I have never used there services, but I can assure you they provide exceptional customer service. I was picking up some items earlier today and I was going to attempt to load the boxes alone. My boss was with me, but she was wearing a dress and not really prepared to assist in the heavy lifting. A gentleman with the company, perhaps the owner, stopped to offer his assistance. I assume this is a good company when it coms to their skill set, but I know they are of the highest quality integrity and kindness.

Walker & Frick kept me up to date throughout the process. The guys who worked on my home were very professional and kind. They always had their masks on and were understanding of our Covid-19 concerns. Would definitely recommend and use them again!

I highly recommend Walker & Frick Construction Co, Inc. When faced with an unresponsive well-known water mitigation franchise team/owner, I was referred to Walker & Frick. From the first conversation with Paige Walsh, I received exceptional service. Each step of the way, she was helpful, professional, patient and responsive.Franklin Lafoon was an outstanding project manager. He explained the process and provided a timeline to address work left incomplete by the franchisee. Despite more than 100 projects, he managed to expedite the completion date prior to Thanksgiving. We discussed the remaining repairs would be completed before Christmas. Promise kept!Franklin and Stefan Gunn also returned to ensure all repairs were completed as requested. I greatly appreciated that he always called to confirm schedules, contractors and progress.Hope to never need their services again; however, if I do, I wont hesitate to call!

We had a pipe break in our bathroom and went through insurance to repair the bathroom floors, walls, cabinets and as well the garage and ceiling of garage due to water damage. I didnt know it at the time but Mr. Frick himself came out to our house to do the estimate. You have to love an owner who steps in to help when it is the busy season! Within 24 hours we had water remediation and then all the repairs were done on a timely and professional matter. I felt very taken care of throughout the process! The teams that came to my house wore masks and were super polite and friendly! I also LOVED working with Paige in the front office. She was able to answer any questions I had and resolve any questions quickly and with a smile!

It shouldnt 30 days to have someone schedule a date as to when work will begin. I called 3 days in a row and was told each time that someone would call me back that day. Ill just continue to watch the water drip into my light fixture.

Their drivers seem to have gotten their licenses out of cereal boxes cause they drive like theyre blind and have no hands. Im surprised I havent gotten in an accident from them cause this is the second time being cut off a few second from them pulling out into traffic

We experienced an issue with a leaking water pipe in our crawl space and it was shooting up to our kitchen floor which was badly damaged. We had to install new hardwood floors in the kitchen, pantry and in the laundry room and they were installed by Walker & Frick Construction Co. They did excellent and quality work. We were amazed from speaking to the owner, Virt, who explained/walked us through the issue to ensure that we understood the process and pricing to meet our expectations. We were very satisfied with the job well done by Walker & Frick! Virt and his team were wonderful, friendly, hardworking, cleaned up after themselves and were extremely knowledgeable. The team arrived on time and attended to the issues with skill and thoroughness. The owner always followed up with phone calls. We highly recommended this company. We will be using them again in the future. The price was a very fair and reasonable.I would give them more than 5 stars if I could!

Virt and the crew just finished up repairs to our home after a devastating water loss during the holidays. I have to admit I was quite unsure of this company after reading (very old) reviews online. My insurance company recommended them and sent someone out right away to start cleaning up and drying my home out. Having asthma, I was concerned about mold issues moving forward but once everything was dried out, Troy came back in to test moisture readings and even took the time to explain what he was doing to assure me I would have no issues.The repairs did not start as quick as the cleaning. Susan the office manager explained they were waiting on my signed contract and deposit. Her patience with me was exceptional; I had overlooked submitting both items as I was eager to get the repairs done. The guys started work and I was quite impressed a second time with the polite nature of everyone working in my home. We added a few additional items to the repairs that were not covered in the insurance loss and I could not be more pleased with the final outcome. I would highly recommend Walker & Frick for a home emergency or just repairs in general. We plan to use them again later this year to upgrade our master bathroom!!

I hear its a great place to work

It took 10 days to get a return call the schedule a visit for estimate. After 20 more days, I was informed very rudely by Susan at the office that it would be another month before they could even get an estimate back. In what world does it take over a month to create an estimate? The normal turn around is 3-4 days. I even waited when I was informed it would take up to 14 days to get the estimate back, when that date passed and I still had heard nothing, I followed up and was told now they arent even going to to do the estimate!! They dropped the ball from the start. They didnt call me back in over 10 days, didnt get an estimate to me in 20 days, and when I complained they said they werent going to do it all. So unprofessional, I have wasted almost a month waiting on them because I believed in their companys reputation. Avoid Walker and Frick at all cost!!

I called and left multiple voicemails, the person responsible for handling my case NEVER returned my calls -- so I cant even say how their work is because they never did any.

I personally witnessed one of their work vehicles drive up the bus lane and force themselves into the intersection to make an illegal turn. If this is any indication of how they conduct their business and how they prioritize safety, which it seems like it is at the bottom of their list, then I would not want to hire them. Safety first, always.

They were very helpful throughout the entire process of replacing my floors. We had flooding and they worked with us on our schedule to get our house looking even better than it was before our flooding.

Recently we hired Walker & Frick Construction to assist in managing a renovation project for the property that I manage in Harrisonburg, VA. Glenn and staff were responsive, respectful and professional throughout the entire process.
