Granted i didn’t have an appointment, but i walked in 20-30min after opening. not very busy. they had me sit down & soak for about 20min.. sped through my pedicure to cater to other customers. when i mean sped thru, i mean she spent less time working on my feet, than the amount of time i was soaking.. currently watching another employee give a pedicure, really taking his time & the woman that did mine is taking her time on another.. kinda upset about my experience.

They are all amazing ladies that work there. They all work hard to make sure you are completely taken care of! ❤

Went in for a gel manicure. The gentleman who did it clipped, shaped and cut cuticles but did nothing else. I’m not a professional but of All the places I’ve ever been they add stuff to remove cuticle and oils to help hydrate. Then the coloring on the nails well I think the pictures speak for themselves. I told him the edges were showing and he files the edges and tells me if he goes any further down it will cause polish to come up??? Took him less than 20 minutes to complete my complete manicure. Will not ever be returning and telling others to avoid this place. I could’ve done a better job and that’s saying a lot. I just wanted to pamper myself before having baby. Oh well you live and learn.

David has done my feet for years. They are great bunch of people, and I enjoy my time there. Always go back

Left there with a bloody finger where he sanded my skin, then clipped the end of my finger with clippers then cut my toe. Good grief!!! Have had to use antibiotic ointment on foot hoping it won’t get infected. His name is David if you go avoid him at all costs!!!! Wish I had gotten pictures at the time of service

Why include an eyebrow service if they don’t know wth they’re doing. Screwed up my eyebrows that I let grow out for 4 months. Sooo not worth it

The staff are kind and accommodate walk ins (but you should probably make an appt on weekends). Its the only place I use for mani/pedis!

I will say the staff was friendly but I did leave very upset. I never do anything for myself so I was super excited to get my nails done for myself I asked for medium length and she cut them to the skin short on most of them. I asked for gel 3 times but she still used dip. Two of my nails are slanted she rushed through the set in 20 min. There is color on my skin. I also have a cyst on the top of my hand/wrist that I’m very self conscious about and worried medically about that she poked and pushed on not once but twice and tried a third time before I mentioned what it was. I could tell she knew I was upset but I thanked her paid and cried all the way to my car.

This is a nice salon. They did a good manicure and pedicure. my thumb nails were cut a little too short but other than that it was a good experience especially for my first time getting a pedicure. I never have seen them use hot rocks before but it was kind of nice. They have nice back massage chairs that give you a massage while you get a pedicure. The only thing I wish is that I could find a nail salon where they speak English. I hate being at a place in America and they will not speak English.

The have been doing my nails for the past four months!!! The do amazing Job and take their time. Also very good Customer service! The also do my Eye Brows and The are so beautiful when the are done. Also my favorite one do my nails is GA.

I am not from here but came with my mom on a visit. My pedicure was decent but my mom sat with her fingers wrapped the entire time waiting for someone to do her dip the entire time I was getting my pedi. Four other women came in at the end of my pedi and were started on right away while my mom was still waiting to be helped. There was a woman washing knives in the hand sink and a woman playing on her phone while this was happening and the woman playing on her phone was incredibly rude to a passer by who stopped to ask some questions. Highly disappointed with the customer service.

Great service Don and Lisa have a wonderful staff and they do a an awesom job. All are so friendly and sweet. Highly recommend them. They pamper their clients.

Absolutely fabulous experience.The salon was clean, and the staff was friendly, and courteous . Kevin did a great job with my mani-pedi and was pleasant. The massages chairs and equipment were new and the decor tasteful. I was a walk-in and they were very accommodating. 100% recommend!

Paid extra for tension relieving massage for my pedicure, when it was only 2 minutes i asked about the extra time. Gi was very rude and starting mouthing about me to her daughter and co workers. Definitely not relaxing or stress relieving. Will not refer her or their pedicures to anyone.

Wanted a French manicure with acrylic tips... The lady in front told me to sit and relayed what I wanted to a employee named Kevin. He never asked what I wanted and set to work...ended up with my normals nails painted no tips. He messed one up and had to redo it, its not even been 24 hours and most of my nails are chipped and two are already flacked off.. Not worth the $40 8 should have bought $5 Press on nails from the store.

Nice place to get your nails done

The ladies here do a really good job. One day I got the gel color and it chipped in less that a week so I went back and one of the ladies fixed it, apoligize and didnt charge for fixing it. The customer service is also outstanding. Best nail salon near Pleassant Crossing.

Wifey said that the job fell apart very quickly, shes in Germany and has bandaids on 6 of her nails.

Once I found Regal Nails, Ive never been anywhere else! I have been going for close to two years now. I love the quality and I love the staff even more!
