When we moved into our new home there was a rodent problem. Pestmaster had it cleaned up and contained immediately. We have not had an issues since. Jeff and his crew are awesome to work with and I have referred them to many family and friends who have also raved about their work.

I love and find it unique that Pestmaster Services uses a green technique to be eco-friendly.

My wife and I had ordered a large lot of t-shirts and when we went through them, a few in the middle had “pepper” spots. While we are 99% sure it is just mildew from being in a warehouse, we wanted confirmation since it had touched our carpet and other clothing in our dirty bin. We called this morning and the woman who answered the phone was horrid. Who wakes up like that?! She assumed we wanted them to drive to our home for free to check it out. Where she arrived to this assumption, I’m not sure as I only asked if or what they could do to check something like this out. Her recommendation since apparently this is beyond their scope of work, was to take it to a dry cleaner. I hung up and immediately called Nash Pest of Reno and spoke with Jennifer, what a wonderful company and woman! She had no problem trying to help us figure this out and has taken care of this for us. So, if you have any pest needs, I wouldn’t use Pest”master” as pest control seems to he beyond their scope of work.

Technicians are very detailed and they everything to you.
