The customer service was great. i couldnt ask for anything better. We had to travel from out of town and they met us on Sunday when they were closed to help us. They were very informative and answered all our questions and more. Our floors have been installed for a few weeks now and we are very happy with the product.

We were referred to Chris Grant at The Floor Store & More to get some carpeting replaced. We were also looking to do garage floor epoxy done and they do that as well! Chris was timely with getting back to me with my questions and he and his team did a great job installing the new carpeting and making our garage floor look better than new! They also had the challenge of working around the painters in my house and everything was completed on schedule and as promised. I would not hesitate to recommend Chris!

Chris Grant and team are very professional. They were kind and meticulous, and went out of their way to make sure things were as low impact on us as possible. Chris stands by his work, has great people working with him... oh and yes the floor looks awesome too.

I simply cannot say enough good things about this business. Hopefully by the end of reading this review youll be convinced that you MUST use this company.I had originally planned to buy the materials elsewhere & just have Chris Grant do the installation. However, they offer a discount if you also purchase the floor from them, so I went in to see what they have. Since they only stock high-quality floors that they stand by, I chose one with a little help & they installed it without problem. Impeccable customer service throughout. Amazingly nice crew. However, as soon as they left, my family and I noticed that the floor wed chosen was popping and crackling. Chris came over to look at it, and he immediately said, I wouldnt want to live with this floor, so I wouldnt expect you to, either. PEOPLE, they replaced the floor ON THEIR OWN DIME. If I had purchased the floor elsewhere, I wouldve been stuck in an endless loop of it was installed wrong from the manufacturer and no, the floor is faulty from the installer. But when The Floor Store & More says they stand by their products, THEY MEAN IT.But wait, Im not done. When they came back to install floor #2 (one that I chose and like even better than the first), they went OUT OF THEIR WAY to make sure the baseboards remained pristine and that we still had a livable space each evening when they left. (We could still cook and eat in the kitchen each night & even sit and watch TV on the couch.) It took them longer than it would have if theyd just ripped it all out in a single day, but they truly treat each home as if its their own and took the time and care to do it as perfectly as they could. (We have a largish family--six people--so this kind of courtesy made going through the installation a second time so much easier on us.)The quote I got from The Floor Store & More was not the lowest, but in the long run I saved thousands (not to mention my sanity) by going with them. BTW, theyre also the only business I came across that will install, caulk, and paint your baseboards if you want them to.Please check out this company; its rare to find such amazing customer service. Even more amazing to find a company that 100% stands by their products & services, even if it means they lose money on a job.

I found this place quite by accident, as I was looking for additional colors of a specific vinyl plank manufacturer. I called and spoke to Cody, who was very personable, patient, and helpful looking up the samples with me. He devoted time to my needs and was very polite and welcoming. Even though I was already working with a different floor company, there was something that resonated with this young mans service, So I found my way back.Soon, I met the owner Chris, who worked with me, made suggestions and made me feel comfortable asking my many questions. He took time to educate me on the quality of various floors and manufacturers, and together we chose a high quality product that kept to my budget. I really did not think that color would work, but it DID!!!!!I highly recommend The Floor Store & More for your flooring needs. Chris and his team are awesome! They provided excellent service and quality workmanship for the replacement of the carpets in our new home. They accommodated our schedule and jumped on getting the carpets installed before we moved in, which was very much appreciated. His team also applied a high gloss epoxy coating on the garage floor in a beautiful charcoal gray color that I would highly recommend to anyone looking at garage floor coatings. This was definitely a 5-star experience! Chris Grant patiently went over many of his Vinyl Plank Flooring options with me and explained all of the differences along with different patterns and how they would look in a large area. It was so many things I hadnt though of and Im so appreciative that he took the time! I didnt shop around because I dont base having things done on the cheapest price. I just knew that he seemed trust worthy and that means a lot, as my husband and I own a contracting company. We had Vinyl flooring put down in all areas, except our bathrooms and its GORGEOUS! He does impeccable work on baseboards as well...some of the best our painter has seen. They were reliable, friendly and we will definitely recommend them and use them on our future projects!

The first thing Chris told me when I called is that he would never do anything in my home that he wouldnt do in his own...what more can anyone ask for?! Anyone looking to redo any part of their floors (including rugs) needs to call The Floor Store & More, otherwise enjoy whatever garbage you end up with. All demo, multiple surface installs, custom stairs, and all new baseboards done in a single work week and looks absolutely incredible! Thank you Chris!

Chris previously installed carpet and flooring throughout our home and did an excellent job. We wanted our bathroom floors and master closet redone with flooring and carpet in the closet, so of course we called Chris.Carmine and Patrick removed the sub-floor and installed the flooring. They did a s superb job. They arrived on time and were professional and friendly. Carmine installed the carpet in the closet and went out of his way to make everything perfect. He had to add additional support for the trap door and get additional material to complete the job. He did everything perfectly.They took great care to keep our home clean as they worked and cleaned up after completing the job.We would use them again if have another project. You cant go wrong with Chris and his crew.
