This is where I take my vehicle for the things I cant fix myself. Jason is always friendly and very knowledgeable. Women are often taken advantage of because of their lack of knowledge about vehicles. I would strongly encourage women to take their vehicle here to get it repaired. Jason will be upfront with you and will not minx words or talk above your comprehension. I have nothing but live for these guys. Today, it is difficult to find a mechanic shop that does good work without trying to take advantage of the customers. Jason and Tony, those are my guys.

Great service Greatwood Auto provides! Everyone there is cordial and knowledgeable! I only wish they would get a bigger place! There is always so many vehicles there making it a challenge to park! But it is a testament to the great service they provide and the returning customers!

The gentleman came out to look and said, let me grab a screwdriver. Next thing I knew he had the part replaced. When I asked how much, he replied, its on the house. Thats a wow factor if you ask me.

The customer service at Greatwood is second to none. Jason is certainly the catalyst for front desk service.

Been here a few times now and want to like this place but the service is always apathetic at best. No greetings or pleasantries any time I come. Additionally, they have a sign on the door saying masks are required but none of the staff was wearing one in the office while I was there. Good price for an oil change and convenient location, but customer service needs improvement.

Took my BMW in for rear bumper repair. Chris and Christopher worked with my insurance company and did a great job on the repair. Highly recommended. Say hi to Chris for me.

Great place to take your car for repairs. I have been taking my vehicle there for several years. Grate and very honest.

Honest and knowledgeable. Diagnosed an overheating problem and found problem. Repair was easy and inexpensive but symptoms could have indicated a much more expensive repair had they not persisted in finding the actual problem. They know what they are doing and more importantly they are honest.

It was a blessing to find a trustworthy auto repair shop such as Greatwood Auto Repair. Jason Hudson is an excellent manager and I value his professionalism and knowledge. I became familiar with the staff over the years (9yrs) and they all conduct their technical skills in auto mechanics very well. Ben is an excellent owner of this place and he employs great staff. My dad was my mechanic until he sold his shop, retired, and moved a few hours away. After a fender bender, my insurance agent recommended Greatwood Auto Collision for my body work repair based on their own history and experience. The body shop did great work, and from that point, I started taking my vehicles to the Auto Repair side of the business for my regular work. Ive done business with them for about three years now (since 2013 or so). Greatwood has always done excellent work on my cars, they turn around the work on even major repairs in very reasonable time, and their prices are spot on for the work they are doing (my dad was a mechanic for about 30 years, so we know what the parts and labor rates should be). Ive had everything from regular maintenance to major engine repairs done at this shop. Theyve never tried to sell us something we didnt need. This business is honest, fair, very knowledgeable, and completely competent in their work. I refer friends and family in the area to them whenever I can.

As an entrepreneur I understand how important quality of service has to be in order to secede and Greatwood Auto dose just that, their workmanship is on point. And if for some slim chance there is a propblem they will fix it.

Twice I have taken my care to Greatwood Auto for service and both times the little guy running the front counter told me it would be ready at a given time and each time I have gone back (and wasted a lot of my time to do so) just to have him tell me WITH A SMILE that they havent touched my car yet. And after being given a whole lot of excuses buy the irritating little guy with the glasses, he rudely shrugs it off letting me know that wasting my time is NO big deal to him. It would be so nice if they are not going to work on my car in the given time they PROMISE to, to at least give me a CURTISY call to let me know before I waste my time in finding a ride to take me up there to pick up a car that they HAVENT EVEN STARTED WORKING ON YET!!Good customer service doesnt come with a big smile when your telling a customer that YOU screwed up on not calling the customer to tell them their car wont be ready when promised and you came back to the garage FOR NOTHING!!!!

Ive lived in the area for 16 years and have had my vehicles services here for about 7 years after using various other shops. This is a family owned business and the people here are extremely honest and helpful. Their prices are excellent! Ive had my Fords, Lexus, and Toyotas serviced here.

I went there after NTB told me I needed a new pump which would have cost me over 400 dollars. The owner himself came out and showed me that nothing was wrong with my car! It would have been so easy for him to replace my pump but instead he showed integrity and told me there was nothing wrong with my car. It is hard to find companies that service cars that are honest these days. I will be coming back to this place from here out!!!

Filled out online appointment scheduler twice to try to book an appointment over the course of two weeks or so, then I called and left voicemail. No response to any inquiries. Going to another mechanic down the street, they got right back to me and I have an appointment this week.

Excellent service! I just recently had an oil change and check up and I was told I had no problems. I started hearing some noise with my brakes soon after. I took my vehicle to Greatwood Auto repair and the found the problem right away. They told me what needed to be fixed right away and what to keep my eye on to prevent future problems. They even picked me up from my office when they were done with the work! I will not go anywhere else for any of my auto repairs.

My favorite place for all my vehicle issues. I trust what they tell me because they are honest. I would say a little overpriced but I trust them so I stick with them.

Did fine with the body work. Was disappointed when my car was returned. Covered on water stains (had been raining the past few days) and the owner insisted they were there before even though the seats were damps when I sat in them. :(Also, Left dust from auto work on seats as well as scraps from moving vehicle. Will not be coming back.

Not honest at all. Ladies if you go there and you need to bring a man with you or you will get scamed, he see you are unsure,he will get over! I went there with a nail in my tire, I saw the nail.I turned my back and he came out saying I had 2 nails and charged me 10.00 per nail. He put put in plugs when because of the tires I had he should have put patches because of the tires I had. I asked to see the nails and he could only show me 1 which he had put on the table (I thought why not both, if there was really 2) These are brand new tires and he just ruined 1,cause I watched him later dig and dig till he got through the mesh. This guy has truly lost a good customer, including my family, friends , and every one I run into that has a tireproblem. I realy think if people would just provide there best service for there business it will grow. It wont happen with that guy!
