They are so unprofessional and off putting. Find a different location. The balloons we purchased deflated before our party started.This place is awful and dirty

Clean, well-organized, and nice, friendly customer service. Prices are very reasonable and selection is very nice, too!

I needed specific food dyes for Christmas food gifts. When I walked in the door the lady behind the counter asked if she could help, I explained what I needed and she directed me right to it. Great service and very friendly. The selection of items in this store is great for just about any occasion!

Superficially friendly staff, however not super knowledgeable or willing to assist about product stock quantities and locations of items in store. When asking about a products location the answer was probably isle seven if we have any. Another inquiry about a number zero to incorporate in a birthday age display (when 1 thru nine were clearly displayed) solicited a surprised look followed by well I guess we dont carry zeros with no attempt to investigate why a primary member of the number system was missing from the rack. A bummer for my son turning ten.A bit overpriced in my personal opinion as a small package of balloons (with helium fill service) and 8 plates, 8 cups, and a package of candles for the cake came to $49.Im sure I will return as the consolidation of party supplies is an attractive feature, but out of necessity as there is really no competition. Entrepreneurs... maybe there is a need to be filled here?

The store has a lot of stuff to choose from. It is a bit costly for some things. However, the manager wasnt very knowledgeable about the products (piñatas). She was also a little rude and lacked customer service. We werent helped at all during the time we were on the floor. They are also understaffed (i wonder why). Overall, they still did what they were supposed to, but not in a customer service oriented way. Also, the manager was filling up our balloons and one was lost, because she didnt tie it to the string, and was being awfully sneaky about it. We didnt even get an apology or acknowledgement. She also didnt tie all the balloons properly, so just keep that in mind.

The balloon decorations were gorgeous. I would suggest you pick up your order the day of your event. Otherwise you end up with balloons all fallen to the floor.

Nice shop to get ready for a party. Kids love balloons. Once was disappointed when they didnt have helium for the balloons and at a checkout I was told that they would have it later, when asked when exactly the seller couldnt say, was pity. In general very nice place and lots of ideas for party

Theres a great place to go to stock up on paper products for birthdays weddings parties any kind of party. They also have a great selection of Halloween costumes right now. And they also have a fantastic year round selection of candy for party favors. Plus everything you need to dress a table for that party no matter what kind it is. Their staff is very helpful

They do have tons if party stuff but dont bother asking for help or expect to be treated with any respect. Im 53 years old and have never seen such a lack of customer service care in any store Ive been in. Ill never go back and am calling the corporate office.

To blow up balloons went to Party America got what we needed went today could not get 2 little number balloons cause they said they dont do walk in balloon request so Im heading all the way across town to party America once again ...

The Party City in Sparks NV located just off I-395 is the most horribly stocked party store in town. Its floors are dirty and theres only one employee in the store so no one can help you find anything. Yesterday I was informed there is a city-wide shortage on helium.

I remember why we never dealt with Party City. Every employee we had the pleasure of dealing with there was rude and about as helpful as the customers shopping. I understand that helium is in “high demand” at the moment, but there’s no excuse for that attitude associated with it.We will not be going back. It seems that the majority of Reno feels the same way.

This is a nice store with a wide variety and the staff are always friendly. Went here on Wednesday to buy balloons and decorations for my daughters birthday party. The whole process was quick and easy. The cashier girl that helped me was very knowledgeable and helpful. Definitely will be back again around Halloween!

The customer service reps were so helpful. They had a decent selection of costumes & extras. I really appreciated that they were open until midnight the night before Halloween. Only thing - I wish they had more dressing rooms available... as well as a mirror for those of us trying on costumes.

Terrible service, dirty and gross and way expensive. Also, the coupon wouldnt work. Not one employee not the manager could figure out why. Then they tried to calculate my discount and did it wrong, both the manager and employee. They really couldnt do simple math. After 45mins, just paid and left without my proper coupon.

I love Party City. As an event planner, they have saved me quite a few times. I just cant take my dad because he tries on every hat he can find!

Unprofessional management he was upset because he had to give us a refund because an item that I purchased already came with the balloons that I was buying. We were being assisted by a new girl she was doing perfectly fine she did everything that we asked for and one of her coworkers came over and tried taking over I let the co-worker know that the new girl was perfectly fine she was doing exactly what we asked and we did not need her input.

I got some stuff for my daughter for her first birthday but then i decided to just go to walmart and they had the exact same plates and napkins for almost 50% off what party city had! The service was okay and it was fun to go and look around but i probably wont be back...

Went to party city tonight to get balloons for my moms birthday. Got there at 8:10 when they close at 8:30 and they were closed ha. Ive gone to party city a lot and pretty much always a bad experience. From being short staffed to terrible customer service. Seems like everyone there hates their job. To whoevers reading this, I suggest you look elsewhere.

Long wait, customer service rather poor, my balloons were overfilled, I mentioned it and she said she could put more and not to worry, she knew what she was talking about. I brought the balloons inside for my autistic sons birthday. The biggest one popped instantly when he touched it. Lets just say, it ruined his hour.

I had to leave a review because their customer service was outstanding. I had asked my children what they wanted to be for Halloween. Mind you I live in Lemooren, Ca and my kids do not live with me. At the last minute as all kids do they finally decided what they wanted to be. I had to place the order online for their mother to pick up. Most of the order went through without a hitch. But the my sons costume and accessory had been sold put and it was a computer error. I didnt have much time due to work. But the Manager Sal was a huge help and guided me through the items they had in my sons size. Without his help Im sure a kids Halloween wouldve been ruined. Thanks againSal.

The Manager here was yelling at other employees in front of us Customers, very unprofessional! The store was disgusting, stuff all over aisles and in the candy aisle we witnessed mice everywhere. Definitely won’t be returning here!

Went here on comapny business for the purpose of sparing no expense as cheaply as humanly possible for a Haunted House event. Instantly greeted. Friendliness at every corner like the butler from Big Daddy. And they helped us pinch every flippin penny we had so corporate would be happy with our reimbursement receipts. ;)

Its mind blowing how much stuff they have. Very messy and some staff seemed super grumpy. But the variety was really fun!

The guy that was there yesterday went to great extents to help with a costume for read week at school.

Worst customer service! They had boxes all over the floor for people to dig through. So we ordered online with instore pickup so we didn’t have to deal with the mess. They never emailed us when the order was ready. We have called 5 times with no answer to speak to someone. Never going here again.

Came here for chafing dishes and it was cheaper than Walmart and they came in a variety of colors. The flames kept everything hot and worked,out perfect. They also have candy, utensils and tablecloths in every colors. Perfect place to go if you are sticking to a color theme.

They have amazing costumes in there and all kinds of party themes. Were already planning our Cinco de Mayo celebration and I will definitely be going there for our supplies. I felt they were a bit under staffed, there was quite a line and only one cashier. Not sure if its always like that but it is a great store.

No one there to work the invitation desk. Apparently there hasnt been anyone for months and they dont know when they will get anyone. The sample books are on display....they should really take them down before you waste your time picking something you would like to order.

Unfortunately Party City is not my favorite place I was doing an 80th birthday party and all they had was black and white or the traditional regular colors my party was for a gentleman and hes well over black and white but not quite with the traditional red and orange and purple and green stripes or polka dots I will shop at Walmart better prices better colors

Fast friendly service, we called ahead of time for balloons for our daughter who was flying home and even though party city want even open yet they still helped us by taking our order n had them ready for us the minute they opened! ! Thank you party city.

The manager Olivia was rude beyond belief. Even though there was a 45 minute wait for balloons she had accommodated the woman in front of me since she only had 1 balloon, awesone right? Not really since the same accommodation was not alloted to me. She flat out said that i had to wait the 45 minute, and when i asked why the woman in front did not have to wait i was ignored. Additionally, i had wanted to purchase 12 table covers the ones priced at $9.99, they only had 3 so i asked if they could see if they had more. She said loudly, we dont have time. I loudly responded back, pointing at all the items in my cart about $100 worth. You should have time for all your customers. I then placed my entire cart on the counter and walked out. I might add, with one very sad 4 yr old who couldnt get 1 balloon. Rude, rude, rude!I will never go back there, Ill just order online. Please retrain her.

Some of the merchandise can be found at Wal-Mart for much less, but the specialty items they do have always seem to be almost gone if not out of. Local teams like forty niners and raiders they have their party supplies, but what if those arent your teams?
