I had lost my diamond from my wedding ring and Michaels has always taken care of my jewelry needs. David sold me a new diamond at a very fair price and had it mounted (better mount) and back to me within one week. His staff are always helpful and polite. They are providing an appraisal and pay for your first payment on insurance. Love Michaels!

Found a piece that I wanted for my gf. I put it on hold while I shopped around. The website said they close at 6pm. Came in at 5:30 after work and they are closed for some facebook live event. Wouldnt open the registers to make a sale. Wish they would of made an exception for me. Now I wont be buying anything here as Im flying out to see her tomorrow morning. Its a shame because I was ready to pay them for it.

We had some communication issues due to delays this industry seems to be facing as a result of covid. Once the issues were acknowledged and our original sales person was included in the communication, things were quickly resolved. Katie was a wonderful representative and extremely professional. Her communication with us was timely, accurate and courteous. We appreciate that they have gone above and beyond to fix things.

During 2020, I decided it was time to go through vintage pieces and all jewelry that needed cleaning, repairs, or resizing. I even had some custom work done as you see with these coins. Top notch jeweler! I went in this store as a result of a google search, no reference as I was looking for a custom design. First, store is really nice, very professional. Second, service is amazing. Katie sat down with me and we laid out the ring I wanted and she sold me. Had no intentions of buying that day but they helped me design exactly what I wanted. Next onto Rosie that handles the mock design and she kept tweaking until I got what I wanted. They let me make periodic payments and keep it on layaway until I was ready to pick it up. Also, met the owner one day at the store and he was super friendly. I had been looking for this type of service for two years and found nothing until Michael & Son.

I brought my wedding ring in to fix a prong. The jeweler put 12 new tips as well. My ring had been a dull white gold since it had been 19 years. When I picked it up it looked brand new! It was amazing! The white gold was restored and the diamonds were dazzlingly not to mention the great work on the tips! I highly recommend Michael and Sons!!!

I bought a raw diamond in Jared, which was a good experience but setting itself cost too much in Jared. I searched yelp and found Michael and Son’s got good reviews, so I went into the store asked about the price for setting a necklace. It was less than half price than Jared. I picked up my necklace after couple weeks, I was very satisfied with the setting and the service was excellent. I would come back again for any future purposes or repairs.

A few years ago, I was recommended by a business relation to use Michael and Sons for a custom ring. I had all the stones, some family heirlooms, so was hesitant to trust anyone with such special pieces. I was immediately put at ease by the friendly and professional staff. Erica was a great partner in designing the ring of my dreams and kept me in the loop the entire process. I use them for watch repair and batteries when needed for my place of business as well. One of our twins purchased an engagement ring this past summer and his brother purchased a beautiful necklace fir his girlfriend for her birthday. They see no point in looking elsewhere. The two young ladies assisting with the necklace gave honest and helpful feedback to ensure he picked the very best piece. The gemologist, I cannot remember her name at the moment, is always helpful and very knowledgeable. They never try to push, genuinely seem to be looking out for what is best for you. Michael and Sons is everything a family business should be, they treat you like a member of the family. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Horrible customer service, no wiggle room for negotiations on my diamond earrings. Was only offered $300 even though they were valued at $2,200. I understand it’s a business but seriously?!?! $300 is “the best” they can do. Will never do business with them again.

It works perfect for the engagement ring. Fits nicely and looks like it was made for it (it literally was). Got it all back in a timely manner with great follow up.

Was looking for an diamond anniversary band to go with my wedding ring. My husband and myself came in looked and stood around for over 15 minutes without as much as a hello, much less got any service. They were extremely rude. A woman was working with a couple and called another lady to help them out but never addressed that we were still just standing there. Would not ever recommend anyone to go here. Just rude!

If I could put more than 5 stars I would. They created a custom piece made of dreams for my wedding. Each time I was in, I was called by name and always given the utmost respect. Each time I had a question, I was given every piece of the answer and I was able to walk through the process with them. I cannot express how grateful we are for Dave and his team. Love Micheal and Sons jewelry repair! They do a great job, very professional and trustworthy. They take pictures of your jewelry before the repair and keep in your file along with printing out a picture on your receipt. There are cheaper places but not worth the risk, I’ve had to have Michael and Sons repair a “repair gone wrong” on two occasions when I tried to save money.

I have always had friendly service at Michael and Sons. I brought my wedding ring in to be sized. It has an intricate design in gold and silver and is a wide band. The jeweler was able to size the ring to my finger while I was in the store. I got a call 3 days later that my ring was ready. It’s perfect- doesn’t even have a seam. Love this store and love to shop local.
