I am a very happy customer with this local print shop in Reno. They got me a quote in minutes which actually was much more reasonable than I thought it would be for a few custom printed mask i needed for my new business start up. It turns out they also print shirts, hats, vinyl banners and vinyl decals for my window signage. Overall they are awesome to do business with. very customer oriented and friendly but the low prices is the main reason im writing this review. its to let other small local business owners and start ups know that if you need to get your branding printed and signs made, print4mat is the place to go to.

We are a builder and were in need of aluminum signs, vinyl banners and a few corrugated directional signs in an immediate rush. Originally we ordered signs elsewhere with 2 weeks advance planning but that didnt come so we were referred to lelo over at print4mat in reno. She took great care of us and had all of the signs we needed printed in 24 hours. Now that is lightening fast service. Well there are too many great things to say about this local print. ill start by saying they were able to knock out 500 shirts for us by morning for a huge event we were putting on. next, the pricing was absolutely much lower than i had anticipated to pay so i tipped them. the professionalism and stellar customer service didnt feel like i was doing business with a local printer. i actually felt like i was receiving nordstrom level customer service. so i would for definitely recommend them to all the non profit organizations that need custom shirts printed for a good price.

Most of the other shops wont allow you to bring in your own shirts to get screen printed. print4mat is literally the only print shop that allows you to bring in your own shirts and hoodies for them to print. pricing was beyond fair. my shirts turned out exactly as i imagined it to be. very happy and will let everyone know this is the place to go for custom printed shirts.

If I could leave no stars I would. This place is so unorganized and dont care about satisfaction or getting an order right. First I was told my order would be ready Tuesday by 2pm. I went into the shop to pick up my order and was told by a gentleman my order isnt supposed to be ready till Wednesday and wont be ready till then. So I came back Wednesday to pick up my order, which was a terrible experience. My print was supposed to be a 4x8 card. But they made the print smaller with a white boarder around it. I was not informed they would come out that way. And they ordered the wrong envelope color. As I informed them it was the wrong color the owner tells me that she will need to return them, but they might not get a credit because she opened the pack. This error was not my fault. It was hers. So when I asked for a refund on the envelopes she said they cant give me a refund because she might not get credit back for the wrong ones. Again, not my problem. I informed the gentleman I could not wait a couple of hours for them to return and get me the new envelopes. They offered me envelopes which do not fit my cards. And 2 different colors. Because I had to leave town I had to take what he handed me in disgust and walk out. There was no compensation for my order being late or for the wrong envelopes. This place will not work with you or care about your order in any way. I recommend finding another place that is more organized, honest and will take care of the customer when they make a mistake.
