This place has an almost a perfect rating for a reason. Who ever gave less then 5 stars is wrong. Never have I been treated so well at any repair shop, and I run one in another state. They went out of their way to make sure I was able to get back on the road even going so far as to stay open late to make sure I was able to get it done and able to leave before the weekend started. True professionals and incredibly friendly. If Im ever broke down in this part of the country again I will absolutely let them service my vehicle. They let my dog stay inside so he didnt over heat. Truly grateful for the help they gave me today. 5 stars but they deserve 10.

Was awesome as usual. In all my travels being in and part of the military my entire life it is refreshing to be able to go to a solid reliable mechanic and know my stuff is being handled professionally and with care. If I could give 6 stars I would!

Amazing! We were traveling home from vacation on a Saturday and our van was overheating on the highway. I called and he said come on over. He fixed us right up and we were able to continue home! Thank you!!!

He did a really good job. And it wasnt high dollar to fix. Everyone was really nice. Just a man working hard to support his family. Also I trust and can tell he wouldnt do anything to my car so I would have to bring it back, Ive actually have had that happen to me. You can tell he is honest and that my friends is very rare and hard to find these days.

I give them 2 stars because everyone I spoke with seemed really nice and educated about cars the reason I cannot give 5 stars is because I feel as though the treatment of my car was very inconsiderate. First of all George told me that he ran my car for 2 hours and drove customers home etc to help diagnose my car problems. That was fine but was disappointed to see that my gas tank went from full tank to less than half. Thats not worse part because I didnt necessarily expect gas to be replaced (wouldve been nice though, right?) My biggest issues are 1 there was chocolate spilled in passenger seat and back window (how does one even get chocolate there?)! And my car smelled of mildew as though the windows were left down while it rained. I wont claim to have the cleanest car at all times especially after coming back from a long trip out of town when my car broke down but I expect it to be treated well and not worst then when I dropped it off. If it werent for the disrespect of the inside of my car I wouldve given 5 stars. Im not entirely sure if I would ever give them my business again because of this.

We had a flat tire on Main Street across from Veracruz. They were very kind and helpful. The tire was ruined so he gave me a great deal on a new tire and installed it quickly.

The work was done quick and super affordable. everyone is always doubtful when it comes to mechanics especially when you’re at their mercy, I can tell you this was the most honest experience we have ever had. We also got recommendations on further maintenance for our car and told us about a recall on our airbags. Veracruz was a real life saver! Thank you so much! I met Jorge my sophomore year while at Berea College. My car broke down and he was very knowledgeable and quick in repairing the issue. Up until I graduated from Berea I always took my car to Jorge for any issues. I definitely recommend their service!

They did a great job on my diesel truck, will return for other repairs. They had it back me quicker than I was expecting. Only had one problem, but they made it right with me! As of now I would recommend them to anyone. Great job 😀

I would highly recommend to anyone I know. I had an issue with a brake pad coming off the caliper on my truck while traveling 2 hours away from home. This occured around 8 pm. I showed up at the shop at 8 am when they opened. Upon explaining my situation the owner said he could start fixing my truck right away. Within 3 hours he had new brake pads, rotors and a caliper replaced on my truck allowing me to get home to my family. In todays world a mechanic like this is a diamond in the rough. Thank you again for the very courteous and fast service.

First time having a vehicle at this place. Called ahead and asked how much to put our new tires on and balance he tells us $50. Get there he puts them on tells us he cant balance them his machine is broke and doesnt torque them. So why did I pay $50 for mounting AND balancing if didnt get them balanced. Ask for some of the money back and get rudely told not to bring a car up there ever again and he wont give any of my money back so i can take them to a a different place that would balance them and charge me $30 just to have them balanced.Will never go back and do not recommend 😠
