Great experience. The staff were fast, knowledgeable, and professional. I brought in my Slow watch (the brand, not the problem) that had stopped running, and no one else would service it in this area. Harland Watch Co took it in and got it back to me in two weeks, running better and looking better than ever!! Couldn’t be happier with the service, will do business with them again!

If I could give a higher rating than 5, I would.I found a watch that I purchased 10+ years ago in a drawer at home. I needed a link removed and a new battery. A quick Google search resulted in me finding Harland Watch. I’m grateful I did!I was met with a friendly & knowledgeable staff that made sure my watch fit me correctly. They took an extra minute to make sure I was happy with everything and really made me feel like I was their most important customer.I cannot express how great they were! Highly recommended!

Went in with one watch with a broken strap and another watch needing replacement. Customer service was awesome replaced both watch straps in 10 min for a fair price. I highly recommend this place.

I took my Omega seamaster to harland because it wasnt keeping time. They sent it out for service and had it back to me in ten days. The watch did not keep time when I got it back so I took it back and they sent it out again; this time for a month. I got the watch back and it kept good time for about a year but then started losing time again. Unfortunately, harland only offers a one year warranty whereas most watch shops offer two or more, so I got to spend another $300 sending the watch out to another watch shop. Now it runs great. I would not recommend harland for watch repair.

I’ve purchased two watches from Harland. My Baume et Mercier and now my IWC. Which is now my favorite watch. Steven is always great to work with and I can’t stress this part enough: He gave me a SCREAMING deal on my IWC. I can’t even buy a used one for the price I paid for the new one. Definitely give them a chance if you’re in the market or a new time piece.

Changed battery in a super cheap watch. The watch crapped out (no light, no digital display but did tell time). They didnt charge me for the battery. Will be back!

First, they were ready, able, and willing to serve me even though they were busy at mid-day. They agreed to remove some links from a watch bracelet and did so quickly even though they were busy. This was surprising because their excellent service was was at a very reasonable price. While waiting I was impressed with their beautiful inventory of watches; one of my weaknesses. When Im again in need of a watch or watch repair, they will be high at the top of my list of jewelers.

While on a two week road trip, my husband’s watch band broke. He lost the pin from a link. Not being familiar with the area, I used google to find Harland and we’re glad we did. My husband was in and out of the shop in under 10 minutes and we were back on the road. The staff was very accommodating and professional. We got lucky and couldn’t be more pleased!

I had an excellent experience. This is the best place to buy a luxury watch in Reno. Picked up a vintage 1968 Rolex ref 1503 and I absolutely love it. So great to know that the watch is verified and serviced prior to purchase. Special thanks to Laura for helping with the sale.

Awesome boutique! Have purchased several watches from Ben at Harland and its always a great experience! Customer service is outstanding. I have purchased from other retailers and AD’s but didnt seem to get quite as good of service as I have at Harland.

Purchased a watch through them on-line. Watch was supposed to be brand new. When the watch arrived, it was missing the documentation, outter box, and the limited edition model that it came with was damaged. Customer communication is lax, and they have made the return a pain. They clearly have little regard for their customers. I would strongly advise against doing business with these people.

I traveled two hours to get to Harland and it was well worth the trip. I was warmly greeted upon arrival and assisted promptly. They provide exceptional customer service. Exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend them... I will be a return customer without a doubt.Harry Houser

I found Harland Watch with a random Google search for someone near IGT to repair my watchband. I got to converse with the staff while they repaired it on-the-spot, and found extremely knowledgeable people who really knew their stuff. I even learned about some watch history! And the bonus was a very reasonable charge for the repair. Thanks guys, Ill be back!

Just called in to ask two questions. Do you have planet ocean 8500s. And do you have both sizes 42 and 45. If the guy could have just taken a second to look I would have driven over there and purchased one of each. No kidding. But he just told me he was busy with a customer and had to go. Called ahead to verify if they had a specific model and size of watch and drove from stagecoach. Was complete BS.that pissed me off but maybe it was a mistake. OK. Everyone deserves a second chance. We were Then told we could order it and it would be here in a few days. This was an anniversary present for my wife and was important to me to say the least.Waited a week and was told it would be more money than originally. Waited another week. No call. I finally call Three days prior to my wifes day and was told that they are on back order. More BS.. Honestly, you treated us like tattoed skum lol but I had 12,000 dollars in my pocket and was going to blow it on two watches. It reminds me of that scene in pretty women. Thanks for absolutely nothing.

Just moved to town and would not recommend. the staff was nice enough when I came in although a far cry from the normal attention I recieved at my previous watch retailer back in the Midwest. simply needed a watch strap exchanged and I didnt have a small enough screw driver. cost 25$. ?! 25?! I payed it without hesitation but I love watches and they just lost another customer. that type of nickel and diming is totally unnecessary for a store tryin to capture the market of people buying luxury goods. 25$ to unscrew a couple small screws....gimme a break. Ill go somewhere else next time and Id recommend you do the same.
