Fast, friendly, affordable! Called about a nail in my tire and they told me to come on by. I was in and out in under ten minutes and they couldn’t have been nicer. This was the second place I called (first was rude and quoted a high price for a tire plug), so I will definitely make it first on my list next time I need work done.

This is my second review and just wanted to update that this is still the best auto shop in Richmond. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else. Super trustworthy, efficient, all around great business. Will keep recommending to everyone!

I recently took my 2016 Nissan Rogue with 60,000 miles for new tires at All Good. Chris and Jeremy are both very knowledgeable in all things automobiles. I appreciated Chris honest assessment of my needs and how he usually starts off the conversation with if this was my vehicle. After installing my new tires, we went over a list of future work that will be necessary and all were priced out and listed in order of importance. I feel it is hard to find a shop that does not try to take advantage of their female customers. Most of the time I feel other shops are trying to up-sell items and service you probably dont need. The owner charged me $61 for an oil change. Everywhere else charges $20-$30 please take your business else where people. Tired of mechanics taking advantage of their customers.

All Good nailed it on my truck. I took my 4Runner to two different shops to get an alignment and they never could get it right.All Good spent a lot of time dialing in my alignment and it’s like a different vehicle. Highly recommend.

Took my wife’s Jeep in because it was overheating and I thought it had a nail in the tire, explained the issues as well as we had a OBX beach trip scheduled for later in the week. Service Called me the next day that Jeep was ready ( new thermostat needed) and that there was no nail in tire, Hence no charge for the plug... I’ll definitely be back for future service needs! This is a top notch outfit!

I’ve never been more impressed with a car repair experience than I am today. Called ahead to see if I could be squeezed in that day with a punctured tire and they were very accommodating. When I came in they immediately took a look, patched it up, and I was out in less than 15 minutes. Found my new go-to shop!

Outstanding service, I went there at the end of the day with a flat tire and they were able get me in. Not sure what I would have done with out their help. I was so impressed I went back a few days later to have my tires rotated. They noticed my TPS light on, and asked about it. I told them not to bother, since Ive thrown hundreds of dollars at the problem, only to have the dealership tell me to ignore the light. They were quickly able to troubleshoot the problem and had me out the door in minutes. I hope this shop is here to stay, they provided excellent customer service!

Excellent experience! Great customer service and the mechanics were straightforward and honest... I knew exactly what issues my truck had before taking it in for inspection and they didnt find anything unexpected... Service was faster than expected and they ended up charging me less then half their initial estimate. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Chris and his crew at All Good 2 are very friendly and efficient! They do a good job and quickly. I felt like everything came out to a fair price and they even put up with me and my 1 yr old daughter in the waiting room once or twice. Reccommend checking with them if you are looking for a go to in the area!

Absolutely above average and will return for service. They were flexible when discussing work that needed to be done and let me know the worst case scenario. Chris was great over the phone, letting me know what needed to happen and what they could do it about when they ran did run into that worst case scenario. He took the time to explain everything that they were doing to my car, why it needed to be done, and how. Prompt and professional, nice guys, highly recommend.

Realized my rear tire was going flat and managed to get there *just* in time before it wasnt drivable anymore. Even with showing up unannounced in the middle of the day, Chris immediately pulled my car into the garage and dealt with the shard of razor blade causing the problem - pretty sure the tire was patched and I was on my way in about 10 minutes! The whole experience was so welcoming and easy, would definitely recommend these guys to everyone, and personally plan to go back for any future service needs. Thanks again, Chris!

For years I’ve been looking for a good shop in the Woodland Heights/Forest Hill Park area, but have been disappointed until now. I have a couple of old clunker vehicles that I just want to keep running, and took one to Chris at All Good Auto II on Semmes. I was very pleased; service was prompt, the price was fair, and he got it fixed up and on the road again. I’ll be going back in the future.

A great neighborhood garage. Honest, Fair, quick. Got me in on time, got me out quickly and didnt try to sell me any work I didnt need. This is my garage now.

I only bring my vehicles here and to the one out in Powhatan. I do have a bias because I know the owner. But I only do so because I know hes running an honest shop, which is hard to find these days. I recommend him to people with honesty as the selling point. If you want your car taken care of, bring it here. He has taken care of every job Ive thrown his way, and many of them werent your run of the mill jobs. But if you just need a state inspection or brake job, he can do that too.

MY LAST TWO VISITS TO ALL GOOD AUTOMOTIVE IINew alternatorI had to jump my Lincoln about 3:30 yesterday. I called and told service advisor my problem. I was told to come in as soon as I could. I arrived about 4:15 and they had me pull into bay #2 and the service started checking for the cause of battery being low on charge. Determined alternator was defected. Ordered and installed remanufactured alternator. new electrical checks found battery was defective also. They installed new battery, which was still under warranty They had me complete just after 6PMI CALLED ON A RAINY MORNING TO SEE IF I COULD GET A LUBE, OIL AND FILTER CHANGE. I WAS TOLD TO COME ON IN AND THEY WOULD WORK ME IN THEIR SCHEDULE. WHEN I ARRIVED THEY HAD WE IN VERY QUICKLY AND WERE FINISHED WITH THE SERVICE IN A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME!

The only shop Ill take my car to.

I took my car into the shop because of a deep rumbling noise and shakiness driving. I was told the wheel bearings needed rotating and theyd have it back to me that night. Thursday night turns into Monday morning with new parts and labor being needed and an increase in price of about $270 to $600 total. Ok, no big deal. I was told the front tires didn’t need to be aligned.Except when I get my car back the rumbling is still there and my car is shaking. I stop driving my 2012 Hyundai Accent and instead drive my second vehicle until I need to go out of town the following weekend. While driving out of town, the rumbling gets worse and worse until I have to turn around to go home, unable to go over 50 miles per hour with the shaking being so bad I’m getting scared. While on 64 my car lurches and I almost cause a massive pile up as Im now unable to go over 5 mph.I barely get my car to the gas station off the exit. I call Robert, the owner, quite upset and in shock over my experience. He offers to pay to get my car towed to my normal mechanic and he will pay the bill. I call back 20 minutes later remembering I have AAA, but he says no hell pay for the tow. He also offers to pay for the repairs needed on my car.Turns out my normal mechanic says my rear back tire is completely bald and my front tires need to be aligned and a tire belt on the 4th tire snapped. All Good told me my tires didnt need to be aligned (they did) and completely missed the bald back tire.Robert asserted this negligence wasnt his responsibility and refused to pay not only for the repair job but for the tow as well. As he broke his verbal agreement to pay, I attempted to communicate with him by documenting everything in a letter I dropped off, weeks later hes chosen to ignore the situation and not communicate with me.It was All Good’s responsibility to catch the completely bald back tire, and to correctly diagnose that the front two tires needed to be aligned. Because of their negligence I was put in a severely dangerous situation where my dog and I could have been killed. I don’t know if evidence was there that the 4th tire’s belt was about to snap, but I do know if I’m driving on 3 messed up tires obviously something will happen to the 4th.I also know Robert broke his verbal agreement to pay for the tow. Had I had any indication he wasn’t a man of his word, I would have used my AAA membership to pay for the tow. This whole situation is very insulting and disappointing. Ive attached photos of the bills plus my AAA membership card.
