The employees here have always been super nice and are very helpful and accommodating. I’ve been to this location many times over the last 10-or-so years and have always had good experiences! I’ve came here for prom dresses in high school, have shopped here as a bridesmaid, and am now booking my appointment as a bride myself. Great customer service.

So I made an appointment only with the intentions of trying on styles since I have been online shopping for my wedding dress and had already found a few dresses that I loved. I had an appointment with Alyssa. She was phenomenal. Super sweet and accommodating the entire time I was there.I pulled out dresses that I wanted to try on and she brought all of them in my size. She avoided bringing me any dress that I wouldnt receive in time for my wedding day to avoid me falling in love with something I couldnt get. Smart move on her behalf and super clutch for an indecisive bride like myself.I brought along a few friends with me and one found a dress that was similar to something I had already tried on after I thought I had found my style. BOY OH BOY! It was the dream dress. And above my budget. But it was the display with no imperfections and fit me like a glove. With a discount and on sale, I ate the extra cost beyond my budget because it was the dream.I cannot wait for my wedding day to wear this dress and am super thankful for the team at Davids Bridal for their assistance.

Booking an appointment online was extremely easy. Finding the store was extremely easy too. When I got in, I was greeted by everyone. The dresses were overwhelmingly beautiful and such an amazing selection, youre going to find a dress, you will definitely walk out with one. They helped with designs and picking out dresses. Also, my wedding is only a few weeks away and they were able to help order dresses, for many different sizes(bridesmaid) and all to come in before the wedding. They did great.

She went above and beyond not only did she help the bride find a beautiful dress she even to extra time and helped get the maid of honor and me a dress without appointments we really appreciated her help. I had accidentally ripped a hole in my dress at my alterations appointment. The seamstress told us she would repair the damage when we picked up the dress, but when the time came the hole was still there. She told us she had forgotten and would fix it that day. As we were discussing options on how to fix it, she was growing increasingly frustrated and told us to hurry up because she was hungry. She ended up walking away from us mid-conversation into the back room. We followed her there and just agreed to cut the dress (her solution) and we would patch that fix ourselves later since she told us she wasnt willing to, but then she handed me the scissors to cut the dress! She had never told us WE would have to cut the dress ourselves otherwise we wouldnt have even entertained the option, but its understandable that its the companys policy. I just wish she told us this from the start so we wouldnt have wasted the time discussing it. We asked if we could run to a fabric store and return with a similar material instead and she told us she couldnt hold onto the dress any longer. No matter how we tried settling this situation she refused to work with us. We decided to just take our issue to a different store and definitely wont be returning back for any future weddings in our family. If the hole couldnt be repaired, just tell us in the first place so we arent down to the wire trying to fix this before the wedding! We tried so hard to come up with a solution, but Davids wouldnt meet us halfway.

Came in and met with Riley & I was pleasantly surprised at how up beat and ready she was. She was able to capture my personality with each dress that she picked. She is excellent problem solver and more than willing to make sure she tried her best to get the dress that I wanted. She has a reassuring nature, It felt like I was shopping with valuable friend. We were helped by Riley. She was personable and made us feel like we were really taken care of. When we came back for the fitting and she welcomed us as if wed been there a thousand times. She asked all the best questions without interfering with our own process of picking out a dress and helped move all the fabric in all the right ways and places.

The associate we worked with was absolutely awful. Our bride made it very clear that we were flexible with colors and styles. She refused to offer different options to accommodate for the day. She also asked if a November arrival for my September wedding was acceptable. Potentially listening to the bride when they are willing to be flexible is advisable if she chooses to remain successful in her position.

Reno, NV DB location: Riley was so helpful! She helped me pick dresses according to my style preferences, but allowed me to try on other styles to rule them out. She also helped with accessories and choosing the right veil. Riley was go great about staying within my budget! I’m so happy to have chosen a dress!!! Now, I can’t wait to get married!

I found the dress of my dreams! I walked in without any idea of what I wanted and quickly found the perfect one. The girls were so helpful and patient as I tried on the same ones over and over! Got fitted for a Bridesmaid dress. Was taken to the room to get fitted and the lady said this is the room and hung the dress and walked away...when she came by to the back area to check another dressed being worked on I asked if I should put the dress on or wait for the seamstress. Said yes so I did. Seamstress came and asked if I needed help. I said no. Then walked out and she started working on my dress. Did not talk to me and asked me a question about the buss I said it was fine then she continued. Still no talking. Then was done and I paid. Walked out with no goodbye. Very weird for me because the one in Fresno CA is so friendly so I was thrown off. Especially since when I first got the dress the lady was so nice and friendly asked a bunch of questions.

I went shopping for a wedding dress with my mom and sister and we had a wonderful time! Janessa was a huge help and so sweet! I missed this dress on the rack, but she was looking through different styles and brought it over for me to try on. I was instantly in love once I saw it! I tried it in and it was absolutely perfect. I came in a few weeks ago after looking online and even tho most of the dresses I liked online weren’t in store, they still had a few good options. My stylist Hannah was the one who actually picked my dress out after hearing some of the things I was liking and after she saw the ones I had shown her online and to be honest I LOVED this dress so much more than any I saw online or elsewhere. I am so appreciative to Hannah for finding me my dress and making my day so much better I wouldn’t of wanted to work with anyone else or have found any other dress.

I came in by myself to get an idea of what I like before getting bombarded with opinions from my loved ones. Aubrey helped me out and she was wonderful! She picked out several dresses based on my preferences. She wrote down the style numbers for the dresses I liked so I can find them again when I return. Overall a great experience.

I had a Bridal appointment today and I was assigned Hannah, she asked what I liked and I told her I wanted lots of embellishments and I wanted it to morph to me. She brought me a lot of options and it was hard to choose between the six dresses I liked she always asked what I liked and how I was feeling which I really appreciated her asking how I felt in them. I did have another appointment after but I kept thinking about the dress and ended up canceling my other one and came back for the one Hannah showed and she let me try back on my favorite and had me ring the bell she then showed me veil options that looked good with the dress it was really nice and Hannah is wonderful I would definitely work with her again.

I had such a great experience in shopping for my wedding dress! I needed something on the cheaper side that was simple enough but made me feel beautiful for my elopement (which is one month out!). That is exactly what I got! The whole process was seemless and I was able to walk away with my dress same day and didnt pay more than $500 🎉! My associate Kailee was so helpful and really went above and beyond to help me find my perfect fit of a dress. I highly recommend Davids Bridal!

I had such a great experience at David’s bridal today and was pleasantly surprised by their selection! I had a vision in my head of the type of dress I wanted and Aubrey did an excellent job helping me pick out gowns that fit that vision. Now I have the difficult task of just choosing one of the many dresses I loved.

Hannah was my stylist during my first time at Davids, she went ABOVE and BEYOND. I started to fall in love with a dress she helped me find, unfortunately the dress is being discontinued and no other store has another in my size. Although I was pleased with the selection and prices, she (and the team) continued to search for another similar and they did just that! I continue to think about both dresses and my options that Hannah was able to show me.

I am giving three stars because I felt that the majority of my interaction with staff was positive BUT when I went to the store for my alterations I was very disappointed. Not with the work but with the professionalism. AWFUL! One, I could hardly understand the lady that I was scheduled with. She made me feel like I was bothering her. The attitude she gave off was that of someone who hates their job. She was rough and pushy when pinning my dress. Not one smile!!! I am preparing for my best friend’s wedding! The happiest day of most people’s lives! The bride next to me was having her dress pinned for alterations as well and I felt bad for her because she was getting almost the same negativity I was getting. Though the bride got one or two smiles from the lady who was working on her dress so hopefully that made her feel a little better… I did have to explain to the bride what a bustle was because the alteration lady was basically saying she needed one but not explaining why or what it was. While I was speaking with the bride to be my alterations lady rudely interrupted, “Turn now! Turn now,” practically pushing me away from her so I couldn’t speak to her! Every bride to be should have every single moment relating to her wedding be a positive and happy one. This day was far from. I would go somewhere else for alterations if I ever purchase a dress from there again!

Today was beyond what I ever expected. The team was absolutely amazing and helpful while finding my perfect dress. I said yes at Davids Bridal and could not have done so without such an amazing team. Thank you. ❤

Everyone is so friendly and helpful! My wedding was supposed to be May 2020 but was postponed due to the pandemic. I ended up having to look at alternate options for dresses because my original one sadly no longer fits, and can’t be let out, and the team was wonderful! I was very disappointed to be honest. I’ve never been married. So this was a first for me. The way I visioned how it would go was by far different. The lady was nice but not very experienced and much more worried about putting the dresses back up once I had tried them on. She never adjusted the dress, she never said anything outside of that I had 14 minutes left. I was not aware that I was on a time limit. It was much different at marcelas right down the street. They were knowledgeable kind and stayed late. They found me my perfect dress and I love it. Go there if you want to be treated like more then a number.

Very disappointing experience all around. Came in on 4/10/21 to shop for 2 dresses - my mothers dress for my wedding and my bridesmaid dress for my best friends wedding. I am a size 12 (the average size in America) and struggled to find any styles in or even near my size so I can try them on and see if I like the style. The few dresses I found were still not in my size and filthy - covered in make up, deodorant and falling apart at the seems for several dresses. I was disgusted putting on a clearly dirty dresses during a pandemic. After finally settling on dresses, still not knowing if it would fit as my size was not available, we ordered dresses. The dresses were ordered under two separate parties, are different sizes styles and colors. David’s bridal calls me to come pick it up so I drive over an hour to do so. Wanting to try on my dress to ensure it fits, I got in to pick it up. When I get there, I have found out that DB has given my dress to my mom who lives in a different town. Disappointed in the quality of service, inclusitivioty of dress sizes available, cleanliness of store and dresses and picking up experience was miserable as well. Do better David’s bridal.

She was so supportive for the dresses I liked, and she got the dress trains set up absolutely perfectly (something that helped me decide on which dress I wanted). In regards to COVID procedures, masks were worn by all persons in the store.

The attendants Kylie and Lindsay (I think it was Lindsay) were amazing! So patient and helpful. I don’t have an ideal body so it can be hard to find that dress that makes you feel beautiful. But they were more than helpful and understanding.One star was taken off for their alterations department . The alterations ladies spoke limited English, which isn’t a problem if they understand what you’re asking for. But they kept cutting me off while I was trying to tell them the alterations I needed and insisted they understood, when I was sure they didn’t get what I was saying because I’d never finished my sentences. They assured me that they understood so I trusted them. But when I went to pick up my dress, it wasn’t altered correctly, as I suspected it wouldn’t be. I literally had enough room to stick my arms down in the dress, meaning there was no bust support in a dress that requires it. The cost of the alterations was refunded after 2 hours of me telling them it wasn’t right and getting the attendant involved. But now I still need to figure out what to do to make this dress right and my wedding is in a week.Overview- buy your dress here, but find a seamstress you trust somewhere else.

My friend and I were exposed to Covid-19 and were awaiting our test results. We did not receive them by the time our dress pick-up date came so we called to see if they could hold our dresses until our results came in. They said they were unable to do so and that we needed to find someone to grab it for us. I had to call my only other friend in the area and she had to leave work early because Davids Bridal couldnt let our dresses sit on a rack for a few more days. Its a worldwide pandemic, try to be more accommodating to people who are actually trying to stop the spread of this deadly virus.

Came in with my best friend to look for bridesmaids dresses for her wedding and our stylist Aiden was seriously the best! She was able to cater the dress choices to our specific tastes and all within the color we needed! So excited to wear my dress and celebrate my best friend later this year!

The girls there were wonderful. I was disappointed at the number of higher quality options offered, however that comes with the territory. Again, fantastic experience with the team members there, they even made very good suggestions of their own that trumped the dressed I liked better.

I came in with ideas in mind and was helped and assisted the entire time. She did a great job being there when I needed her but wasnt intrusive. I do not like being pushed into things (especially buying something so special and potentially expensive). She was absolutely great and not pushy in any way. I had a $500 max budget and she did a great job sticking to that. When I asked for a dress or two out of my budget, she was straight forward with me about the price. I love the transparency.Ive been there before in the friend/bridesmaid role and that was fine. As a bride, I appreciate the help and attention I received.

I always have great experiences at this shop! I bought my wedding dress here and a bridesmaid dress, most recently. The staff here are so friendly. I went in once without an appointment and still received excellent service and attention. There are a wide variety of gowns and the seamstresses are very skilled. I got a royal bustle on my wedding dress and it was beautiful! There are a number of Spanish-speaking employees at this shop too, which can be helpful for customers.

Jackie was the best. I went in not knowing what I wanted and helped me find my dream dress. I ordered my size, my veil, and underskirt last week and the latter two are already in with my dress due to arrive in a couple weeks. I can’t wait to wear them all together.

I got help from Taylor at S Virginia and she was amazing, not gonna lie my friends and I are definitely a handful sometimes especially having a little champagne to loosen the nerves and she was so patient and made me feel extremely comfortable I was very very impressed with this store very friendly people!

Janessa was absolutely amazing. I went in with my sister and mother to try on different styles of dresses, because as someone who never thought this day would come had not a damn clue what I wanted. She pulled a few of each style and asked what I liked and disliked about each one and let me try on the same one probably three times before I said yes to the dress. She then handed me the bell so I could make my wishes. Ultimately a phenomenal experience 1000 out of 1000 would recommend.

I made an appointment 2 months ago, took the quiz they recommended before the appointment. They did not have a single style/color of dress I requested. The appointment ended up being a complete waste of time. I will never go back.

The hispanic lady that was working with the alterations was very rude to me. She was telling me to get off the stage and very pushy and rushing me. I understand they afe busy but I am there for my appointment and to be treated nicely not rude. I will request a different lady next time.

I had a really great experience at this shop! I had bought my dress from a David’s Bridal in Denver, but brought it in for alterations. I asked them to do some pretty expensive alterations (namely adding a full layer of glitter tulle to the skirt, adding sleeves, and a fancy bustle). I was apprehensive turning in my dress to have that much done, but they did an incredible job! I’m absolutely in love with how my dress turned out! Definitely recommend the alterations ladies here, they were truly wonderful and spent a lot of time with me making sure everything would fit the way I wanted. She crawled around on the floor for like an hour pinning and repinning my dress until we found a bustle option I loved haha. Very customer focused and their work turned out beautifully!Also had a great experience with the consultants here who helped me pick a veil, grabbing some beautiful options and even holding my phone to FaceTime and show my best friend while I was trying them on. Very welcoming and overall I really recommend this shop and how accommodating they are.

I went in just to find a veil for my dress I purchased elsewhere and the gal (Aubrey I think) helping me was very nice and helpful. I was worried since I didn’t get my dress there but I didn’t feel like I was treated any different. They steamed and hung my veil up all nice to get the wrinkles out. I’ll be going back for accessories :)

Needed a bridesmaids dress for a wedding in April and didn’t realize how long the order times took and quickly became overwhelmed. Jackie was my stylist and she helped me look at all my options and talked me through all the order times. Was able to find a dress that I actually love and I can’t wait to wear it at my besties wedding!

Janessa was amazing! We came in to get a feel for different styles and had such a good time with her. We ended up picking out a dress with zero pressure! Thank you for helping my sister find the dress of her dreams!
