As a Relator in Northern Nevada/Reno area, I often need to select a Pest company to do inspections for my clients. Mega Pest has consistently offered stellar service and I have found them to be very trustworthy.

Very very nice people! From the front desk to the pest control gentleman; they are all awesome and thorough. We used them for our home inspection then again for routine spraying. We will continue to use them and highly recommend them for your services!

I hired these people to inspect a property that I am potenrially purchasing and they went to the property and consciences the 80 year old tenant to pay for the inspection and never produced a report. They refuse to answer the phone or produce the report. I highly recommend that you fine an inspector who will answer the phone and communicate!!!I give them an F minus !

We found a strange bug in our apartment and were terrified it was a bed bug. I called Mega Pest right away and they gave me an email address to send a photo to. Franky called back within 5 minutes and confirmed it was a Elm Beetle(thank goodness) and was harmless. Highly recommend

Always great customer service

A three-way call was made with the receptionist (Elizabeth) at MegaPest, my lender, and myself. The receptionist, who refused to give me her name, was rude and kept saying that no one wanted to work with me. When I asked why she stated that an appointment was missed and that the inspector was offended that I did not let him into my house when he did show up a week later. I informed her that the inspector did not show up for the original appointment and then showed up at my doorstep unannounced so I was unable to accommodate him. She continued yelling at us and told us that they had plenty of business and did not need our business. She then just hung up the phone on myself and the lender. When I called back to get her name, and talk to a manager, she hung up on me. I called again and was sent to voicemail. Very unprofessional.
