Phenomenal job! I havent been to this location in a while since they remodeled. They did such a great job that I will keep coming back to this location! This was the first salon that had also done marble correctly as well! Super happy about the work done. Staff is friendly as well cracking jokes and communicating with all customers!

I love going to get my nails done here. They are always so friendly and my nails look great when I leave. They have tons of options, ideas and selections to choose from. I typically can get an appointment on the same day I call. They also have a reward punch card!

Had a 12:30 appt with my friend to get acrylics and showed up 20 minutes early. Got seated at 1:10 and some lady came in demanding to get her nails done immediately. They skipped my friend and another girl waiting to do this ladies nails. My nail tech left me after starting doing my nails to help the Karen that stomped in. We ended up leaving at 2:45 spending $50 each for poor customer service and subpar nails. Wont go again. They were sweet but not worth the time or money.

I had acrylic nails applied and they were super thick. The gel polish peeled and bubbled. I went back to have the gel polish fixed. The person who reapplied my polish, rushed and did a horrible job. My husband got a pedicure, and after we left the salon, he showed me the cuts on his toes. He also had pain from having his nails cut too short, and the lady kept digging into his skin. The photos show my plush after it was reapplied.

Absolutely love them. My first time ever going. The nail techs are super nice and do a really good job. They take their time and no pain!! Definitely coming back

They did an incredible pedicure! Very detailed and exact. The manicure they had some trouble with. They skipped steps and got the color I picked out wrong! I would go back I would just watch them.

My friend and I went to get full set gel nail, lease to say, we will NEVER go there again. The we both had the two men on the end and they were just rude and unprofessional. My friend got her nails short and the nail tech made fun of her for getting them short (more than once). My nails are clumpy, the nail polish is chipped in some areas and the acrylic is lumpy. The polish is not shiny and just looks like my 5yr old could’ve done better. The nails are not filed right and they are rough. There is glue all over my nails and my nail tech tried to take it off with a nail file and ended up cutting me. Do not recommend, I wish we could get our money back for the unprofessional job they did.

The person that did my pedicure was great. I was very pleased with him.However, my hand nail experience was awful. I made an appointment with Danny TWO WEEKS in advance because I had heard so many great things about him. Then about 5 or 10 minutes into him doing my nails he tells me someone else is taking over for him because one of his clients got there. I understand you want to keep your clients happy but I made an appointment and I expected the person I made the appointment with to do my nails. If you dont have the time for appointments then dont book them. Not only that but the girl who then finished my nails did a terrible job. The clear part on my french had white spots all over them and she did it a hurry and was not gentle at all. I contacted Danny personally afterwards and he said to go back in and they would fix them. I went in a couple of days later and when I asked for FRENCH which is what I had originally gotten both Danny and the girl that messed them up in the first place said they couldnt do that because it would take too long. Im sorry but if they messed them up in the first place I expect to get what I asked for. They just put a gel coat over my dip powder and my nails looked super thick. Overall I had an awful experience at this place. I had heard great things about it but they honestly offered me the worst customer service.

I absolutely recommend Rose Nails! They are beyond sweet, patient and really take their time with each person no matter if they r almost closing or not ....they will do their best! Tip them for their amazing work and service! Oh and prices are the best!!!!😍

I made an appointment to come get my nails fix after just getting them done here 6 days ago. All the stones fell off and one nail broke completely in half. After waiting 10 minutes the lady of the shop who is the boss states that she will help me. Today she must have been having a bad day and decided to take it out on me. Regularly shes nice and customer service oriented but today she was very mean and rude. She was rough on my hand and upon returning with the gel polish she slammed it down. After all of this happening she then refused to finish my nail. I was going to stay and let someone else do it but she kept running her mouth. I will never come here again. Ive never paid less than $65 a visit and that is only nails. I was offended and made to feel like I do not matter and will gladly take my business and money some where else.

Took my friend to get her a pedicure and manicure shes 5 and this was her first time. The lady explained everything she was doing and my friend loved it. I got my nails done by David not real talkative, but fast they look great. We will go here for now on. The place is clean and nice. Thanks Rose Nails. The nails were pretty for about 2 days. Just over a week later one nail has completely fallen off. Nail tech very unprofessional conversing with her coworkers the entire time I was in front of her. When I pointed out a nail tech as crooked she said my finger was crooked. Extremely annoyed spent $90 for my granddaughter and myself and mine are already coming off. Do not recommend this place

I drove an hour to come here because it was recommended. I am not happy with the service the nail tech made my daughter cry because she messed up one of her nails an he was rough with her! My pedi and my nails were very rushed an I didn’t get to relax! I will not be coming back an I will not recommend this place!

Today was the 2nd time that I have visited Rose Nails in a year. I really wish I knew the name of the technician who did my pedicure, because she was truly a cut above. I don’t think I have ever received a pedicure this good and thorough in the 14 years that I have been getting them. She was especially detailed on my cuticles, and when she massaged my feet she would grate off more skin if she felt a spot that she thought she missed. I also had my 6 year old and 4 year old daughters with me to get their toenails painted, and their technician gave them the princess treatment. I will recommend Rose Nails to anyone who will listen. 😊

These nails are completely horrific .The entire time I was getting my nails done it was painful she got glue all over my fingers and the dip powder went all over my fingers and she didn’t even clean them up. She said “it’ll go away on it’s own MAYBE. “ And she didn’t even take her time. It wasn’t busy at all, there was like one customer at most in there and she was done in like 10 minutes. I advise not to come here at all.It looks better after I fixed them up at home.

I went to this place wanting something natural looking for my wedding the guy starts with an ombré of pink an white acrylic an I knew right away I didnt like it but Im not the type of person to make someone do it all over just because I didnt notice that they werent doing what I wanted until they started, I just wanted nice nails for my wedding Im not a picky person an I liked my nail techs conversation an how he paided attention an ask if I was okay when he hit my finger with the nail file , but what really made me rate this place so low was that the person told me 50$ an that since I was paying with a card it would be 51$ so I said okay an was fine but after I had left an went to check my card it showed they charged my card for 61.48$!! Which Im not very happy about because that is 10 almost 11$ more that I was charged an not told about !!! So I do not recommend this place unless you are going to pay with cash !!!

Best manicure Ive seen on my lady since a super fancy salon we went to down in Austin Texas. Super nice people and reasonable prices... They take appointments although sometimes theyll just tell you when a good time to come in would be, only one so theyve been legitimately too busy to do a walk in and even then someone ran out to the car and said they be able to see her in 15 minutes while her hand soaked. Very friendly and professional atmosphere.

The person who did my nails did everything wrong den suggested I do gel nails Instead of regular polish and I paid more just for my nails to not be done right I wanted coffin shaped nails and my thumbs were nowhere near coffin shaped, I got cut ALOT he cut half my skin off and I got cuts on other fingers, and not only that my nails just looked terrible the design was terrible I waited a good 10 minutes to get my nails done just for the person who was doing my nails was in a rush and im absolutely livid cause I went home with having to pay for some over priced terrible nails IM NEVER GOING BACK THERE!! So if y’all ask me for a recommendation Rose nails would not even be a option.

Over all experience, execellent. The attention to detail and the empathy is great. I really appreciated that they recommend gel polish instead of acrylic for my nails, as I am clueless and have only had maybe 3 manicures in my life. Will definitely be back. It’s affordable, the staff is nice and welcoming, and loved my experience.

This was the WORST pedicure I have EVER had. I spent $25 for all of 5 or 6 mins worth of pedicure. She did not remove dry skin. The polish is sloppy. And there was no massage or pampering like Ive always had. I could have painted my nails for FREE!

Rose Nails is fantastic. They have great workers who, if you make them your regular nail place, know you by name. The quality of the nail is great. I bite my nails a lot and when they do my full set my nails wont fall of until its time for a fill. Love Rose! Highly recommended!

Ive been going to Rose Nails forapproximately ten years. Last week was the worst pedicure Ive ever had. There are new owners and the nail tech was beyond rude, and the pedicure was sub par. This is my second time with the new owners and it will be the last. It didnt look very busy for a Friday afternoon either. I always tip 20% and pay before service is started.If I could give zero stars I would.

I really love and appreciate the owner here!! She did my acrylic/gel fullset quicker than anyone else ever has and they lasted a full 4 weeks. I appreciate great people and great service like you find at Rose Nails. Will definitely be back. 🙌

First! All I wanted was a fill. I wasnt aware that I was getting gel instead of regular polish then was charged 35$. Sorry but That is unexceptable. Ill go back to my regular salon where a fill is only 15$

I love getting my nails done here. I usually only manage to stay at a place a few time because they do good at first then stink later, whether it be work quality or attitude. But I have been going here for quite awhile and I love the art that the guy does! The prices are very reasonable too. I had them mess up on them once, they redid them that day for free.

Supurb customer service and talented people. Their prices are reasonable, and they do several types of manicures and pedicures. The shop is very pretty after the remodel as well!

They always make you feel comfortable and they do great nails and great pedicures and manicures and they are polite and they will fit you in if any way they can Ive been going there for almost five years and I love them all theyre great people I do great things so if you ever want to go to Roses Nails thats a place to go.

I took my wife there about 2 weeks ago and the nails still look like they were just put on well worth the hour and a half drive it takes me to get there. Would definitely recommend to my friends and family.

Im very disappointed in the manicure I received 9 days ago, I asked for a manicure n my understanding what that was is * cuticle moisturized, * cuticle trimming, * cleaning of the nail, * trimmed excessive skin around the nail, * the nail to be filed in the shape you wanted, * and then polish to be applied of your choice, correct me if Im wrong but Im pretty sure thats what a manicure is, what I received wasnt close to any of this, what I received was: * sitting down, being convinced to do dip nail polish which I had never had before I asked for my nails to be filed round what I received was square after stating I wanted round 3xs then the tech proceeded to do them square she put the dip color on without pre treating the nails such in a way that is stated above and the tech stated the dip polish would stay 3 weeks to 1 month it did not stay even 2 weeks the dip polish was so thick it made my nails look like i had thick colored harden goo on my nails when i asked if it was suppose to look like this they stated it was suppose to look like this, last night which Marks 9 days after receiving this so called manicure the dip polished harden goo started popping off i am completely discussed in how my nails look n feel my fingernails are paper thin, they hurt, the nail on my fingers is ruined they are scuffed up n peeling as if my fingernails have been grinded down to the actual skin that lays under ur nail bed, I will never go back in to have dip nails put on n will never go back to Rose Nails in Rogers next to Subway sandwich shop because 1 I didnt receive a manicure officially and my real nails are ruined n I will have to let them grow again till all the ruffled nail is gone before I can even attempt to have my nails done any where else this is ridiculous I have been to several nail places n had a real manicure never once I have I been so disappointed

The salon is super busy on Fridays and Saturdays, but I schedule my appointments for Mondays thru Thursdays and never have a problem getting, getting the old gel removed, and a gel manicure. Cheri and Danny are great, the others are too I am sure, just been lucky enough to get the owners every time I go.

Worst place to go to for your nail. They dont know the difference between hard gel, soft gel and gel polish. U ask them for a full set of gel nails and will get acrylic with gel polish and they use mma witch is illegal when used on nails. This place is a joke.

My mom and recently went and tried the dip nails that we had been excited to try for the first time and we were very disappointed. They didnt clean up my moms nails around her fingers where there was some color on them and mine looked like I had painted them myself at home...very unpleased...wont be going there again.

The only place Ill go to get my nails and toes treated. Best price for the service.

Worst customer service. Did not stick to appointment time. Apparently you dont receive an actual manicure when you get the dipped powder. However you pay more than a manicure. They expect you to know this with no signage. Then they ask you if youre always unhappy. I shouldve walked out before I did.

I have always been their but lately the lady in there is not nice gives you attitude.Now they charge 40 dollars for refill and they dont even last that long and when you go back to get it fixed they are in a bad mood and give you attitude never going back again.

I havent had my nails done for a couple years and my sister recomended me to go there, well ill never go again. The young ladie that did my nails was sick blowing her nose while doing my nails. She was in such a rush that there was paint all around my nails and under them. My fingers were still glued to the nails. I didnt notice till an hour later once they were completely dry that you could see the thin spots in the paint. When i called the next day they said they would redo them or refund my money, but when i got there refused to let me speak to the owner/manager, And insisted that i pick another color and dinied my refund. While they were redoing my nails it was obvious that they were talking about me in a foreign language when all of them understand and speak English perfectly. I recommend paying more for better quality service somewhere else! Thanks!

Not a good experience had bad nail sevice I felt like the person that did my nails didnt do them the best and they didnt turn out to my liking and I felt like the person was in a hurry and not nice at all so I had to cut my nails down and deal with them.

Went in to get gel nail polish of 2 colors with poka dots. The technician i had did to my opinion a very poor job. The poka dots bled and are streaky, some of them were done to close together and are just big lump sums of color. Over all not at all happy with them, but for $35 im not in a hurry to strip them. I will say though that there were 2 gentleman in there with very real talent. I just happen to get the short straw.

The husband owner is the true artist. He takes his time and did my nails just like i like them. The wife rushes you a little too much and is a little pushy, shes funny and nice but didnt my nails done tight the first time and it feels beacuase she was rushing. The pedicure person was messy and left my feet with alot of dry skin. I kept asking him to fix that but he either faked he didnt understand me or just didnt care because he walked out o ce he was done with my feet.The toenails were not painted right twice. The place is gorgeous and clean. I will keep going for my nails with the husband though.

The nail place wasn’t that good , my aunt and my mom and i went today , and they were very busy . they took about 3 hours to do all of us . my manicure (which took like 20 minutes) and about 40 minutes with my mom and aunt . then my aunt got a manicure and they were supposed to be the same color as the one on her feet but on her fingers it was darker . they’re very uneven thick and they hurt her . the service there is ok not the best . people who made appointments and were there early , didn’t get to first . the people who barely walked in got whatever they needed . in conclusion i really wouldn’t recommend going to that nail salon .

My mom and I went there to get mani/pedis for my wedding. The lady kept getting up to answer the phone and talk to other people so it took a while. When she put the top coat on my nails, the product was stringing out of the bottle and she was struggling to get it on the brush. When my nails dried they had bubbles all over them. She re-did them and they looked the same. She sent someone over to do them again, this time I did a solid color(instead of the french that I had already paid for) because I was running out of time. He was sloppy removing the old polish and when he was done the color was streaked, there were long strings of cotton on my nails and paint all over my hands. When I showed her this, she asked me if I wanted them done again. I told her I didnt have time because I had already been there for over 2 hours. She gave me a patronizing smile and told me to relax. Infuriating. The next day I went to the beauty college and the student got it right the first time. Too bad I wasted my time and money at Rose Nails. Never again.

I went to rose nails about a week ago and I got a fill done and paid $40 cause I supposedly got gel nail polish. So then 4th day I have my nails the polish starts chipping off?? Like what this has never happened to me even with regular nail polish! Beside the fact that I paid $40 for a Fill!! I am very disappointed in there services.
