Please look at the photos. I just had the most painful pedicure of my life. I walked away with bleeding toes and jagged nails. Employee cut my skin several times with those little scissors, and removing my cuticle felt like she was ripping fresh skin off my foot. I’ve had many pedicures but none have hurt like this! I think the employee needs more training on a proper pedicure.

Went there before going on vacation to the beach for a pedi and a manicure.The pedicure was not super bad, but not with the expected quality for the price I paid. Not a long massage. I had gel polish that did not last long, after 3 beach days I needed to redo it.But the worst was the manicure. I had an acrylic and gel. Not a single nail was the same size or shape, also the acrylics were not the right size for my fingers, and they were poking on the sides. The tech that did my manicure was more interested in her cellphone than doing a good job. Also I stayed there for nearly 2.5h!!!! For the worst job Ive ever paid.Dont go there!

First time here. My daughter and I did walk-ins on a holiday. Even though they were busy we didn’t have a long wait. Both ladies did an Excellent job on our nails. And did what we wanted with no hassle. They turned out fantastic and reasonably priced!!

Very friendly, great service, and very efficient. They got me in and out for both services quickly so I could make another appointment without having to come back.

Karina did my pedicure tonight. Very nice and gentle, took her time even though it was nearing closing time. I will be requesting her for my pedicures from now on.

Eve is great no matter what or how difficult it is she always try’s and looks better than the picture I’m a difficult girl lol

Horrible experience, thought I’d try again but this time I bled and now I have a sore finger and toe. Technician thought it was a good idea to put lemon on after that…. He also painted the skin on my toes so they had to be fixed. The lady that did my nails was rushed and it took them 2 hours to do my nails. She kept answering phone and doing other things. My manicure consisted of sticking my hands in too cold water for 5 min… apparently the color I picked was a custom color…. Interesting. Not worth the 147 dollars AT ALL will not be back. I really tried to chalk it up to one bad experience but this one solidifies the fact that I won’t be. And I’ll for sure not send anyone this way.

I asked for something and the tech was very honest with me and told me it wasn’t her favorite brand but if it’s what I really wanted she would do it. One of my favorite nail salons in NWA! Everyone is so nice. John does my nails and is AMAZING. My nails are ALWAYS perfect. I get acrylics and he is very gentle with my nails. Super clean, super fast, and worth every penny. You most definitely get what you pay for!

Ive been going there since they opened. I had one problem last year they did fix. Their customer service is ok..id appreciate being offered a beverage but I greatly appreciate the fact that they do provide one. That plus the good quality of their work, esspecially Ryan is what keeps me coming back.

I got acrylics from John N & i’ve gotten my nails done with him a couple times. I’ve never been disappointed. Today he used his signature powder named JN & its such a beautiful color & very good quality! Favorite color now! He is the BEST!

I’m so disappointed in my nail service. I left with my skin peeling from over soaking in acetone. My polish is thick and uneven. I’ll have to have them redone later this week. What happened to this place?

I had Paul as my Pedicure tech and his lovely wife Evie as my Nail tech. Both were kind, courteous and amazing! Went in today for my first Mani/pedi for my 30th birthday and they treated me so well!! They went above and beyond, highly recommend this place! Great, relaxing atmosphere, great individuals and great service!! Definitely coming back and tell my friends!!

Their prices on the website don’t match with what they say in-store. They close at 7:30pm today Wednesday we got there at 6:05pm with appointment and did the job rushed! The lady who did my nails. I don’t know what her problem was but she did not treat me well at all. She was rough with my hands and even made my finger bleed. I’m not exaggerating. The only good thing that happened was that my nails turned out good.

I hope that Uptown expected me to leave a review. First of all, I asked for a shiny buff and if you do not have the material, a professional action to take is to let the customer know. I would have canceled my appointment if you told me that in advance.Secondly, the nail technician (he followed by a she) was incredibly inexperienced and did not know what to do and completely ruined my skin for a simple manicure (I came out BLEEDING on 3 fingers)- btw, I do not have dry skin which is what the technician told me to cover up the mistake she made. I walked out without paying but if you are this stores owner, you should carefully think about who you hire and how to educate on both technique and customer service.Worst nail place I have ever been to in town. Unbelievably disappointing experience.

I loved the new management over this nail salon. My experience was marvelous, if you want good quality nails. Totally recommend here, ask for Vy or BB. These guys know there stuff and will communicate with you over how your nails look to you so if they need to be shaped a certain way or one nail seem longer than other. This place thrives on making your experience great.

Kyle was incredible! He was precise & a perfectionist with my gel manicure (even tho he knew I only had about 35 minutes!!) Super super impressed. First manicure I’ve ever had where none of my cuticles bled. Wish I could post a picture!

I made an appointment at 6. Came In had waited 45 minutes still no one had done my nails. i kept asking when they would get 2 me keep telling 7 more minutes. then when i decided 2 leave no one said 2 words 2 me . No apology no nothing i wont be going back

If you want super bad service this is the place.Dont bother with making an appointment cause this place just doesnt know what means.Someone please explain the American way, when take the time to make an appointment, you make sure whoever is assigned is ready at that time you made the appointment. This is the second time this has happened .The first time the manager had the nail tech working on two people at one time . What??!Who does that .I wont give it a third try.Odd thing is , other clients that come in and I overheard saying are you be going to be truthful and tell me how long the real wait is going to be.Im done.

I come here regularly because of the chemical free services offered. I did have to wait a while once when I had an Appt before but I must’ve come on an off day when they were swamped. Other than that I always have a good experience. Just be away they have their busy times like any other business.

I have been to this nail place several times. I loved it when i first got there, but my most recent visit was a disaster. I picked my dip color and the man did my nails and when he was done, all of my nails had big dips and bumps in them. I asked him why they looked like this and she responded “bc of the tips”. I told him my nails have never looked like this and I payed for them and still have him a tip just for the work. I was unhappy with them and then they started falling off. I got them done last thursday and the first nail fell off on saturday. 2 more nails have fallen off since then. It is now Monday. I plan to go this evening to get them fixed. I am hoping the fix them all for free because this is the worst set i’ve ever had. I usually love this place but this is not ok.UPDATE: I went in and they were extremely nice to me and redid my whole set for free. Thank you so much!

This is the third nail salon I’ve tried in NWA. I have gone to Cindy’s and Lavande, prior. Adella is the best by far. Reasonable price and they did my Dip nails. They are shaped perfect and Kim did an awesome job.

Very nice place and I will be back. Id have given a 5 star if my nail stylist would have understood enough English to shorten ALL my nails instead of just 1 nail. I will request someone different next time.

I went to get a mani and pedi for my wedding and the woman who did my nails was AWESOME. She did probably 8 coats of glitter on my toes so they would really sparkle ♡ and she chose a wonderful pink for my hands when the original color I chose wasnt what I was expecting. My girls and I always choose this place above everyone else!

I enjoyed my time there. Got a Pedi and Mani and full set of nails. I have had my nails on for five weeks and they are still strong. Going back today to do a touch up.

Horrible experience from the gentleman who claims to be “The Owner” He was rushing through my service and was hurting me that when I asked him to please stop rushing so I could enjoy a service I was paying for. He started to argue with me. He was so horrible and the 7 mins he worked on my feet he has left them raw and hurting! I’m thankful I stopped my pedi cure before he hurt me any further. He continued to come back and try to explain that he was not rushing and was very aggressive with it that my friend had to step in causing her to cut her Pedi short. He made some very hateful comments to me also! I used to be a regular at this nail bashop because I loved it and everyone here! But the person who “claims” to be the owner...I WILL NEVER Step foot in his or any other salons period! Make sure if you go...make sure you don’t get the so called “owner” his horrible at pedi’s and his customer service...not even words for it!

Terrible dip manicure.Completely messy and just a horrible job. Don’t go to this place. Completely frustrated and they have awful customer service.

I was referred here by a friend who swears by this place and was very dissapointed with how my nails turned out. I got a full set and they were so thick and looked terrible, I came in the next day to see if they could fix them since one of the ladies said i could come in within a week and get them fixed for free. The lady at the front desk was unbeliviably rude and unhelpful. She also told me the person that did them would have to fix them, well obviously they didn’t do a good job the first time so i don’t trust them to fix it. I then tried to call and speak with some one else and she answered and had the worst attitude, i’m in shock at how rude she was and that she was a manager. I spent $50 there and they couldn’t even treat me with respect i will definitely not be coming here again. I’m not one to complain but I am so frustrated!!I changed the review rating because after i left the owner contacted me and was more than happy to make this experience right and he also treated me with the upmost respect. he really cares about what his customers think and values their feedback. he was nice and professional the entire time. I am more than happy with how he treated me and overall he completely changed my experience.

We made an appointment for 345, waited for an hour for a pedi, and at 445 they finally came to do the pedi but they close at 5.... disappointed, we just left :-( wouldn’t reccommend

Fabulous experience!

Adellas is a very friendly nail bar. I highly recommend them with how nice they are and make good covorsation.

My technician did not speak any English. My nails were cut entirely too short and not shaped to my liking because he did not understand what I asked for.

Not a good experience. The lady cut my cuticle and then the dip was so awful I can see broken pieces of the brush and sanded particles in the clear coat.
