Shane and the team at Rainbow are incredible to work with. The issues we experienced at our home were taken care of. From the boss to the employees, everyone was well-spoken, informative, kind and thorough. Great business.

They were quick to call and get everything lined up, and worked us into their schedule immediately. They were also good to give reports on what was done and what they found, and recommendations going forward. This was for a rental property, so their timeliness and quick efforts were very much appreciated so that we could work to get everything put back together quickly. Thanks all! All of our concerns and questions were immediately answered, and every member of the Rainbow crew worked professionally and diligently to restore the damage to our 100+ year home. This awesome team took the time to care for me and my family during every step of our recovery from a house fire.Freezing temperatures and several inches of snow did not keep them from being available. They listened to me and helped me make important decisions as our family had special needs! Even my farm animals were a concern and they made it their priority to get our needs taken care of in the most efficient and immediate means necessary.Over the seven months the team was available to listen to my concerns and helped provide solutions at every turn. When I had questions they listened and provided sufficient answers. I want to help anyone going through this experience but if I can’t I want to give my very BEST RECOMMENDATION! Rainbow International has the best customer service of any company I have ever dealt with for any job. They recently completed a job at our retail store and they worked very hard to make sure our business was not interrupted during the repairs. They responded promptly to every phone call, email, and text. They answered every question we had about the job. They came when they said they were coming. They did every single thing better than it needed to be done. They’re a pleasure to work with. I would give them 20 stars if I could.

My house was badly damaged by smoke. Shane and the Rainbow Restoration crew remediated the damage and remodeled the interior of the house. The smoke smell is completely gone and everything looks fantastic! Shane is extremely knowledgeable/professional and has a crew that is diligent and friendly. I have the highest praise for this company. I had a water pipe leak which cupped my wood floors. Amy Batkins and Charlie came in, assessed the damage and then explained to me what they felt was the best approach. They were informative and professional in every aspect. They came back in two days, again, assessed progress and added additional machines they felt would finish the job more efficiently. My floors were completely dried with no further cupping noted. I was very satisfied with their work, their professionalism and that they could answer all my questions. I highly recommend this company for any job you need in restoration.Anyone who comes into my home would never know I had the water damage to my floors unless I tell them.
