My experience was a very good one. After finding out that Orkin could help with my bat problem, Justin came as scheduled and provided detailed photos and a sketch of the bat exclusion work. When I decided on their service quote (after receiving another quote), the work was scheduled and Austin came as scheduled and performed the cleanup, sanitizing, and minor exclusion. Brittanie is the best! Kind and professional and takes the time to explain things. Has rid our house of mice, ants and black widow spiders! We got a free inspection that helped us think about upgrading our crawl space but haven’t done that yet.

We had been infested with sugar ants during the night. I called them at 8 in the morning to see if when they could send someone out. The got someone out to us that same day and no joke the ants were gone as they sprayed. The customer service rep and the tech Jose were very professional and answered all of my husbands questions. I would recommend Orkin to anyone have g bug issues.

Was told all the bed bugs would be killed , the next morning still alive fully grown bed bugs! Was also told I would have a 7 day after spray inspection this didnt happen they no showed me,. Not happy ! Almost $ 1000 spent with this company and no solution. Now I get an 11 day after spray inspection, also was told all bugs would be nuked didnt happen.In between all this I had to buy bed bug spray spent almost $200 on AmazonJust not acceptable . So unhappy

Overall a great experience, I called and was able to get a same day appointment. I was provided a 2 hour window in which the Tech was expected to arrive, they arrived on time. Upon arrival Salvador spent some time discussing what our issues were and went over some options with us to ensure we were getting the right solution for us. After getting some details he did his work and I observed he was doing a thorough job. His attention to detail and ability to recap the work he did was amazing. When he was done, he ran through all of what he did, with a precise recall.He even took care of some things we didnt mention such as the wasps nest around our shed. Overall very satisfied with the service provided. If i were to have something negative to say it would be the pricing seems a bit high, however you get quality service for your money. I would surely recommend Orkin to anyone looking for pest control and is not on a tight budget.

I had a family emergency come up, so just had Steven spray the outside of house.How can I tell if he performed the service?Im looking around outside of house and still see plenty of spider webs around vents, windows, doors. During the initial visit they took care of all the webs along with spraying. What do I do to get this service again?

I was originally impressed with that. Then, Greg, came out to my house and went over everything in detail and answered my million questions. He was very professional, knowledgeable and thorough. He set me up with a service the next day (again, very prompt) and Brittany showed up to perform said service. She was wonderful too, working with a smile on her face. She took the time that was needed to deweb my whole place (which was a task in and of itself) and then sprayed my entire perimeter, along with the inside of my house. I was very impressed with them and feel they deserve all 5 stars, if not more! Highly recommended and satisfied =D

Just had my first visit. Id contacted them online (also contacted 2 other companies that still havent gotten back to me), they called the next afternoon, and 2 techs came out the next morning. Thats a great start to good service. The techs were courteous and respectful and while Im no expert, seemed very thorough. The communication from start to finish has been perfect. They may not be the least expensive, but they do seem to be the most professional.

This was the second time we had to use their services and was very satisfied with their work. The first time was three years ago for bee’s and ant’s. This time was for a mouse in the house. Again the inspector was very good to satisfy our needs.

Dealt with two great workers at Orkin, Greg and Jose. They’re very kind and professional. One did an inspection the other performed the service of exterminating the ants. They were both on time and I was able to get them out here very fast. Very pleased with their work. As far as cost. I didn’t price out any other company so I can’t say if it’s reasonable or not. But I would say it was worth it to get rid of these pesky red ants! 👌🏼

Great experience with my exterminator and his professional courtesy of practicing social distance and wearing a mask in these weird times of covid-19. He explained some of his concerns with certain areas and took care of them. I left the house because there was no need for me to be in his way. John came out to do an inspection and first initial treatment. He was out here right when he said he would be. I really like that I was kept in constant communication before the appointment to help remind me. When he got here he practiced social distancing and wore all of the appropriate ppe. He was very nice and really listened to our concerns. He was great with our kids and working around them and our animals. I knew that he cared about their safety like we do. I am very happy to have started service and I know that with Johns expertise we will have our pest problem under control in no time.

During my appointment I felt like I was working with someone who really knew what they were doing. Our technician was prompt, he listened to our concerns, did a thorough review of our property, and applied the treatment he prescribed. He told me he will call in 3-5 days to check if the treatment stopped our problem. The warranty their work if you’re on a reoccurring plan. Anything pops up between treatments they will come back at no cost.

Very impressed with the professionalism and quick response time, they even called me a couple weeks after the initial spray to make sure things where going well.

And set everything up I just moved into a house and found 2 roaches and freaked out he gave me plenty of info and was on it alsoI have a reptile breeding project and so inside he used methods safe for that roomNo sprays.
