You were a life saver today! My new Lenovo laptop was not charging - first to Best Buy where I bought it, they werent helpful, then to Lenovo support - they wanted it sent back - 2 weeks without my work computer! You suggested it might be the charger so I brought it in and you diagnosed it as a bad charger. 2 hours vs 2 weeks and you didnt charge me for the diagnosis! Thats great service! Thank you.

Ive done business with these guys for years, they are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They can be trusted with any repair involving your smart-phone, tablet, or computer! Their pricing is fair and reasonable also!

We arrived at this location to see if my computer could be repaired. Google as well as the springdale location indicated that they opened at 10. When i informed them that there was no one there, the springdale location indicated that he had just spoken to the employee and that they would be there soon. It is important to note that when inquiring for an ETA for soon, it was 30-45 minutes later. Therefore, i recommend calling before you just show up. Based on this experience, i decided that i couldnt trust them with my laptop and took my business elsewhere.

Dave was able to fix the problem with my older HP and get it running again. Service was fast and professional.
