Thank you very much for fixing our floors. We so appreciate how they look and feel now. The team of the two gentleman, who worked on the floors, and Jason, who repaired our stairs, were excellent. The staff was friendly, conscientious, and we enjoyed working with them. Syrus, thank you for your timeliness and for helping to organize getting the work done. We really like the vents that Jason suggested. I was nervous to have the risers installed after the floors and stairs were fixed. Jason took the time and expertise that eased my concerns. We will highly recommend your services to others.

The crew at Northern Nevada Hardwood floors did an amazing job on our install. They were so efficient, no mess, no clutter and very little dust... and fast turnaround! The custom work they did to integrate the flooring with our existing stairs was nothing short of amazing. These guys made what we thought was going to be a nightmare into a dream! We love our new floors!!!

Awesome start to our project. Loved what they did to the floors in preparation for new stain and look. Also glad they had the expertise to save me $15,000 by not putting in new floors. The guys , Agustine and Jose, who came very kowledgable, friendly and helpful. Will add a pic when done.

After my realtor walked the house with one of their representatives I received an estimate for the refinishing. However, there was a clause that stated ANY REPAIRS TO BE BILLED AT $75.00 PER HOUR FOR TIME AND MATERIALS. When I called to ask them how long it would take for the repairs, the woman on the line suggested that I meet with the representative at the house to go over the details. We made an appointment for a specific date and a specific time. (Since I work a F/T job I scheduled to meet him during my lunch hour.) When I arrived ON TIME for the appointment my maintenance man said that the representative arrived about 45 minutes earlier and that he had just left.Needless to say I didnt use this company to refinish my floors.
