I used to love this place and I recommended it to several friends. I always trusted them to do the right thing and not stick me with unnecessary charges. However, all integrity was lost and I will NEVER return and I will NEVER recommend this place again. I stopped in for a smog check. I had some service scheduled on my truck elsewhere because the engine light was on but I needed to renew my registration. The technician at this place knew that even if my vehicle passed the smog check the overall test would automatically fail. He could have explained that to me before he ran the test and charged me for a known failure. An honest person would have done that. Just to tell me to come back after my service appointment would have been the right thing to do. Now I can NEVER trust this place to do the right thing again.

I went in with the tire that was so low with air it was almost flat. Walked into the facility and asked if they do tires, was told no and given advice on where to go to get my tires looked at for the cheap. Let them know that I just needed air in it, and they said they would take care of it for me! Mike let me know exactly where he was filling each tire to and which ones were looking low and which to keep an eye on. He also let me know that the tires looked relatively new and that I should have a warranty on them should the tire get low again. Best part, they did not charge me a dime! Do you guys know what they’re doing and care about people, even if they aren’t their customers. Even if you’re not in the area, the trip is worth working with this company. Locally owned. I’ve had oil changes and smog checks done here before and they were quick and it didn’t cost me an arm and a leg. I will not be going anywhere else!

I had not been in here for awhile, but was very impressed with the staff and service I received for my Jeep Grand Cherokee and Ford Super Duty 6.7 diesel.They were thorough and friendly, great job!

I went to this place cause a friend reccomend it, big mistake a have never paid so much for an oil change 131 dollars when everything was set and done 40 dlls fir a cabin filter 22 for an air filters ridiculous prices,and I didnt even get the oil I wanted cause they didnt have it in stock..yes I could have say no to all of that but my no longer friend works next door to them and I didnt want him to feel bad. 2 things for sure..Im not coming back to this place and my so called friends is not getting a thank you card for fathers day lol..Im going back to WalmartAutomotive, might not have the greatest oils brand but it would probably cost me a third of what I pay today.

Of course, the advertised price is for the lowest-rung oil change in the world, and most cars made after the 90s cant even use it, but thats to be expected. Dont let paying more than advertised make you reconsider, you paid more than advertised for the sunroof on your car too.Service is reliable and the techs are all knowledgeable. Ive seen them with with people that are self-professed not car people, and they have never tried to use that to upsell. The oil change always comes with a fairly comprehensive inspection, too, which is nice. Most impressive part is that they will do the effort and labor to show you whats wrong, rather than just tell you to take them at their word. If you choose against it, theyll also put it all back without charging.

Took my kia to get a transmission flush after calling all over town and getting prices from $220 to $500 some being to lazy to actually do the work jiffy lub this place offered to do it for $150.I was a mechanic for about 4 years and watched them how it was being done and they actually did a better job then when I used to work as a mechanic.So yes I recommend this place to all my friends, family and anyone wanting to have a good quality job done.Thank you

I have been having the oil in my car changed here for years. Great service! They never try to up sell services you dont need (like the chain oil change places do) but stay on top of what your car does need. They are knowledgeable and dont treat women like they know nothing. Service is also fast. Yes, they are a bit more expensive but worth it!

Hard to find a convenient place with top quality products. This place is both. I came here specifically for the Castrol synthetic oil change and was in & out quickly. Most places will try and sell you some lesser quality oil at a cheap price, this place is as quality as the Castrol brand suggests. It’s clean, professional and quick.

I brought my Ram here after 6 months of barely driving it. They told me I didn’t need an oil change and recommended when I should come back to have it changed. They also told me how to check the oil life on my truck which was helpful. I appreciate their honesty and it is a refreshing change from other oil change places in the area I have gone to. I will definitely be coming back here to do my oil changes in the future.

I had been going here for years until I realized that they are deceptive. It seemed that every time I had a transmission service that was past due and done by another automotive shop, they would show me so-called proof that it wasnt done. I have a 2015 Subaru Impreza with a transmission that is sealed. The only way they could see if the fluid was bad is if they unbolted it and broke through the sealant. So, they were showing me fluid that was NOT from my vehicle and ripped me off on a service I didnt need TWICE! Stay away from this place for anything to do with your vehicle. There are several other local automotive businesses in Reno that act with honesty and integrity.

I love this shop, they are professional and dependable, getting the job done right. I have been dealing with Wayne since his Sparks repair shop. I remember when Eric was first working for his dad as a young man. I know I can trust that they will do the best for my vehicle and myself when I come to have my vehicles serviced. For several years I lived in Portola and continued to have my vehicles serviced with Wayne and Eric at their shop. Thank you for the best service, in Reno and surrounding area.

My wife went in to buy a new battery for her car and they encouraged her to go to the dealer to get the warranty. When she checked and there was no warranty, they tested her battery and did not charge her even though she would have bought a new battery. Lastly, they fixed the XM radio for her for free. Although these were simple things, a lot of shops would have taken advantage of my wifes lack of knowledge of cars and charged her for these. This is a sign of honesty to me.

I was quoted $98 for an oil change for my 14 Ford sedan. This place may be great, i dont know, but almost $100 for a simple oil change is crazy! Do people really pay that much for oil changes? I go to the dealership for my new 2018 SUV and dont even pay nearly that much. I really dont know how they stay in business with these prices. My 1 star is based strictly of that ridiculous price.

If you go here, you can expect to pay a lot more than their advertised price. Ive tried this place three times: once with my personal vehicle and two government vehicles and its always the same thing... You need this or that and that bumps the price way up. The last time, they said I needed a new interior air filter and they showed me mine. My filter did have some loose leaves on it and when I said that I didnt want to get a new one, they didnt even knock the loose stuff off as a courtesy. Instead, they carefully placed it back in its slot so as not to accidentally shake anything off. Cmon...

Just took a GMC terrain in an hour ago. I guess they saw an opportunity to take advantage. Guy comes in with a filthy white air filter and says hey this is real dirty. Well replace it for $39. I didnt think twice about the filter other than Ill just go buy one and put it in myself. I go to do so...the air filter in the car is nearly clean and yellow, not white. They showed me a dummy air filter or one sitting around just to worry their customers and prompt a sale. Shady shady business. Beware.

Took my cars here for years. The last 2 times I went here I got home and the car was leaking oil all over the driveway. My husband took the car back both times and they fixed the problem. Both times they made a joke and laughed it off about the oil in our driveway. We dont think its funny, we keep our property super clean. We wont be back.

Today the owner (Eric) dissapointed me. After the oil change I got a few days ago my car was leaking considerably and my garage floor had a huge puddle of oil on it. Just brought the car there and they fixed the leak (damaged or not well installed gasket). Since I lost an hour of my Saturday and still have to clean up the mess on the garage floor I figured its fair that they make it up to me with a free service like an oil change or a smog check. Instead they give me the voucher I can download from the website.Even after the manager checked back with owner the best they would offer me was a $10 smog check. Its not about the money, its about the attitude. Mistakes happen. Lets fix the damage and move on. If you cant give me a 19.95 smog check for free that tells me you dont really care if I come back or not. So I wont.
