Requested a viewing of a property that my family was interested in so I scheduled the appointment and went to the home. Upon getting to the property the key from the lock box did not work so I notified the agent. They told me that they will work on getting the issue fixed and would notify me so I could view. After calling everyday for the past 3 days during their 1030-230pm business hours they finally informed me that the place was rented. Not happy at all with their lack of professionalism.

Worst company I rented from outta the 2 I have dealt with. They took over the complex I rented through Mynd,they never sent Maintenance over. I had been having a difficult time making rent, because Covid. Told my Property Manager I was on a waiting list for housing. He waited a month, then gave me a 24 hour Eviction notice, with no reason stated. After having no notice prior. Then, blocked my number. So, I went down to the office. He avoided me, having the secretary tell me he was in back to back meetings all afternoon and that he would call me the next morning, he never did. I had been making payments toward my Rent as I could. They also only gave me like 3 days to move my stuff out.

We had been in our previous rental for 4 years and boom owner wants to sell. The rental market right now is so competitive we looked at so many houses, some companies even wanted an application before viewing but luckily we found the perfect house for our family through Clark Real Estate. Its been super easy and I cant wait to get moved in.Thank you Carla and Isaac for all your help!

I have owned and rented properties for 20 years and have been deceived, cheated and lied to by several other property managers in this town. For 3 years I have been with Clark Real Estate Property Managers and the shift has been Cosmic! They are HONEST, efficient beyond the pale, and Professional! The Gandolfo Team is The Best & I am The Luckiest.Be VERY wary where you put your trust and property. I can confirm that Clark Real Estate is Way Beyond the Rest!!!!! It’s The Best.

We applied for a house and they said it would take 2-3 business days to find out if we were approved. We unfortunately did not meet the points in their points system to attain the house, which is no fault of theirs. I am upset because instead of informing me I had to call after 3 days and the property manager informed me we were not approved and said that he will send me an email letting me know why, he would not tell me over the phone. After days of checking I recieved no email. I paid 120 non refundable for them to check, the least they could do was bother to send the email informing us why we did not get the place.

What a great group of people. Most of my interaction is with Cork Clark. He is very warm, down to earth and professional. My husband and I have a small business in Reno and rent commercial space from Clark Real Estate. It really has that family feel, but yet a very professional organization of people. The building we are in is well-maintained and there are great tenants weve gotten to know in the building.

I have been with Clark Real Estate for 3 years. I have had some goodexperiences with them, and a few not so. That means that my tenantswernt always doing what they should have. I did contact Clark concerningthese issues and they were somewhat slow in getting them taken care of.And I had neighbors complaining to me and I would then relate them to Clark. Due to the fact this was my first time renting I did not alwars knowwhat was the time element. but on the whole Clark was good to finlallytake care of the issues. Everyone’s bad reviewing Clark real estate, not knowing that they are just a management company. They have landlords to answer to. They are just the face of the actual property owner and probably have their hands tied. To the person Facebook shaming this business, Grow up! Learn the facts before throwing someone else under the bus. I personally do not have any association with Clark Real estate, here are 5* to make up for some of these people with blinders on. 2nd: we are all talking about supporting local through tough times, and some of us are chopping them down just because they can’t come up with the rent. I am sure my mortgage company is waiting for their payment come April 1st.

Isaac did a great job. My husband and I needed to do a 1031 exchange and were in need of a lot of assistance. Isaac contacted a exchange service, found a property, sold our duplex and helped us purchase a new multifamily complex. He walked us through the entire process and made sure we understood everything we signed.The office staff working with him were very polite and would make sure we were attended to.

We worked with Rick Clark, the owner of Clark Real Estate, in looking for a house. Rick is very knowledgeable about all aspects of real estate and also has a strong construction background. Hes organized, prompt and very professional. He offered solid advice and insights on many important points. Hes also a nice, friendly person and a pleasure to spend time with.

Mehh. Called to inquire about managing an 8 unit building. Receptionist left me on hold for 5 minutes so I hung up and called back. No one was available to talk, so Ill check them off the list. I guess they dont need the business.

This rating is truly for Kristin Gandalfo. She has been amazing managing our apartment complex. When we first moved in we had an issue with our lock, and had to get a locksmith out to fix it. Kristin helped take care of the issue on Clarks side of things making it easy on us. Anytime we had a concern with our apartment complex, she was very responsive and helped get the issue resolved.

We had a good experience on the property management side, however we ran into issues on the sales side with regard to both ethics and general knowledge about how real estate sales are conducted. Neither the agent nor the broker seemed to care about ethics. They gave false information about the buyer and even asked us to identify distant relatives not involved in the sale! Definitely not a good experience. Dont use them unless you really understand real estate law and can speak up for yourself.One more note about the property management side. Even though we had a good experience ourselves, we did see an instance of possible housing discrimination take place in their office while we were waiting. Clearly they dont train their staff well. I hope that property owner doesnt get sued. We wont use them in the future for property management.

I would highly not recommend this company scheduled a tour to view one of their properties and they never showed up or returned our calls. Turns out they already rented the house out and we had to do our own investigation to find that out. They didnt even have the nerve to call us to tell us we showed up to the house and waited 20 minutes before we gave up. They have no idea how to run a business because that is no way to treat someone and is highly professional and would recommend going to a company that acts more professional then they do.

In the face of the shut downs due to the global pandemic, this company is forcing their tenants to pay rent regardless of circumstance and threatening eviction. This is terribly unethical and could kill people.

I am a dog owner and like all dog owners, our furr babies are like our children, they were able to help me find a place where I can have a nice place that allows pets. Rent was easy to pay for online, and the ladies in the office are very attentive.

The company overall process of getting into a home was very easy, little hassle and direct . But I have been renting with them for three years. For about 1.5 of that I’ve been requesting to have my dryer fixed. They keep sending out this guy who smells of smoke to the point he smells up my place (yes that bad). He has no idea what he’s doing. And still no replacement or repair and it’s been this long. They also have increased my rent in just 3 years from 550-725. A pretty big jump for such a short time. The office people are friendly and try to be helpful but the outside contractors should not be in anyone’s home. Every repair I’ve had them work on has taken over 4 trips which takes time from my schedule

A reasonable company to work with. We were able to ask for a month-to-month lease extension while we house shopped. Repairs on the unit were usually made in a reasonable amount of time (though we got told it didnt matter that there was a roof leak in the garage.) Mistakes by the company were generally fixed with a phone call.

Great company, great front desk help. Isaac helped us find a home, even though it was a stressful time and no inventory he made our move in seamless. I will use him for our first home purchase in the near future.

I had left a review previously but I had erased it because I was trying to be a good person and take the higher road , however after the experience I had today I feel obligated to warn others. Clark real estate took over our house as property manager in November. No one contacted me no one told me. In fact I found out because my old landlord contacted me to tell me he was no longer my landlord. After I found out , I called Clark real estate , I was treated poorly and the staff was very unprofessional. They told me one woman was my landlord , so I contacted her she had no idea who I was or what was going on they changed agents on me a total of 3 times . Its been a pretty horrible experience this whole time , however Wednesday I had an inspection (that they did even though I requested we do it at a later date bc I just had surgery , they didnt care) cork Clark and my agent stevi came , they said nothing about why they were there . A couple hours later I get a TEXT message saying that the owner is going to be selling and we need to do all these things that arent our responsibility, such as fix a broken window that broke on its own bc its a 70 year old single pane window. I told them I would not be doing that. Well I received a phone call from one of the owners cork Clark today , he was rude and unprofessional as expected and was mocking me for calling him and his employees unprofessional which is ironic. He was rude and condescending , and he brought up the window to which I said I will never pay for that window he said yes you will one way or another ( is that threat?). Then I repeated that I would not and he called me and I quote f*#king 12 year old and said this conversation is over and hung up on me. Interesting that he was defending his professionalism as he shouted obscenities at me over the phone on speaker where my 6 year old daughter heard every word . Needless to say you do not want to do business with this business on either side . Run as far away from this company as possible.

Great company to rent from. If I ever have a problem they are on top of it usually the same day. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for affordable rental without the slumlord.

Oh gosh, where do I start. This is one of the worst companies I have ever had to do business with. They were very unprofessional during the move in and move out procedure. And a top it all off, they kept $1,500 of my deposit for absolutely ridiculous claims. The house was in better condition when I left then they had for me when I moved in. Im talking pee on the toilet seat, dirty refrigerator and none of the filters had been changed in the refrigerator or HVAC system. I will tell any and all to NEVER do business with the Gandolfo team...

They showed up... That might be a funny start of a review but after 2 other property management companies did not show up, Clark was off to a good start. I called Clark on a referral after telling a neighbor about 2 no shows. I checked out Clarks website, got me laughing hard. These are my kind of folks you will have to see for yourself. After calling the next day I was sure, just hoping they show up, and one of the owners did. I explained what was going on, I inherited the house and didnt pay much attention to it with what had happened plus loosing time on the no shows. I needed a tenant fast or I would have to sell it. Clark worked with me and went above and beyond, their targeted marketing (casino manager myself) made all the difference.I would recommend handing over the keys, sign here, then relax.Communication is awsome, my preference was email. Forget about waiting all day my emails were inboxed by 7am (I get mine out about 8pm).They have licensed contractors at a discount to landlords. When there was a problem, I didnt have to be standing there 40 miles from home at 10:45 pm with a credit card for the plumber, Clark got it. That happened, Clark got it.They not only got a great tenant but handled all the applicants, contracts, bills, contractors, and headaches.My parents had a rental house, my stepfather had a rental, I managed an RV park so I have seen the process and the aftermath. Its a good idea to get a property management, using Clark was a great idea.

They never got to me on time about my questions and sometimes didnt even respond, when it came to fixing the washer and dryer or even the thermostat I would have to call them frequently to make sure they would fix the problems. They also made me move out of my rental that I had for two years because they listened to my roommate false accusations while her checks would bounce every other month and I would pay mine on time. Very disappointed with the staff because it seemed like they really didnt care. They even told me that the reason we cant resign the lease was because the owner didnt want anyone living in the house at that time but a month later they had new tenants. Very unfair and very disrespectful I hope I never have to deal with this company ever again. And the only reason I gave them one star is because they made me I prefer they got 0

By far ABSOLUTELY THE WORST experience I ve had in my 54 years on this Earth. Just so you know, I defected from a communist country, sneaking through 2 borders, knowing that I couldve been killed in the process, and it wasnt that bad and this is NOT a joke!If you really value your dignity, sanity and most importantly, your hard earned money take your business elsewhere. This is a company that will sweet talk and lie in your face but will not follow the law, as theyre supposed to. It is a common practice for them to ignore the law and their obligation towards their tenants and do whatever they please, totally disregarding the fact that you as costumer are one of the reasons why this company is in business. At least this is what is happening to me and my family.Please read this post very carefully before you have any dealings with Clark Realty, especially if you are planning to rent from this company!For 10 months I begged them (Clark Realty and the owner of the property) to resolve the bed bugs problem in my apartment and absolutely nothing was done, despite all the promises from the owner, Cork Clark and his manager Isaac Conde (extremely arrogant individual!), needless to say, that theyre bound by law to address such a problem immediately, and they did not. We were bitten to the oblivion by bed bugs and still they did absolutely nothing about it. I showed them pictures of the bed bug bites to myself and my children and also, took my children to their office, so they can see it in person what was going on, and still nothing was done, even though Cork Clark and Isaac Conde were literally disgusted by what they saw. Finally, an apartment became available and we were allowed to move to the other apartment, however, before moving Isaac Conde (manager) made me sign a letter, stating that I WILL do anything possible not to bring bed bugs in the new apartment, which in fact costs me thousands of dollars because I had to throw everything we owned away, clothes, furniture, etc. My downstairs neighbor was forced to brake her lease and move out because of the same problem, bed bugs. She let Clark Realty know of her bed bugs problem and again, they did nothing, so she broke her lease and moved out. Recently my old apartment and the apartment my downstairs neighbor moved out of were rented out WITHOUT even being treated for the bed bugs problem! Furthermore, I had a problem with the fridge in the new apartment and they gave me one that was under the stairwell, exposed to the elements and the feral cats roaming the property for over a year. The fridge has been leaking water for about a month now and Clark Realty also knows about it, but, and again, nothing has been done, yet! On November 21, 2017 I reported a problem with the hot water, went to Clark Realty and they took a repair order, again nothing was done. Finally on January 19, 2018 someone showed up and fixed it, almost 2 months later. Note, the maintenance person who works for the owner of the property lives on the premises and still it took them 2 months! The worst part of this whole fiasco is that all of this was happening and while they were very well aware of the problems I was paying rent to Clark Realty, and on time, needless to say that we have been very good tenants and have NEVER caused any problems for the 2 years that we have lived here.I havent had bed bugs problem in the new apartment, however, now Isaac Conde sent me letter to vacate the apartment withing 30 days or get evicted. He is refusing to renew our lease in retaliation. Id love to move as far away as possible from this place, but, cannot do it at this time due to our financial situation and when I told him that he replied :I dont need your excuses. Well I dont think so, off to court we go, I have the records of everything! There is a very good reason why we have laws in this country, Clark Realty! Yup, this is how they conduct business! Id give them negative stars if I could!

They didnt have any rentals that fit my needs but instead of sending me on my way (which most property management companies do), they went out of their way to find me a rental. It didnt benefit them at all when I moved into my new home but Im forever greatful. I only wish they were my management company, that way maybe things we would be taken care of in a more timely matter. Thanks Clark Real Estate! You guys are what makes a great company greater!
