I absolutely do not recommend this place. I took my truck in for a simple fix, boss made it seem like it was something out of the ordinary. Was told it would be fixed by the end of the day. A day goes by and it wasnt even touched. I didnt give any attitude, when I simply asked, when will my truck be done? Was immediately told, with an attitude, well call you when its done! If you dont like that, come pick up your truck, it doesnt matter to us. Besides the A Hole attitude, he also rudely hangs up the phone. Waste of a day I could have used to have my truck repaired elsewhere. I then picked up my truck and took it somewhere where my business is appreciated and my truck repaired the same day. No thanks to Ricks.

The reviews are absolutely correct about this place. The owner acts like you’re bothering him when you walk into the shop. It appears that he has no desire to better his business with good customer service and is completely burned out at this point. He should do everybody a favor and just close down. Luckily there are a handful of other shops in the area with great attitudes and customer service that took my business with a smile.

I think these guys get a lot of more hate then they deserve. I really believe they are here to take care of people and do what they need to. In my opinion, they are the best car shop I’ve ever been to! They did an amazing job on my suspension, and took the time to show me what they were looking at and what’s wrong. They took very good care of me and my car! Amazing work!!🙏🏻

Making an appointment is the way to go with these guys. They had my car in and out In a timely manner. Very friendly staff

The shop is ok but they are not honest they said they did a full diagnostic on my car which was a lie. There was no evidence they performed the work on the rear cylinders for a compression test. Also what they said was the compression was way off to what it actually was. i would not recommend this shop to anyone since they pulled some shady stuff

They were just sitting down watching tv with no shoes now and then they had a jr mechanic working on the problem and the sr mechanic should have done it from the beginning not the best then they didnt plug air tides back in and they left a part just hanging there. Im a woman and they just played me.i had a better chance doing it myself

First automotive care place Ive been to that follows the schedules they set, follows the pricing they set, dont try to upcharge you, and are just straight shooters all around. My first experience here thanks to Groupon, and Im going to be coming back again and again. Every other oil change Ive gotten through Groupon, the place had a reason to throw on addl charges (despite me being very careful about following maintenance schedules exactly). James was super friendly, and the whole experience actually left me feeling good.

After tune up and a full brake job, my alternator went out later in the week. James checked it out, and was able to fix it overnight and get my vehicle back to me before noon the next day. Excellent job!

This place was amazing. They did a great job and were very friendly.

I brought my car in for an oil change I found on Groupon. When I returned for my car, “Rick” let me know that my struts were bad so he wouldn’t be able to do my tire rotation. He also said that I needed them replaced ASAP. Mind you, this is a $700+ fix. I knew something didn’t sound right so I decided to get a second opinion from an honest mechanic and come to find out I just needed new front tires. This guy “Rick” isn’t an honest mechanic.

I had a water pump go out on my Pick up truck, I called around to a few shops my friends recommended and the quotes were $500 - $800 and 3 to 5 days to complete. Called Ricks and the quote was a little less than the lowest I had received and they did it that day. Very happy I will recommend to all my friends/family.

Rick and his guys were great ! My old school buddies and l pretty much fried all the electronics in my Nissan Frontier while trying to fix it . After realizing that we were out of our league l had my truck towed to Ricks .Rick stayed in touch with me to let me know step by step what was going on and got my truck running again at a very fair price.I for one highly recommend Ricks ..good guys , fair prices !

Went here for diagnostic on a check engine light. My car kept going into limp mode. I explained everything to Rick, discussed possible fuel filter with him. He had his assistant pull one of my plugs. Rick said it’s possible that could be my problem. He gave me a verbal estimate on spark plugs, fuel cap, air filter and fuel filter for $400 total. They called me only 2 hours later, saying my car was done. When checking out, they had plugs and gas cap on the counter. I asked if the fuel filter was changed and the assistant said he didn’t know. Hmmmm my total bill was $420 plus the receipt shows they changed the fuel filter. They didn’t change it because it doesn’t have one. It has a fuel pump that they would have had to drop the tank for. Do not trust Rick!

As others have said, prices are super affordable, the staff are friendly and professional and do great work!The waiting room is comfy too.Oil changes come with tire rotation and fluid top-up in the price.I dont plan on taking my car anywhere else!

Great customer service, they must not have many people wait for service because their tv remote has been missing for a while, based on what I was told. Service was fast.

Caught these guys in a lie. Paid for a synthetic oil change and then my girlfriend suddenly got charged an extra $20 when she went in. Then I called back and pretended I was a new customer and asked about the price. They said oil change came with up to 6 qrts synthetic, no disposal fees, and no taxes for 49.99 flat. So ya, they just ripped my girlfriend off for $20 because she was female.

Let me just say I hate car trouble it always happens at the worst time and I seem to never have the money ugh. Nate is amazing always happy and smiling he understands a budget and really try’s to work with his customers. I have had several oil changes done, brakes fixed, and now my O2 sensors done all at Rick’s Total Car Care. I am always satisfied with the service and Nate really does go above and beyond to work with your schedule ! Today I was stuck I needed to take my car in but also needed to get to work Nate arranged it so I could drop off my car and get a ride to work :)Rick’s Total Car Care also offers a financing option in case you don’t have the money right away and need repairs this saved me :). Thanks to Ricks auto for going above and beyond with my truck. I went in for a couple small repairs and they found some serious stuff that would have ruined my truck. The staff is friendly and the mechanic was awesome and the prices were great! Thanks Rick auto!!! Highly recommend to anybody that needs work done on their vehicle. I was feeling unhappy with my usual car care spot and thought I would take a chance with Ricks after buying a groupon for an oil change and tire rotation. I am so glad I did! Super friendly staff-my son and I had to wait there due to it being the middle of the week and not having a ride. One of the mechanics bought my son a juice box while out on a snack run and they were overall just pleasant to be around. They engaged in decent conversation and just seemed very kind which is not something you typically encouter at mechanics shops. My car does require an additional service beyond the oil change and, rather than freaking me out with every bad thing that could happen like if I dont attend to the service immediately like some other places may do, I was simply offered a quote and thanked for my business. What a breath of fresh air! I will be coming back for anything my car will need and am recommending them to everyone who will listen. Thanks guys!

Extremely knowledgeable technicians. Very easy to talk with and it was a comfortable experience. I didnt feel like I was being taken advantage of like they try to rack up an unnecessary bill. Overall Its a great place of business. And now my car runs amazing thanks to these guys.

Groupon... First time here with an appointment. My appointment was at 9am and they didn’t get me in until 9:35am. Only one person working there then another employee shows up late and is cranky... The guy that was late calls me a liar behind my back to the mechanic in Spanish and I heard him. He said I was a liar because he asked me how my breaks were and I told him they MIGHT be good. Aside from that, cheap prices on Groupon . Don’t recommend this place though because of poor customer service.

Got my oil changed super fast. But they didnt check my other fluids or do a tire rotation like they advertise and asked for. I felt pushed to get out of there!

Groupon purchase. Price included a tire rotation. They tried to talk me out of the rotation and said they would do it if I would come back for next oil change and pay full price. Got home and noticed only one side of my tires had been rotated. Does me no good. What else might they have forgotten. I wont come back.

I will be contacting the BBB on this company the manager refused to redeem my groupon I purchased serval months back on many different occasions. He than felt it was necessary to yell in my ear tell me to get a life and start cussing at me. Not really sure how they have any positive reviews since this has been my experience everytime I have contacted them.

I bought a Groupon for a full synthetic oil change offered by this merchant. It would have been my first time here. Website shows business hours, including Saturdays 9-5. That is the only day my husband can go. If the owner wanted restrictions on specific days the Groupon can be used, he needed to list that on the Groupon in the fine print(which he did not). I spoke directly to the owner and brought it to his attention. He did not make any accommodation, which he could have. He first said we arent open on the weekends....I said, your website says open Saturday 9-5?. Then he said, he changed his hours a few weeks ago and it hasnt updated on the website, hmmm....then said, Im the owner, why would I lie, then said....I close weekends in the Winter. Blahahaha. Which is it? He was rude about it as well. Not good business! Thankfully Groupon wasnt happy with his behavior and refunded my Groupon to take my business elsewhere. Good Luck Ricks Total Car Care.✌
