Midtown Diamonds is AMAZING. Last year I was debating getting my ring resized before our elopement and we were leaving in 4 days. They are the ONLY shop that didn’t laugh at me and say they couldn’t do a resize within 72 hours. They could do it even quicker I believe I ended up not resizing before the trip, but it was just the thought that counted that they were here to help! Fast forward to now, my sisters ring is the most important piece of jewelry I have and they were able to fix it so I can still continue to wear it. The ring looked older and dingy and when I got it back I was shocked at how clean and shiny and brand new it looked. I can’t thank them enough for saving this meaningful ring.I would highly recommend using them for all your jewelry needs. New, old or custom!

Came in to get myself a little birthday present ya know gotta treat yaself right and all that.. anyways I know nothing about gold/silver and had plenty of questions about the different qualities of metalwork and about how the market kinda works to help me get a better idea of whether or not I was going to get a good deal. Best customer service i have ever had in reno out of any business. They didnt have what i wanted and instead of turning me away (like most businesses) they got right to work and got me what i needed. Gave me a fair price on repair and when I went to pick up the ring it was in great condition. Repairs were spot on and the ring looks great!! There are not enough nice words to say about Eric and his team. These guys are the best in Reno. They put together my wedding ring, which was my husbands grandmothers ring. That project involved no small amount of very painstaking welds to repair prongs that had been incorrectly done previously, as well as the selection of matching diamonds to fit the setting. They stand behind their work and the jewelry they sell.
