I have come to this facility 5 different times. Even when it is busy there is an ability to get into a washer and dryer. The use of debit cards makes it great as well as the fact it takes coins. Place is always well kept and not nasty dirty.

The place was clean as usual. The wash wash was good. Didnt have to wait. The dryers were not working as usual. Most of my clothes didnt dry after spending a dollar and a half in each dryer. I like the place so I will go back and give it another chance.

I have been coming to this location for years and I must say it has started to go down hill.The 2 gentleman that used to maintain it were so kind and kept it spotless.The last 2 times I was there it was filthy and the machines were dirty.Not to mention no one was wearing a mask and it was packed in there.I will have to find a new favorite spot.

I must say this place is awesome 👍 This is my first time here its clean and the attendant that works in here is the helpfulness, kindness person he carried my clothes in for me and showed me how to use the washers and dryers with the credit card it was BEST experience in laundromat washing Ive had ever HAD!!!I WILL BE BACK!!!

I actually go out of my way to come here. On the days when the line drying just won’t cut it. It’s a smaller space but super clean and they have two doors to go in and out of, plenty of machines. Including well stocked vending machines. The attendants are very nice, one man in particular helped me carry my baskets out to my car. Some machines accepts credit cards which is awesome. I’ll be back for sure!

It was clean, plenty of washing machines and dryers. I love the convenience of using your card or cash at the machines.

We were visiting from California and wanted to do a quick wash before packing our items for our trip back. Who ever was working the closing shift on Sunday November 15, 2020 was such a sweet and accommodating person. When we came into the laundromat he greeted us, and even helped with setting up our washer correctly. When he wasnt helping us, he was cleaning each washer and dryer intricately.Our items were CLEAN CLEAN. They take really good care of the washers. I also felt comfortable enough to leave my items there and do some shopping at Burlingtons down the street.When we arrived back to pick up our dry items, we were arriving about 10 mins before closing. The attendant insisted that we did not need to rush if we wanted to fold our items. We didnt fold our items there but appreciated the hospitality. You have a great employee that works here, keep him. :)

First time coming here, This place is very clean and quiet and i love that you can use your debit card because i forgot my cash at home. They also have some perks to using your card like after so many washes you get one free and its a little cheaper when you use your card. Definitely recommend it

Nice facility! Super clean, spacious with a great selection of powerful washers & dryers for small or large loads. Well thought out and easy to use. Two large loads; king size comforter, king size blanket and bath towels, washed, dried and folded in less than a hour. Highly recommend!

A clean laundromat with machines that have credit card readers?! Pretty sure this laundromat is a unicorn. I was able to wash my two oversized comforters and dry them within 45 minutes. Absolutely great, would definitely visit again.

I’ve been going here for a few months and have never had any issues. attendants are nice and keep the facility clean. machines are pretty much always functional and are fixed quickly if not. my only wish is that they had wifi but that’s not a huge deal!!

Whenever I come to this place the employees are always helpful and courteous and its always immaculate. Love it!!!!

Nice Clean environment for a laundromat 😁. Air-conditioned, TVs, change machines and you can pay both washer & Dryer with credit/atm card! The best part is there is an attendant from open to close.One of the nicest Ive been to in Richmond. Hope this helps.

New/nice machines with good prices and very clean. Only knock for me was no WiFi, since I was looking to work and it can get crowded kinda quickly.

I got here all the time. Its my go to laundromat. I started going due to somebody telling me they accept debut cards. I hate carrying cash. They have huge washers and a lot of regular size ones as well. The attendants can be a little different. I have been once on a Sunday and waited 45 mins and it wasnt open. Overall. I like this place.

Bathroom access Id prohibited, always broken. Owner commented on my skin color and informed me only African Americans are only allowed to use their bathroom.

Would like to know if it is still open during the virus really need to wash

The lady met me at the door to tell me when she closes and when the last wash is. I was upset because I was there an hour before the last wash. Other people came in close to or after the last wash and the lady said NOTHING! The smaller machines didnt fill with as much water and my clothes werent clean. Im going to try going there again and see what happens. The larger machine was fine. The 2 stars are for the cleanliness of the place and being able to use my debit card to wash.

Clean laundromat. Accepts debit cards. This would be my favorite laundromat short of one thing.The attendants start cleaning the dryers out an hour to 30 minutes before they officially close. I had to leave at 8:30 with all of my wet clothes and go to a seperate laundromat to dry them because the attendant wouldnt let me use the dryers during their actual operating hours. Dont go expecting to be able to do anything past 8 even though they are open till 9.

Location opens at 7:00 am, I arrived at 7:23. The doors werestill locked, no employee in sight. Gave up at 7:36 and went to a different laundromat.
