I have always had a pleasant time coming here with no issues until recently the employee in charge has the nerve to bad mouth me after complaining for poor maintenance on broken down machines. Hiring unprofessional people and leaving your business with broken down machines 👎. SHAME!

4 months ago...5 STAR-Clean and credit card machines were working. Nice cafe and Mexican restaurants near by here.5 STAR AGAIN-Today, all but one dryer working, clean, people polite and I save money when I come here instead of going to ticket laundromat. Huge washers/dryer hold cal king comforters...enjoy

The latest lady in the morning always comes late and wont even leave the door open to early comers. This establishment has an automatic door for regular patrons and it doesnt work. This laundromat is beginning to lose its luster due to the fact that the employee who should be the opener comes in late all the time. Hours may differ? Thats huge BS, its translated as the morning person is lazy and comes whenever she wants

Place is super clean plus all the machines are pretty new and work theres a few benches to sit down and they have couple big screen TV sets and watch well your laundry is being done

***BEWARE*** If you are using your credit card, (which makes it more convenient & faster) please make sure to check your statements for the correct amount to be taken out. This place has been charging $5.00 more on each transaction and I had not noticed, I rather waste my time paying with quarters where there will be no mistakes. Also, from my review below. We went on a different day recently & there was a different lady there this time which has been there for a bit and we had not seen her in a while. She is amazing. Opens up ON TIME & she is always cleaning, she seems shy but is very friendly and professional. Let’s hope she doesn’t get tired of having to do the other employees job and quits. She deserves to be employee of the month and to be paid accordingly to the exceptional job she does.——————————————————————-———Since my last review - There has been staff change and it’s not for the better. The new morning staff show up (very) late and it hasn’t been just one time. They’ve opened up late multiple times now (and that’s that we only come so often). If the hours are changing the owner should make the change for the customers, that way we don’t waste our time coming here at that time or allow us to make changes to go elsewhere (where they open on time). This was never an issue with the previous staff. I hope this doesn’t fall on deaf ears. There is no number for complaints posted anywhere inside of this location.———————————————————————————-Previous review -So glad we switched over from previous laundromats. I know some reviews say bad customer service, but if you think about it there is an actual live person there and my husband and I have had no complaints. Also, in MY Opinion, this is really not a customer service type of place.Of, course sometimes a few machines breakdown but weve seen that they get fixed within a week or so (vs. the previous laundromat we used to go to, would take months before they fixed). The girls working there are always cleaning, sanitizing and have been very helpful and attentive. Another plus beside having a live person is being able to purchase drinks, snacks and even washing supplies (if needed).

Very efficient washers, the dryers could be stronger. But all in all I love it for the prices and machine capacity.

I really appreciate the fact there is an attendant there keeping everything operating properly and tidy they also have drinks and snacks along with laundry needs soap , detergent , fabric softener and Bags. Plenty of washers and dryers that are all working in good condition.

The morning lady. He closes the hall to vacuum the dryers where there are people who cannot use the dryers in that corridor, really until today I saw that the other ladies vacuum them they dont do that and everything works normal and we ignore him and ignore our remains that bad first time what happens with this staff change

The lady that currently works there is SUPER GHETTO!!! She basically told us to walk around the block with our clothes because she felt like closing the back entrance to the parking lot at 7pm when they close at 10pm. I had to literally push a cart with my clothes around the building. Hopefully she had fun picking up my cart after I left it in the parking lot for making me walk.

The attendant very rude when I asked her need to use their bathroom she asked me are you washing here yes I reply and ahe asked. show me your washer I show her three different washers and still very loud are you sure those are yours at this point i said well you were sitting on that window all the time you should know who is here and who is not customer here embarrassing bs I will try to contact their manager

Love that it stays open until 10:00pm. The attendant was friendly and helpful with info that she thought I would need. Nice and clean too.

I use to go to the language place in in el sobrante. I vean going there for 10 years now. I just found out about this place and it’s better here. I love it

Best laundry. Takes cards as payment, no more running for coins.

Clean, organized, and lots of washers and dryers to go around with lots of counter space for folding and seating available as well unlike most in the area.
