As always great atmosphere and the attendant on duty his name is Rakeam was pleasant and cordial and helpful. I also gathered he knows the regular customers and treats all customers with GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

They still owe me money from 2 months ago. Nobody ever reaches back out to follow up with my call and I been going here for 3 years. Im very diappointed!

Use 3 dryers, 1 didnt work at all and 1 barely work. I think I spend more in drying clothes than ever. I couldnt move my clothes to another dryer because all the working dryers were used up. Every one was waiting on a dryer. There were no workers working at this laundromat on Wed Apr 28th around 6pm to get me a refund.

I love this laundromat!!! Especially half off Wednesdays. The facility is always being cleaned by the staff before Covid the restrooms were always clean and stocked. Although the machines are sometimes down they always get fixed in a timely manner. I like it so much I even come on regularly priced days and that says a lot because I love a bargain.😃😃😃🤣🤣😃😃😂😂

My review would be much better if their staff would open up the laundromat on time. Multiple times, I have arrived when the location is supposed to open, and nobody is there yet. Today, even once the staff member got there the door stayed locked for several minutes. I left and went to another laundromat that actually opens as scheduled.

I waited for the person to help me as i needed a card to start my laundry finally a customer helped me with that process.He should have been on payroll.As the help that was hired never showed up.At least the whole time i was there,your hired help wasnt.Someone is riding out the clock and they are being paid for it.Bless the man that helped me .

First time using SuperSuds Laundromat to wash / fold clothes and comforters. Shemika provided excellent customer service and was very friendly. She was so on top of getting my items, asking some basic questions I asked if she was owner. It is clear she takes pride in her role. She clearly communicated when clothes would be ready and called to let me know as well. Very clean, organized laundromat. I will definitely use again! Thank you!

The facility is nice and clean I have been coming here for years however the negative review is for the manager shameka Williams who I encountered a few times but I guess this particular day she wanted to make up laws to force me do what she wanted although this is America she threatened to call the police on me for refusing to wear a mask after it’s known I don’t wear for a medical condition she attempted to persuade me to wear one as if she was a physician which we clearly know she is not I refused she then threatened to have the police physically removed me from the property because it’s mandatory to wear a mask it’s clearly not but I don’t argue with people who don’t read or know the law I gladly left you didn’t have to threatened me being nice and showing compassion goes a long way if management happens to see this I need assistance with a refund for the money I paid for to load the laundry card

Spacious, clean and I love not having to use quarters..... my only complaint is lately it seems like more and more machines are broken, I spent 1.50 on 2 dryers and my loads were still wet like they just came out the washer I had to spend another 3.00 in another dryer...

Lot of space. People don’t have to be close together. Best part for me is the laundry cards. Now I don’t have to get cash to get quarters.

This was my first time at this laundry, and probably my last. Once you know how the system works, its fine, but there doesnt seem to be any instructions, and the guy on duty, Rahkeam, seemed more interested in his phone than the customer experience. After trying to figure out the card system and looking around for something to break, Rahkeam finally put down his phone for a minute and quickly finished up the transaction without even explaining what was going on. I got charged 1 dollar for the card, which would be fine if this was specified somewhere. The cards dont read back in the machine sometimes, so it is frustrating when all you want is to get your laundry done. The dryers give 7 minutes for each quarter from your card, but you apparently have to reinsert it and push start for each 7 minutes you add. All of this is fine once you know the system. If youve been here before, its probably a breeze to get going, but its not worth the frustration when you have to learn the hard way. Everything else is fine, the parking, the machines and the general cleanliness. Ill just throw away the card and the 59 cents left on it in order to forget this slightly unpleasant experience.I went here a second time and, like I said, it is a perfectly nice laundry. Plenty of parking right outside the door and most machines working. Very clean and other attendants are more helpful. I still find the card based system kind of annoying, but now that I am used to it, I can get my laundry done quick and easy, so I grudgingly bumped them up to 4 stars.

I have been a loyal customer since this establishment opened. In iits beginning it was excellent,then for a brief period it got a little rough. Once ShaMika came in the atmosphere changed for the better. She takes care of the place like it is her home. She is kind and friendly to the patrons regardless of barriers, she patiently attempts to make everyone comfortable and enjoy their experience here. I can truly say she is the saving grace to this location and should be rewarded for her dedication. Super SudsHull street Richmond is back to excellence.I Love this laundry mat I refuse to go anywhere else.

This place use to be a great place to do laundry. There is one employee now manager there who will go the exact mile for you.On Wednesday’s the machines are half price, but the crowd of people leaves a lot to be desired.That being said I opted to do laundry at the regular price early Sunday mornings when the business first open. Every Sunday the person who is suppose to open the doors at 7:00 AM is ghost.He may arrive in a Uber 20-55 mins late every Sunday. This past Sunday was the last straw, at 7:55AM the doors to the facility were still locked and the attendant no where in sight... Stick a fork in me I am done...Tired

They have big washers and its very rare there down like really rare and I love half off Wednesday.

Best laundromat I ever been too. It was kinda crowded this evening, but everything went so smoothly you wouldnt have thought it was a laundromat.Today was my second time going and it was very clean and it smelled good in there.

They have a lot of washing machines available in different sizes. I use the 5 loads washer.

I like the convenience and I like the operators, especially Shermika. I left my clothes in the washer and did not realize that I had forgotten them. I called the main off and they let me know that they had called the operator. When I got back, Semika had rewashed them for me and I thought that was sweet.

Everytime I go the staff is so friendly and its always super clean! It a a GREAT atmosphere overall! Oh the Kids corner with the chalk wall is an awesome idea!

I didnt see anybody working. But there was no need. The machine to load money onto a card from a credit or debit card was easy to figure out. The prices for each load of wash, depending on the size, is shown on the washing machines. Dryers are 29 cents for each 7 minutes. It was all very easy to use and the other patrons were friendly when I asked a question. Kids were running around but what else are they gonna do in a laundromat? Parents have to do laundry. Idk why people complained about that.

They dont allow you to put coins in machines, you have to buy a card. A clever marketing plan to keep you here. Attendant had ATTITUDE and was NOT helpful. Went at 830 pm on a Monday. Even though last wash was at 10, I felt as though I was being rushed out. Will not return.

If I could give it a -0 I would. WARNING DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!! I go there tonight to wash a load of clothes, the machine says 2.60 but you have to use one of their cards so I put 3 in the machine to get this card it then tells me I have a 2 balance. The rude attendant name Mary tells me it’s a 1 fee for the card, I said it doesn’t tell you there’s a charge for the card it says 1 deposit that means you should have it added on balance. So I told her I want my money back. She goes in office for 10 minutes comes back out throws card on counter tells me she cant do anything. I call 877 number on wall they can’t do anything, then I tell Mary again I need my money back she goes outside calls someone tells me the owner is coming and instead while I’m sitting inside the police show up. I didn’t get my money back and was humiliated on top of it. I’m going to report that Spanish girl to DHS and I hope they send her packing. This machine is a scam they have , they don’t care and their attendant Mary is rude.!!!

Its fine any day of the week, tho very expensive when you have large loads. They have half price wednesdays but it is PACKED and goodluck finding any open washers or dryers. Staff has improved since Ive first started coming here but this place makes me want my own washer/dryer so i dont have to deal with it and not have to hear screaming children once a week

Usually very clean..the floors,washing machines and the bathrooms are usually clean which is y I chose to go to this place over other laundry mats..most of the ladys that work there are friendly an offer pleasant conversation..there are several tvs and a kid area with a flat screen TV with cartoons playing..u dont use quarters here,u purchase a $1 laundry card and keep it forever and just add money to your card..I advise bring cash cuz it randomly declines credit cards even when u no darn well u have money on the card and sometimes the ladys arent available to give u change and the change machine is broken.

My father was in Richmond for business reasons. He decided to try Supersuds while he was in town for the week. The day after he dropped off his laundry, he was called and told that someone ran in the laundromat and stole his clothes out of the dryer. Remember, my father is out of town and at this time inconvenienced by this. He was told that they would reimburse him for his clothes if he would provide receipts. Okay! So my dad spends the next week trying to find the same work clothes to make it fair. About $300 worth of clothes. Once he returned to Richmond a week and a half later, he went to the same location where he was told he couldn’t be refunded and if he was refunded he would have to wait because it was a process. My mom called to try to talk to Shamika, the manager, and she told my mom it was a process and that they were pressing charges against my father for threatening to burn down the business, which my father didn’t do. So instead for fixing the PROBLEM they created for their PAYING CUSTOMER, SUPERSUDS is CREATING ANOTHER. My father is only asking execute what he was told, refunding his inconvenience!If this is there customer service, then I will make sure to let as many people know how they are choosing to do business. I am in the customer service business myself, you have a choose on how to treat people/ clients. I understand there are processes in place, but knowingly pushing people around because they are not from the area is not ethical. Supersuds is just hoping that my dad tires out from this fight and goes away. This will NOT go away until my dad has a check in his hand.Thank you for reading/ listening!PS: It looks like I have to give at least 1 star, but if I could control this it would be ZERO STARS!
