SERIOUSLY THE BEST PLACE I went to Best Buy bc the flap that makes my surface pro stand broke. EVERYTHING still works it just couldn’t stand. The guy didn’t even look at my laptop he just said oh sorry we can’t do anything bc you don’t have a protection plan. so I went to these guys. this guy looked at my laptop and saw how it was working figured out which laptop it was without even asking and gave me options real life options and was so honest about the risk of replacing the whole thing. Then he looked at it again and I kid you freaking not he popped it back into place. He was so nice 10/10 would recommend. I will say they are a little hidden but just as an indicator they’re right next to pet land

When my laptop crashed, I started looking for someone who could diagnose the problem. My first stop was Best Buy and their geek squad service where I was told that all was lost and it would cost over $600 to attempt data retrieval with a very slim chance of success. My next stop was just across the street with Digital Mechanix where my issue was given top priority. I went back to Best Buy to purchase a external drive and all of my files were retrieved and safely stored. I can’t thank them enough. They were a pleasure to work with and very knowledgeable. Absolutely saved the day for me! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!

12/10 Would recommend this business! My computer was nearly destroyed and they fixed it very fast and were so personable. I turned it in on a Monday and they were finished it that Thursday! They were very transparent with the pricing and responded quickly when I requested a quote. I’m a young college student and they were very professional and really cared about my issue. They even reached out a few days later to check up on me. Awesome business and will recommend to anyone who asks.

I needed more storage on my computer. Being a Architecture Student in need of a quick solution to my issues so close to finals I was in a panic. Preston was extremely helpful. I called Friday and got my computer in and out on Saturday. He kept me.in the loop of what would be the best route to go and even called a couple days later to see how the computer was performing (flawlessly) as a part of his customer service. This was a very good experience when compared to all of my interactions with any business. Ill be taking my laptop next.

My phone screen was broken and I needed it fixed sooner than other businesses allowed. These guys arranged to pick my phone up when I was at work and bring it back to me before my day ended. They were super nice, flexible to work with and affordable. I will be using them again!

My Ipad is about 10 years old. I wasnt able to turn it on, because I had forgot my password. I didnt remember the original password or email account it was set up under. They figured it out in about 15 minutes. Now I can use my Ipad again.
