Always a good experience

What a great experience with renting 2 rvs hereEverything was prepped and ready to go upon arrivalInteractions especially during covid were considered and the vehicles were cleaned and sanitized to all of my expectationsWith travel being so challenging these days this was such a great option for my friends and I to get to go somewhere together and be out of the public.We had such a great time and all essentials were provided so all we had to do was think about consumable supplies and not the restUpon returning we just did a quick cleaning of the inside and did not have to be concerned for cleaning the outside of the vehicle, especially coming from the dust of black rock desert.Thank you classic adventures for a great trip, we will see you again soon

Great staff and equipment. We rented the 8x20 cargo trailer, it was top notch we had zero issues. They also helped make sure my hitch ball was tight as I didnt have a wrench big enough. Do business with confidence as I will definitely come back. Thanks guys, you helped make my weekend easy.

They are a very poor customer service company. They would not let me provide my own tow vehicle from U-haul. They wanted $450 to deliver it to my site only 15 miles from their business. The charges on my contract were higher than they said on the telephone. They charged me $75 dollars to cancel the rental even though I had never signed the contract. They were insulting and threatening jerks when I asked for all my money back.

Worst RV rental ever. Generator didnt work, extremely hot and uncomfortable. Had to stay in a motel first night as two people in the party got sick from the heat. Kitchen table so wobbly you couldnt put anything on it. Toilet smelled so bad from the time we picked it up that we could barely open the door. Then the toilet backed up entirely. Carpets were filthy. Side mirror so loose we had to stop and secure them before the fell off.Classic RV will not return our call.

Awesome customer service. Clean RVs. definitely glad I went there

Two out of the four days of my rental the air conditioning froze up during the hottest part of the day.
