My appnt time was 2am, thats when they begin to recive reefer loads. Checked in at 1:35 out with all pprwrk at 2.30. Unbelievably quick for reefer loads. Do not check in earlier than 30 min prior to your appointment. Parking on the street. Some times you can get stuck when theyre busy, but still its 3 hours max.

This may be the single McLanes that I have ever dealt with that actually functioned normally. Was in and out in under 2 hours with no hassles at my appt time. Courteous folks and nice setup. Plenty of room to manuever.

Theyre probably low on workers. Sitting 2 hours at the door and havent start to unload yet. Kinda very slow and all you can hear from receiving office is, we are busy and thats about it.

Dont come in early because you will sit. They got a staging area if waiting on a door or get here early no parking after empty. Doors arent bad to get in unloading depending on what you delivering about average.

Very nice staff i have delivery here is very super fast he takes 20min for unloading and paperwork everything is done very nice place for delivery

Hi, Mclane teamThe driver is following all the rules, he is wearing a mask and is even staying in the truck. You guys should follow driver’s appointment time if the driver follows its own rules. If you can’t follow the appointment time then why do you even make an appointment. The driver has to wait for 3-4 hours. When the driver is checking again, you guys are repeating the same thing “stay in the truck”.If the driver is following it’s rules then you guys should also follow your rules. Plz respect the driver. No thankfull service with Mclane team.

Always fast to get you out the door. Come early and they can vet you in sometimes. Parking is very easy for trucks. Just hard to find for a newbie. Small signs. Normally here about a hour or two but not bad place. One bathroom.

Great place to deliver. I had a 2am appt which is when they open and start refer receiving. You need to check in and they will give you a door and you real the seal and toss it in the back, then walk the paper they give you inside and open your dock door and put the paper in the folder or give it to the unloaded if he is there. When you get a green light go inside to get the paper and bring it back to receiving and they will give you your signed BOL’s. I was unloaded and on the road by 2:50 after checking in at exactly 2am. Not really any overnight parking here. A few trucks can park on the driveway before the gate on the right side if they leave plenty of room to get in gate. There is a side street across the street that several trucks were parked on but you run the risk of a parking ticket.

Had a 4 am delivery checked in at about 2:30am out by 3:45 with a$55 lumper fee. First time here and refreshing to see a company that doesn’t waste a driver time

Refer loads receiving opens at 0200. Absolutely no overnight parkingThe drivers that park on the right side in the fire line block the entrance. Then act like they have no idea why, when giving a station. McLane trucks are in the left lane and have gate passes. Inbound Drivers check in on right side. But due to most of the drivers that think they can overnight park....not wanting to follow directions or read block right side and cause delay. Quick unloading as soon as you bump dock they start.

I cant really rate them yet. I just applied and wanted to know how long does it take to get hired on. I see good rating but I think there mostly for truck drivers. Me and a fellow friend just applied and currently waiting for a call back or a email. So yeah

Arrived here at 8:30pm the night before my 3am appointment. Managed to park in their driveway. It is small so if you arrive later there may already be trucks parked in the drive. There is a gravel lot with lots of parking down the road. Gate opens at 2am. Upon check-in received a door and was finished within an hour.

Might be I was lucky this morning....Appointment time 4 am. Arrived 11 pm previous night. The yard is big enough but if you come late, you can face a line of trucks filled short driveway entrance. An intercom at entrance is not answerable till 2am.At 2 drop arm is up and trucks coming in.Got door right away, 40 minutes later signed bills in hands.Be AWARE, THEY DO NOT ACCEPT CASH! CHECKS ONLY!!!

Was anticipating being here for a while as I read the other reviews first. To my surprise I was in an out of here in 30 minutes and the lady at the counter was very nice and professional maybe she was having a good day or maybe she receive some training. Either way the stop went s theyre supposed to I have no complaints.

This place is slow as hell

I stopped by to drop off a transfer load from Tracy and it took me longer to back up my truck to the door than it did to unload me I was surprised And pleased they seem to be organized and willing to get some work done here I did notice that the use lumpers here so you can expect a lumpers fee just a quick heads up also I found a small am/pm truck stop with some parking like two exits south of of this shipper

Its a whole different story when your lumper fee is pre-arranged. Show up on time and you are golden. No parking overnight so dont ask but you can park for a little while.

Great place to deliver to. I showed up at 0200 for an 0300 appointment. They gave me a door right away and they had me unloaded by 0400. Lumper fee was only $55 for a full load. No parking allowed at McLane but there is a big dirt lot on the other side of the interstate on Old 215 Frontage Rd.

4 star because everyone I encountered here was nice. Had an 0400 appointment, checked in at 0330, was givin a door, took 4 hours to unload my floor stacked finished paper goods. Was able to park at the entrence over night starting at the fire hydrant. Enough room for a few trucks. Just leave a enough space for others to get to gate and pass through. I noticed a dirt lot there, but it was blocked off. I would suggest to try to arrive as early as you can to get a parking spot, and for the love of God, dont litter so we can continue to use that space for parking. Hope this helps first timers.

K, here we go!!! Drivers there R about 4 to 5 truck parking on the right side get there early. (Overnight Parking) On Sunday they start at 0200. If you are there make sure to start checking with the intercom at 0200. If not drivers dont care they will drive right through u. Even if you have a 0500 appt try going into the office . All they will tell you is come back a hour before your org appt. U can park on there property until your time. Rec a little rude but what the hell majority of the time they all are. Right! Make sure to pull red handle that release the roll up door. Then lift up and place paperworker on first pallet. Make sure to get that same PW back becuz u need it to CK out.GB, Everyone.

I had a very good experience here. My appt.was for 8:30am Friday. And they let me back into a door at 6:30am they goto lunch between 630a-7am. I believe its best to get here as early as possible. The stop unloading dry freight at 10:30am.The ladies are so much faster then some Walmart. OMG this place is awesome..verses some Walmarts. So I give them a 5 star. The girls in the front counter are easy going and easy to get along with..just go in and be pleasant with them and you will get and in and out easy. Nice place. Girls make it easy. .

I dont know about the other reviews but thats not the experience I had at this warehouse the experience from beginning checking in from getting the paperwork to the dock workers to them getting my load off and me getting my paperwork and leaving was a total of check in at 2:30 appointment was at 3 got out of there at 4 430 so my experience and all I cant give that IA everythings not perfect but if I could I would give it all perfect score
