Great place to wash and drop off clothes staff is meh but they will wash’s nd dry your clothes.

Pretty standard for laundromats these days. It would be better if a quater of the washing machines were working.

Fairly clean well lit spot to do clothes. Several machines were broken though.

After putting my clothes in the wash, the worker there mumbled the place was closed but continued to let others there wash/dry. Im getting real tired of the lack of customer service/ manners in the twin cities.

Half machines dont work. Driers dont really dry but thats any laundromat. Good enough to do your laundry and gtf out.

Worst laundry ever. Fifty percent of machines are broken and full of filth. Trash cans overflowing and debris everywhere. The lady was late opening and didnt want to give me change. I was only acknowledged by a Spanish speaking man sitting out front that trued to hit on me. Never, ever, ever wash clothes at this place. It should be condemned and the owner fined for such deplorable conditions.

This will be a fact review. As of 2/21/181. Machines are old and do not clean.2. Dryers are .25 for 5 Minutes but may stop prior to quarter to time ratio.3. Helped friend w/ 60 pounds of soiled towels/laundry! For $5.50 was able to put it ALL in a giant machine that got it super clean. Added bleach when the machine prompted me to with a green idicator light. Took 25 minutes! Then took 30 minutes to dry everything in one dryer, which was $1.50 , .25 cents for each 5 minutes. Place was in good condition, I did not check the restrooms though. The staff was very nice as well. I will go back there again if I have large amounts of soiled laundry, it took no time it seems.Went on a Sunday afternoon when it was not terribly crowded.

Very nice clean place to go to do your laundry when you washer and dryer doesnt work. It doesnt even take a long time.

The Advertisement said the place was Nice and Clean, but when I got there it was THE. MOST. DISGUSTING. laundry place I have ever been to. All the wash machines detergent dispensers are caked with years of dirty grunge and detergent and some were growing bacterial cultures. The floor is covered in dirt and looks like it hasnt been cleaned in years. At least 30% of the machines are Out of Service and some machines gave me flashbacks to my childhood, so I suspect they are older than me.I was desperate to clean my clothes, so I used the place. When I went to dry my clothes I found goo with hair and dirt sealed into it stuck in one dryer. The dryers take forever to dry-most likely because the lint screens arent cleaned. The seating in there is dirty and disgusting. If you want to do laundry yourself, go elsewhere if you can. One word to sum this place up is GHETTO.

Terrible! Disgusting facility, looks like its NEVER been cleaned machines dont work well at all. I hate giving bad reviews but this place really should be shut down

This place is nasty! No joke. The machines were dirty and every surface of this place was dirty. I found someones weave in one of the washers. Lets not forget the fact that my clothes didnt even come out clean. Dont waste your money and time. Go somewhere else.

This Laundry mat needs some attention. The inserts for detergent were gross and even had mold in some of them. I wouldnt use it again.

First time and last time I’ll ever go. I had some rags and washed them TWICE and they looked no better than when I put them in. Most machines don’t work, and of course a lot of them don’t have signs. No way to know until you put your money in and the lady tells you after. Wouldn’t recommend.

This place is dirty, none of the washers have hot water. Dont bother wasting your money, has or time. The only decent thing was they refunded the money.

All the washer machines are dirty, I had black dots all over my comforter from the circular holes in the washer machine and all my towels came out dirty,and when I ask for a refund the owner was there and said I can’t do that. After arguing with me he was like I do $2 when I paid more then that. Saying things like “Don’t do that”...do what is my question. I used your machine, I should have said you don’t do that, allow all these ppl to use machines that you don’t clean on a regular. And yes I check to make sure it wasn’t dirty before using it, the dirt came from inside the holes.

Youve got to be thick skinned to do laundry here. Its not the cleanest and definitely not fancy, but if you check the machines inside that they are clean, you will get clean clothes for less than other washaterias. Large washing machine load will cost .50-.75 cents and dryers the same. I found that two machine loads of clothes fit great in one dryer. The very friendly lady behind the counter does not speak much English, so unless your Spanish is great; have Google translator ready! The strip center where Lucky Washateria is located is dingy and was a bit scary for me, but everyone was friendly and helpful. I did 4 loads of laundry and dried them; which took little over 2 hours. Total cost was $3.50 a bargain.

I found out about this place from when I lived out in Rosenberg years ago. Me, my mom, and one of my sisters use their wash/fold services. They are the cheapest that I have found in Houston/Rosenberg/Richmond at .55 cents per lb.I have since relocated to Houston and only find my way back here when things get out of hand-usually when work gets hectic or in the way. Last Saturday, I dropped off 128 lbs of clothing, sheets, and towels. I do have faith that my items will be clean and to my liking when I pick them up - If not, I will complain. lol. But I dont remember having a bad experience ever. I mean we used to drop off probably 200 lbs for a family of 4-6.But with my crazy schedule and work life, I love to cross off one chore off my to do list even if it means forking over some cash!

Lucky washateria coin operated is nice &clean,chep loundromat in the whole town. They have large capacity washers & dryers for big comferters and rugs. Drop off laundry servise only 50 cent per pound and pick-up delivery service avaiible, attendent there every single time for helping peaples, internet service avalible you never feel bore, cool and quite excellent place in town

Washer was broken so had to find a laundromat, very dirty and the owner or man working in there was very unfriendly, tried to explain to him one of the washers didnt spin right and my clothes was still very wet, he acted like he didnt understand, will never go back to this place.

Place is filthy. Machines are disgusting. Looks like mold is growing out of them...very unkept

$2.00 for small washer for a quarter (25 C ) you only get 5 minutes which is expensive usually in other places you get 8 minutes

The laundry machines are good, but if you have cameras that they can help you and tell you what they dont like the customers to do, but I dont feel it the other day one of the small washing machines I put the clothes on and when it was full to To wash I put the soap powder and I had to move it into the water with my hand so that it does not stick to the clothes and the man comes and says without explaining angrily and says do not put too many clothes on him, put it in a bigger one if the other that you See that you do this no more Ill let you wash here just say yes to not plead but he did not see my son and he said the same thing what he told me to tell me yes I understand but I do not know why he has cameras he did not see what I tried to do I said its okay not to argue with people like that
