Disrespectful male laundry attendant. Hand written signs everywhere letting you know the laundry attendant wont do anything so dont ask. Although the facility was fairly clean, after being indirectly passive aggressively cursed out by the attendant for not completing his cleaning duties, I will take my laundry and money elsewhere.

Always get my laundry done in a clean place and attendant very helpful.

My favorite laundry in the city. Ample extra-large washers and tons of dryers so youre never waiting for a machine to open up.

Friendly staff, clean facility, excellent machines! Ive only ever been to unattended laundrys in RVA, so this was amazing! The guy on duty helped me when I was clueless, cleaned everything, and was patient with small children lol.I got over 2-3 hampers-full of laundry done in under 2 hours, using the larger machines, and there was no problem finding one to use. And there are rows and rows of regular-sized washers and dryers as well. Vending machines, tv, and seating available.Covid hours means the store closes at 8pm, last wash is at 6:30 and last dry is at 7. Masks required per state regulations, but its cool enough, with lots of fans going inside, that its very comfortable. There are multiple stores within walking distance, though, if you want to get other errands done while you wait, or need cash to exchange for quarters.

Pretty much brand new facilities on the inside the only downfall is you have to dodge some craters in the parking lot to find a spot to park your car.

Convenient location and plenty of machines. I usually use the large commercial machines (which hold 5-6 loads) to wash large items like comforters, bathroom rugs and large blankets when I do my spring cleaning. Dryers heat well. Change machines. If I get behind, I will also do drop-off service which really convenient. Parking lot is full of potholes so be careful! New construction coming across the street so it may see some much needed upgrades soon.

Large clean place with many working machines. Machines do not stay out of order long. Plenty of space for folding, and basket carts.

I had not been to a laundry mat in years. I was shocked that I had to pay $7.50 to wash a comforter and $2.50 to dry it.
