We used Rons Air Conditioning Repair & Gas for service on our Generac generator. The technician was persistent, responsive and thorough in diagnosing a problem with a key part on our generator which caused it to not bring the power to the house even though the generator was running. He had a wonderful attitude and was very thorough in going through potential fixes one by one and finally getting to a latent problem which he was able to identify and resolve. He did a great job.

Our technician went over and above for us today. He was called out to diagnose one of our condenser units that had stopped working and to give our other system its maintenance. Drake arrived at my residence within 30 minutes of my initial call. Upon having a look at my A/C unit, he recognized that the filters were clogged and worn out and so, their replacements were necessary. He asked me to look at them to see how bad they were and gave me several replacement options. He did the replacement within no time but very accurately and tested the unit to ensure that it was functioning normally. I cannot thank him enough!

Am glad Benny came out to install a new furnace and ac for us when our furnace went out this spring. He was able to come out to give us a timely quote, he also held an install spot for us to ensure that we werent left without heat for too long. They came to do the install and worked with me to find another option for the energy efficient furnace venting, as I preferred not to have it vent out to the front of the house. I was sure I would have to have a whole new unit, and told him that, but when he arrived he said he could just fix my current one and said he would never sell me something that I didnt need. Super professional, courteous, and thorough, Robert and an assistant tried for almost two hours to to fix my HVAC in various ways so that I wouldnt have to replace it. Turns out it is completely burned out and had to be replaced anyway. He gave me a couple of options with price quotes and explained the differences so that I understood the benefits and drawbacks of each one. Loved working with these guys. Highly recommend!

The technician diagnosed the problem quickly and accurately! It was an easy fix. Not only did he fix it, he gave me a few other tips on how to more efficiently run my system. He was professional and friendly. I have heard horror stories of people being taken advantage of in these situations. Definitely not the case with them. They were honest and helpful. Literally the worst customer service you can imagine. Told I’d get a phone call to confirm the time in 30 min, after 45 called back to find out the time, received an email for appointment window, no call and no showed the appointment, called again told they don’t know but will look into it and they’ll call within the hour, again nothing. Called again and was told they rescheduled it for a different day. With no details or anything.. so don’t bother calling.

Their price was very competitive and were able to replace my non-working AC the very next day! There was a little communication mixup but they corrected in quickly. The service techs were very open and informative and good at their job. They even did more than expected. When finished they cleaned up completely. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
