The man taking in the car said$3 more for an interior wow down. It was actually $30.00.Did not do the interior. However I did do the mats which were$1. each. When I got into my car they didnt even have the mats in the car and could not find them. Finally found and for $30. I got the interior vacuumed and windows done with exterior wash $28. package. Car was half a***d vacuumed. I had them do it over and still tipped $5.Not a good deal and shotty work.

I used to go out of my way to go here but the quality has seriously declined. Interior of the car doesnt even look touched. Had to ask for the air freshener which is supposed to be included and asked about the dog hair and the seats and was told a vacuum would not take it off.

Again, disappointing! After receiving poor quality a few months ago, I wanted to give Victory another shot. I paid over $50 for the upgraded wash, clean the mats, attention to the tires/rims and extra cleaning on the inside of the truck. What I got was dirt still on the rims, a black smudge on the inside of the passenger window and windshield still dirty under the wipers. I wish another full service car wash was around here. This place has really gone down hill! Go some place else - I wasnt given the option for zero stars. SMH

Place was clean, everyone wore masks cars were cleaned very well, they also offer disinfecting your car from inside for 10 dollars. Yes i had them do it 😊

My black Lexus RX 350 was pretty worn and had several scratches. The detailing and buffing work the team did was amazing! The car looks fabulous and shines beautifully. Highly recommend.

Higher priced options are definitely NOT worth the money!We just got back from vacation yesterday. It was too late in the day for me to clean up the car for todays commute. So, I stepped up to a $23 Car Wash - the most Ive ever spent on having someone else wash my car - but I figured this would be what it would take to have it as clean as Id do it.What a let down! The interior showed major areas barely touched: crumbs in the seams of the leather seats, top of the steering column loaded in dust, fingerprints on the touch screen and radio knobs, spills at the base of the shifter, junk in the shifter leather and baseplate. The exterior showed that the door jam areas left filthy, the same was true for the hatch door area.So basically, wherever the machines could reach was done well, the areas needing tender loving human attention were terrible. I have received much better experiences at the full service car wash down in Kenosha...guess that is where Ill keep going.

This has to be one of the best car washes I have ever been to. They are always friendly, reasonable, and put up with my peculiar requests. Been taking my cars here for years. Love them!

I WILL NEVER go anywhere else. There is no point. They wash your windows and vacuum out your ride for the price of a car wash at a gas station. Had my car hand waxed. Great job. And even held my door open for me at my car. You get treated like a somebody. And, they havent missed a spot yet.

Scheduling with them was quick, but they did not give me any information regarding length of appointment, whether I could wait for it, or drop off procedures. The staff was rude and short as I walked in and gave me a window that it would be done.

I paid over $60 for interior and exterior. They did not vacuum the cargo area of my jeep GC.

I’ve been a customer here for at least 15 years but I have to say the last couple of years has left me withmediocre experiences. Today I had it. No other customers were there so it wasn’t busy. The top of the car was still dirty. The door jambs were dirty. The car was barely vacuumed and it wasn’t that dirty to begin with. I mean come on.... you spend $25 and still have to come back home and clean it yourself? I have a free wash coming. I will let them know I wasn’t satisfied and we’ll see what happens. But I’m sorry to say, I think the quality has seriously declined. I will be looking to go somewhere else. The one upside.....the staff is very friendly.

I got the Best Wash $26 and my mats deep cleaned $14 only to receive a slightly vacuumed car, quick and sloppy wipe down and mats that were soaking wet. $40 is aprox half the cost of a detail job which would have been a much better option I will never go there again and neither will my wife and friends

I have gone here a few times now and overall a sloppy job cleaning my car. Soap left on car, pools of water left on floor mats, and windows not cleaned thoroughly. Also, they won’t wipe down anything in the interior more than the dash unless you pay $47.99! Even if you buy the super best wash as they call it, they are still trying to up sell things. If that’s the case, is it really the super best??!!

I appreciate having a quality full service car wash in our community. I travel at times and other communities arent as fortunate, having only the drive through type car wash. Victory Lane focuses on quality, cleaning the interior and exterior. They have a rewards program along with a 7 day free exterior wash on some packages. The staff is friendly, appreciative of my business.

I’ve been to Victory Lane many times. Their services are good, their staff is always friendly and so very nice! On two occasions over the years when I wasn’t pleased with the results, I spoke with the management about it and they were very pleasant about redoing the service to make it right. They have a comfortable waiting room with complimentary coffee and popcorn.

Horrible work!! Complete waste of time and money. Nobody at wash but us and 4 men waiting and they could not even do a decent vacuum of the car. Literally they returned the car to us without a complete vacuum and only spent 10 minutes doing the car. Between the seats was not even vacuumed. Drove 20 minutes to this place after I spoke to someone on the phone who says they would vacuum the inside and do a quick wipe down. They barely vacuumed the floor in front of the seats and that was all. Worst car wash I’ve ever been to. DO NOT GO!!

They clean the inside and outside of your car. They also clean your windows . Unfortunately when they cleaned my windows they left it very streaky. Shouldve done better if your job is to make sure the inside windows are clean.

I was totally disappointed with the cleaning that i got this morning, when i got my car, the back seat was not vacuumed at all and all of the dust were sitting inside. It doesnt make any sense to pay $20 if you dont get a detailed inside cleaning. I can do the same level of cleaning on my own just for $6 at Willkomms Rocket Was, even including the free mat wash. Which i literally did, went to clean my car after they cleaned it @Victory Lane.

First class car Wash inside and out the leaving to give you a buff within 20 to 40 minutes while youre waiting I never thought some of the scratches will be removed but they did it very knowledgeable about wax and how to keep a car looking good

Scratched my brand new car. Brought it up and had the worst service and experience.

My car was horrible because of the previous owners and they smoked a lot and had dogs. My cars had 11 years of dirt and when I pick my car up it was practically brand new. Definitely will be coming here again.

I was a customer here for many years...more than a decade. The last time I was there my AirPods were stolen from my car. The owner offered nothing. I travel for work and I never take them out of my car. I went across the street while they were washing my car to go buy supplements for my husband who has stage 4 cancer only to get home to find my $250 AiPods gone. I called right away and the girl on the phone said she would tell her manager. No one ever called me. After hearing nothing, I went by and met the owner. He went through my entire car. They were not there. He offered no compensation, took my number and has never contacted me. WARNING: Take anything of value out of your car if you go there. I will never go there again.

The car wash was great, but the interior cleaning was not very good. They rushed the inside and left crumbs all over the backseat and dirt on the floor. For the price I expected more. Melges in Lake Geneva is similar price but a significant upgrade on the interior cleaning. Disappointed that Victory Lane doesnt have detailed oriented workers for the inside cleaning.

The only complaint is the vacuuming is never good or thorough. Other than that really like this place.

I went and received a interior detail plus an exterior wax. Needless to say I was very dissapointed. It was clear that the wax was not throroughly done as my rear view mirrors were completely missed and there were multiple spots that were not completely wiped as there were streak marks. I was very upset when I entered my vehicle and saw that not only was my Bath and Body works air freshener gone, but also my change, important receipts, and my culvers scoopie tokens. We live in Wisconsin, therefore those reading this review should understand the value of scoopie tokens as 10 of them gets you a free kids meal. I have (or had) 2 saved. As a college student not only am I vexed about wasting $120 for a mediocre detail and wax but now I have to start over collecting scoopie tokens...a $10 investment down the drain. Take my advice and go to professional detail on Lathrop as they do the detailing for the dealerships in Racine. And as far as I know, they won’t throw out your Scoopie tokens. Overall not bad just a few n a nagging thingsWsx dripping down back of car by trunk had to wipe up. Inside doors frames not wiped one was filthy still. Driver floor mat still had dirt on it. 71.00 dollars is a lot, I think they could do a better job. And for the record my car was pretty clean when I brought it in. Probably will find another place next time.Ugg! Hate that...

I would give this place zero stars but couldnt! Got my car washed and when i got it back it was soaked inside! The side panel on the driver side door was dirtier than when i brought it in. Management was very rude

The workers are great the management is horrible. I felt unwanted and disliked. I tipped the workers twelve Bucks I wont be going back. Quick detail $19.99 then you have to pay $13.00 for an exterior wash, totals out 36.76 with taxes. Fyi quick detail means VACCUM and WASH the windows. Basically what a regular wash should consist of. Since when is it that much money for a regular car wash. Ill do it myself from now on lesson learned!

I visited this car wash for the first time and chose the $13.99 service. After they done I noticed that they do not even pass the vacuum in the interiors, also they do not put air freshener (these two service are included in the package) first, one of the coworkers told me that the service wasnt included , then the same guy says that some one told him that the car is ready to go. This people do not care about quality , but they do care about quantity .IM NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL.
