Jiffy Lube always gets the job done. They’re quick with their service and I love that the Signature Oil Change comes with a car vacuuming, window washing, windshield fluid refill, and more! I usually go to the one by Meadowood Mall, the guys there are friendly and like to crack jokes. 10/10 service :)

When I pulled up to this business, I did not know what to expect because it looks worn down with paint chipping on the side of the building you see from the street, however, the service, once, inside was exceptional. The attendant greeted me with warm smile, and gave me extra time because I was with my five year old. The waiting area was clean & there was fresh coffee I received the information on any problems with my vehicle and was on my way. This took no more than twenty minutes to complete from start to finish.

Great service even though I arrived two minutes before closing. Efficient, great attitude, helped me out with discount coupons. Already plan to use the second car coupon this week. All three men helping should get a raise

After a bad experience at an oil change place years ago, I have since avoided chain stores.Todays experience may change that!Matt and his crew got me in and out quickly, correctly advised what genuinely needed to be serviced and what could wait until the next service interval.They matched a coupon without asking, so I saved a few bucks. Also, they did not complain when I was back seat driving :)Ill definitely be back!

I was a repeat customer at Jiffy Lube.Had oil change & tires rotated andwas told I needed brakes. Had brakesdone within 2 wks. of this service at anatl brake service co.Was informed lugs on rear tires wereinstalled backwards after rotationwhich damaged wheels and could have caused an accident!I will NEVER go back to this Jiffy Lubeagain & will have 2nd thoughts on anyJiffy Lube even for an oil change!

I ran in last minute for a smog ck! They got me right in. They were pleasant and friendly. My only complaint was that there was kind of a lack of good communication when I paid. They offered to handle the car registration for $10 which was great but the numbers weren’t communicated well and it involved 2 transactions.....which was no big deal, just not communicated. Bottom line is it’s handled and inn glad to have it off my ck list! Pleasant experience.

Had to get an oil change ASAP. Staff was very friendly and professional. Took about half an hour and establishment was clean, had vending machines, and they followed covid guidelines. The guy I worked with gave me a discount since I did the air filter too. Pricing was fair.. My car battery died during the process and they were happy to give me a jump. What was I thinking? My usual place was two weeks out and I wanted an oil change done pronto. Drove past the first jiffy lube as it just seemed weird and off. Should have driven past this one, too. The moment I sat down in the lame waiting room it all felt wrong. Wished I had just gone to the dealership (brand new car). Sure enough, a guy walked in with an air filter (mine?) and suggested it be changed. I asked if thats normal after just 5,000 miles? I dont remember having had them changed out that frequently. He said, yeah, its dirty, looky here. I said, fine. Turns out the internet recommends every 12- to 15,000 miles; I should have looked it up there and then. The whole experience felt grimy somehow. Two stars, not one, only because it was pretty fast. Jiffy, one might say

I had an oil change with jiffy lube when I came to Nevada approximately 10 months ago.I felt they were very honest with me about the mileage on my car and not having to have my oil changed more than up to 5,000 miles and also very professional .I went back to get another oil change and smog test and was very happy with their professionalism..

It was the second time I had them change my oil the first time was on my Tahoe and the last time was on my sons car. Both times they were so nice and quick great bunch of guys. I liked them so much I tipped them all both times

4 years ago I Previously rated this business establishment 5 stars due to customer service. Since their customer service has gone down Ive adjusted my satisfaction accordingly. Only reason to give 2 stars vs 1 is because they are FAST (but dont expect them to check anything other than the oil as that was my observation) Customer service is no longer there. Gentleman with shorts and tank top whom I dealt with attended me wih NO face mask during a pandemic, made me feel like I was taking up his time, telling me that they were closed due to lack of customers (now I know why), however the doors were all open. During the transaction he was short and rude. Long story short, after many years if being a Jiffy Lube customer, I will be talking my business and looking elsewhere moving forward.

Management was a class act. Got a flat tire on our way to Yellowstone and they fit us into their schedule and made repairs quickly for a great price!

Went in today for an oil change and all three guys working on my car were friendly, efficient and fast. One even washed my windows! I was in and and out before I could finish one email! They are very nice and trustworthy and due to COVID they require you to stay in your car for the entire service which made me feel super safe. I always find a coupon for my services as well which make it even affordable!

They did my oil change in 15 minutes. The only things that bothered me were 1) they didnt fill my washer fluid as I asked and 2) they didnt wear gloves and they got greasy fingerprints all over my door and steering wheel. Other than that I am very happy and will return.

I Just think that $84-$10(Veteran Rebate)=$74-Is Just Too Much for An Oil Change(Even High Mil.100k+)And a 15min. Real Quick Check of Trans./Coolant ect...But Whatever....

Got me in and out quickly - washed the windshield and vacuumed out the drivers and passenger floor areas (which was pretty bad since weve been camping every other weekend so lots of dirt, sticks, rocks and leaves). Totally recommend this location!

I have used this location for about 2 years now and this last visit they did not put my 2 covers that cover my oil pan and my oil filter back on right which now is going to cost me about 125.00 plus 3hrs of work for a total cost of about 225.00. This is not the way you should conduct business.That will be the last time I visit jiffy lube ever and I have probably spent over 1500.00 between oil changes and tipping.So if you decide to visit that location on south Virginia in reno make sure you check under your vehicle and make sure they did fasten everything back but not being a mechanic I suggest that you go somewhere else.

This is by far the best jiffy lube in town, always easy, always convenient, always friendly.

They basically just did an oil change and when I asked what kind of oil was recommended for my car they didnt know and offered full synthetic or a mix. Of course the mix was cheaper and when I arrived home I looked in the manual and it said always use 100% full synthetic oil unless you dont have a choice and then make sure to get it at your next oil change... Will not be going back to this location... I have been to other Griffen Jiffy Lubes that are much more knowledgeable... Dont go to this one...

I went in on Sunday for an oil change and smog check. After I got there I was informed that they only smog Monday through Friday 8 to 5 so I got an oil change then had to go somewhere else to get my smog.

I love that a Jiffy Lube, anywhere, will top off my oil and other fluids as needed. This location didn’t have a line, and took care of us fairly quickly, but it was funny that the gal who welcomed us and started getting my info, suddenly stepped away to help the guy in the car who pulled in after me, and took 5 minutes to check him in first to get his oil change started, when mine only took 2-3 min. She just left me and went to help him. Not sure why that took precedence.That being said, I appreciated their service and the fellow that assisted me topped off my washer fluid and the specific synthetic oil I needed, and double-checked that it was full to the very top.

Had smog check performed. Technician was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. I observed all employees complying with COVID required policies. This was very comforting since my wife and I are very high risk. This location is outstanding.

Stopped by Jiffy Lube on South Virginia St. in Reno, NV just 15 minutes before closing to get an oil change, smog check, and registration renewal. Even though it was late, they were courteous and efficient. They even did a little extra for me! In 51 years of driving, it was the first time anyone had suggested they check the cabin air filter. When they did, it had 2 inches of leaves compacted on top of it, as well as being dirty! Don’t know how any air even got through that mess! I have been going there for years and have never had a bad experience. I would definitely recommend them.

Oil pan plug was not put in properly. All the oil leaked out and the check engine light came on. Should hire people that know how to do an oil change.

I asked if the technician could reset the Oil Change Alert on the Lincoln Town Car first thing when checking in and he said they could. They did not. Plus I had oil on my garage floor after the service and I went back and he was too busy. In addition, they did not clean our windows.

I’ve had my tires rotated at this shop twice and both times now they’ve stripped a lug nut off of my tire. They say it’s because Subarus have weak tires but this has never happened to me anywhere else. Sure they send me down to another store and fix it but it takes another several hours out of my day. Do yourself a favor and never ever get your tires rotated here.

I used a $20 coupon for synthetic blend oil change and the total price was still $74. I believe I was overcharged. I will not return.

I moved to Reno last year, having previously lived in a state that doesnt do smog checks so I was completely clueless as to what it entails. I first went to the shop on Saturday morning & was greeted by a nice guy who told me to come back mon-fri, 8-5 so I went back wed around 3-ish.
