We are extremely pleased with the installation of our engineered hardwood floor. We interviewed 4 other companies before selecting Full Circle Flooring. All but this company proposed installation methods contrary to the product manufacturers recommended procedures. Full Circle followed the manufacturers installation requirements to a T to ensure we would not have problems in the future and that our 50 year warranty would be valid. Our installer, Brian, was a true craftsman. His cuts were near perfection. We cant say enough about this companys knowledge and skill in preparing the sub-floor and installing the product.

My husband and I had 5 star flooring give us a quote prior to Full Circle Flooring. We chose FCF due to a more quality floor for the same price!! We were so happy when they were willing to match our price even though the floor we chose was more expensive. Everyone was really friendly and laid back. No pressure to buy; only knowledge and expertise. We picked a flooring pretty quickly and we are so in love with the results! Not to mention it was installed within a reasonable time frame. My only advise is buy felt patches for the bottom of your furniture because our chairs already left some scratch marks. Thankfully they mostly rubbed out. Anyways, overall very happy with the experience and results and can’t wait to have them do our carpet.

Full Circle Flooring refinished our wood floors in one week. They started on Monday morning and we were able to put our furniture in on Friday. No problems whatsoever. The final result was our 50 year old floor now looks brand new!

This is the worst place in the flooring business, the very expensive floors I bought have peeled and fallen apart, the manager said it was because I live at a high altitude, then why in the hell did he sell me flooring? so un professional, after 5 years, the finish on floors that cost over 10,000 has peeled off and the color is gone in many places. THIS PLACE MADE MY WIFE HATE OUR HOME. It looks ugly. DO NOT SHOP HERE, once the sale is done, they wont help or do anything to make it right. never again!

Full Circle Flooring is the epitome of a small business. Period. The owner, Jason Hopp, and his team consisting of Cory, John, Sam, Brian and Luis are customer service dynamos. Their flooring products and installation services are unparalleled. When I initially decided to completely upgrade my one year-old homes flooring (builders standard tile and carpeting), I visited nine flooring companies in Reno, Sparks, Carson City and Truckee. I was looking for very specific high-end engineered hardwood flooring and carpeting. I could not find exactly what I was looking for until my ninth stop which was Full Circle Flooring in Reno. I was greeted by Cory and within the first ten minutes of talking with him, I could tell this was the business with which I wanted to do business.The store is packed with the highest quality materials. During my cursory search of the inventory, I discovered the exact materials for which I was searching. Full Circle Flooring was the one store (out of the nine I visited) which carried the Independence Hardwood line and that is what I wanted in my home. I visited Full Circle Flooring many times to evaluate different carpeting selections with the wood flooring I wanted and Cory let me take home their various display samples so I could match the different materials/combinations in my home during day and night lighting conditions. That was very important to me. Full Circle Flooring also carried the exact carpeting I wanted, a beautiful Tuftex Stainmaster (Shaw Floors). The staff could not have been more helpful, accommodating and knowledgeable. Both Jason and Cory answered all my questions and explained exactly how engineered hardwood and carpeting are installed. They gave me several very helpful recommendations, which I heeded.The hardwood installer, Brian, did an absolutely amazing job. I cannot say enough about his dedication to my project. He is extremely professional, hard-working, knowledgeable, conscientious, and detail-oriented. He takes enormous pride in his work and it shows. Throughout the hardwood installation process, he offered me recommendations, advice and options when a choice in how something could be installed materialized. The original tiling cemented to the foundation was an absolute bear to remove. I believe it was the most difficult yet encountered by Full Circle Flooring. A special, heavy-duty tool had to be rented to accomplish the demolition.It took Brian days to remove that tiling and then prepare the surfaces for hardwood installation. It was an extremely labor-intensive process and Brian did it with a smile on his face. He went above and beyond several times which not only made the final flooring installation near perfect, it showed me that he truly cared about my total satisfaction. The Full Circle Flooring carpeting crew, led by Luis, did an absolutely fantastic job. I gave very specific instructions for the how the grain of the carpet was to be oriented throughout my home and those instructions were followed to the letter. My carpeted areas could be showrooms for Shaw Floors. They are just beautiful.The Full Circle Flooring family helped turn my really nice track home into an absolutely beautiful custom home. Company made numerous mistakes at installation, and their were manufacturers problems. Customer service incredibly unprofessional. We spent $8,000 in 2012 to have an engineered hardwood floor put in our home. Four years later we are still dealing with unfinished repairs, and very rude and unprofessional customer service. Initially Full Circle sent out a worker to make repairs, and he was so rude that we asked him to leave the house. The owner took offense and yelled at me over the phone. Since then, we have had an independent inspector who has verified that poor workmanship and product were installed. Yet Full Circle has delayed responding to requests for repair, and continued to be extremely rude. I have now contacted the Nevada Contractors Board, and will request that a third party make the repairs, as I dont want anyone from Full Circle in our home.

We used Full Circle to re-floor our entire home in Reno. We have an older home that has uneven floors and cramp spaces. They did a wonderful high quality job , have a great selection of materials and stand by their work.
