Nice rooms, some are simply converted motel rooms with furnishings & cable devices included!Management has always been friendly when I visit. A weight room, business room & snack machine room are available to all tenants.The BIG ?...how much is rent?I will edit later, but $700 plus is what Id expect You can call ,& check...I will this afternoon.Reno Regency is currently renovating a first floor conference room into a bar, ,& Ill venture; nightclub. My friend lives stop this club & is cherishing the nightly vibrations of music into 2nd floor.We will see...many attempts have been made to make this property a viable going concern during the 25 years Ive been in Reno.The be Reno Regency has been the longest & best of them!!Good luck with your expansion!!🤗

I have lived st RR. for 3years. I have had nothing but a good experience here. The staff is the best. You could eat off the common space flooring in the building it is so clean. We have college kids all the way to the elderly. In addition there is a work out area with weights and bikes downstairs.. Also, parking is never a problem.

I’ve been here for 3 years. Every place has its ups and downs but I love it! My husband and I have a beautiful apartment and love how efficient everyone is. Yes there is a homeless issue , but downtown Reno has them everywhere. The property manager takes every issue seriously and doesn’t tolerate anyone destroying property, or disobeying policy. She has a heart the size of Texas and will do whatever she can to help those in need. The maintenance guys are wonderful as well. They get to your requests as soon as possible. Usually the same day that you put in the request as well.I highly recommend this property!

Bed bugs and roaches on going for years. Little in the way of apartment maintenance. BEWARE!!! I helped a friend move out recently. Her rent was paid till the end of the month. On our second trip back to salvage what we could from the infested room we noticed her coffee can full of change had mysteriously disappeared. Dont know who to blame the bedbugs or the roaches.

Even for studios its small. Although the walls are thick and its quiet. The front doors have a key entry but people let others in constantly so a little pointless. Overall its nice and quiet and the rents not much higher than it should be. Also. New remnants get great deals. And everyone here is old.

I love living here.The Staff & even the Residents are very nice.

Just a couple of words BED BUGS, at First the accommodations seemed very nice but people are in and out all the time. the office people are what I would say less than helpful.

We stayed there for almost five years. The staff especially Terry, her daughter and Tasha (used to be in front office) were always helpful and welcoming. They got the things fixed before you knew it. Cleaning ladies were nice as well and take care of the property very well. The place is very secure which puts your mind to ease given it is downtown. The residents are mostly friendly and caring. You get free gym on top of studios being furnished and equipped with kitchenette. Additionally you get cable and internet and all the utilities included in your rent. It is a best place to live especially for students at UNR and affordable in a students salary. I would strongly recommend single or couple newly starting at UNR to consider this place. Terry, Thanks for your help over the years! and kudos on maintaining this nice place which we used to call home for five years.

My husband and I have been here for over five years we started out in a studio then we moved to a sweet now were Im a 1 bedroom full kitchen w/ dishwasher full range w/ 4 burners and over and large fridge and greaser. The office staff are awesome all the tenets are treated the same. And if you are having paying your rent in full they well work with you. After hrs they have ESI Scerty that come by and they walk the hole building inside and out.. The even walk the stair 2ell and dont let any one sleep in the stare well and kick people that dont belong here. Are ESI secerty are awesome people .

This is a super place to rent walking distance to downtown etc..staff neat and helpful..$$$$$$$$$$$$ Renoruona
