors that they dont even know how to take care of their animals.

I wish I could give NEGATIVE STARS!!! I live here currently. So I just moved here from another state and I work and travel so much that I hardly ever get to be at home. When I applied for this apartment I was promised a free Month (April) which was honored and $500.00 visa gift card. Well before I even moved in the property changed hands. I still spoke with agents there Erica, and Angela and Erica assured me that any promises made would be honor. April rolls around and I have a past due notice on my door for trash, NEVER got a bill or even notice anything was due. I called Erica asked that moving forward they let me know about those things before sticking notes on my door. My free rent for April was honored. So around April 24th 2015 I made an early payment because I already knew about how much my rent would be and that I had the $500 visa gift card and I told them to apply it towards the rent. Sure Ms. Wilson! Is what they said. I called on the 24th of April after I made the payment and talked to a manger Terry he assured me they had it and we discussed the payment I made so I was great! A few days later past the 1st of the month I logged in and I still saw a balance left over. I called and talked to Terry AGAIN, he says hell call back in 15 minutes. Needless to say I didnt here from him until today 5/12/2015 when they stuck a 655.99 bill in my door with late charges. Made me resend emails, very nonchalant, didnt really care and I could tell. I am SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO glad I kept the emails. Then he says before I could find the email that the property changed hands, insinuating that they didnt have to or want to honor it. The people to deal with are those who make mistakes and cant OWN IT. Own your mistake Terry because you knew, Erica knew and Angela knew about the gift card. Why would you honor the free month and not the gift card? They didnt fix it til I sent over the email. I made the worst mistake of my life moving here, DONT DO IT!!! Terry say hell call back and you wont here from him again until there is a FALSE bill stuck in your door. SHAME ON YOU TERRY!!!

Short version:The apartments themselves are only a couple years old and are nicely laid out with good flooring, counters, and appliances in the kitchen. Other residents primarily keep to themselves, and we didnt have any unpleasant experiences dealing with other tenants.Despite the above qualities, I would never recommend to anyone that they live here. My wife and I have both had a terrible time dealing with the office staff since the property was purchased by Internacional Realty -- Terry (Assistant Manager), Macy (Front Desk), and Erica (Manager). They are slow to fulfill maintenance requests, and charged us for cleaning on move-out without providing support for these charges.Long version:We were the first people to live in our particular unit. Unfortunately, when we first moved in we had to do a good amount of cleaning up of dust and construction mess left on our counters, floors, carpets, walls, inside our cupboards, on the tiles in the shower, etc. For the counters, there was so much residue left from construction that we had to spend several hours cleaning with a razor blade and cleaners to ensure that it was all removed. We also had a severe wasp problem on our balcony for several weeks and had to submit several work orders to try to get it taken care of properly. We went through six cans of wasp spray of our own as we waited for the issue to be taken care of. During this time (and regarding other issues), we spoke to Terry (Assistant Manager) in person about the issue. He was inconsiderate and treated us (particularly my wife) as if we were incompetent. He acted as if he was doing us a service just by letting us talk to him, despite the fact that it took several work orders before any work was actually accomplished. We moved primarily because of the poor service experiences we had with the office staff. Having moved into a dirty apartment, my wife and I made an extra effort to clean the apartment really well so that the next tenant wouldnt have to deal with it. My wife and my friend who came to help both worked as custodians for several years, so the level of cleaning was very thorough (wiped baseboards, scrubbed sinks, scrubbed tubs, wiped out drawers and cupboards, wiped out the interior of appliances, vacuumed in all corners of the rooms and along the baseboards with vacuum tools, swept, mopped, and made sure that there was no residue on any of the countertops or appliances, etc.). Despite all of this, we were still charged for cleaning after move-out. When we asked Terry for an explanation, he said The cleaning obviously wasnt up to our standards--otherwise you wouldnt have been charged. He then said he had photos to prove this, but has been unable to produce them because his iPad is conveniently dead every time we have been to talk with him about this.I would suggest that you document everything you do at this apartment complex carefully, because they will not hesitate to take advantage of you on move-out.If there are apartments available, I would advise that you move to Regency at Dell Ranch instead. Regency has new management since December 2015, and they have consistently delivered excellent customer service since the moment we moved in.

The apartments are decent, the management staff however is horrible. 3 major issues in 3 weeks, and the complex seems to always blame the renters, even when the proof points to the staff. I would definitely not recommend this place. They half *ss their work and try to find any and every loophole in your contract to make you pay. Their website has issues sometimes, this was even admitted to me by their management staff, and yet they still blame you when maintanence requests, or payments dont go through. Even after they admitted that this happens often on their website, again management staff admitted this, they tell you its your fault and their system is perfect. They have you move into an apartment with old appliances that break with minimal use, and then charge you hundreds to replace the appliances, in our instance they wanted to charge us $400 for an old microwave after only living here 3 months. Its how they are able to afford so much, they get it free from the renters. Horrible place. Stay away.
