Always very friendly. Prompt too. Unfortunately, their GPS system was not ready for general public and they came up with a slight solution but they want the customer to pay for the fix! Thats outrageous and should have been a recall. Other service fine. Also, like my CX5 a lot. Has great MPG with fantastic pick up and safety features.
