He explained all the services that were available prior to me booking an appointment, then explained everything that had been done when I picked it up. Very impressed with the finished product. The kind of work that my car required, was declined by other Auto detailing companies. However, Rick took time out to look at the car, did some research, and did a beautiful job on the car. The interior looked better than expected. There were some other issues that came along with getting the car to his shop, but again he helped resolve these as well. I highly recommend him, and I usually dont write a review, but this was an important task that needed to get done, and he didnt disappoint!

My car was in need of detail bad. Between school, work, and gym for roughly a year straight, upkeep and care disappeared.Rick was able to cure my daily. It looked as new as it could for a daily Midwest driven car. I did not even recognize my cars paint at first because it was so fresh. There was a soda can explosion that happened (because of messiness and carelessness) in the sub 0 temperatures, and stained my headliner. After being in Paradigms hands and care, it was as if it never happened. Even the attention to detail while going over everything he did when I was picking it up was insane to see.Long review short, I could not believe my eyes upon seeing my car. The work and customer service were priceless. If you are looking to get a vehicle detailed, this is where you go. Let alone for a crazy good price considering all aspects (work, customer service, services provided, etc). I will be going back for more!

Anyone who knows me knows my car is typically messy inside and out I had stains in the mats and something gooey melted in my trunk there were scratches on the outside. Rick got rid of all of it the mats look brand new the gooey stuff is gone and all the minor scratches are gone the car is Shiny Brite and clean in addition he did some ozone thing inside which kills viruses all for a reasonable price

I brought a car to Paradigm Auto Detailing that needed a lot of work after years of teenage drivers operating the vehicle. I was giving the car to a family member and Paradigm made an unbelievable transformation of an old dingy car to a sharp and meticulously clean car that is now awesome to drive again. I also chose to have the housing around the headlights cleaned and it made a positive change for night driving. I will be bringing in another one of our cars for detailing and to have the housing cleaned around the headlights. The attention to detail and service is the best I have ever received. I highly recommend Paradigm!

All my inner door jams on every door are still dirty. The inner door jams on the lift hatch are laughable.You’d think for almost 400 this dude would have the attention to detail to be careful around stickers and not wreck them all while he’s drying your car.The inside and engine bay are pretty nice, but the attention to detail he’s preaching isn’t there. There are a few spots in the cab that I kept an eye on before I dropped it off and when I got my vehicle back weren’t even touched.Says he does paint correction, and when I quote him saying “Yes I do paint correction and I am very meticulous.” I’d expect something more than what he did. If I were to rate his skills from 1 being a YouTube video novice to 10 being a full shop Pro. I’d give him like a 1.5 if that.Ask him if he thinks his work is worth the price.Do some research and find better quality don’t let all his reviews fool you.SIDE NOTE PUT YOUR CAR IM VALET MODE IF YOU DECIDE TO GO WITH THIS MANS SERVICE.Bush league at best.If this is the best place in town then I’m going waaaaaayyyyyy out of town for my next detail.Peace.-N

Contacted this company about detailing my 2015 Outback. I chose this detailing place over the 5 star reviews. I went in with high expectations and I was not let down. I will be returning with my other vehicle. Very nice guy, amazing work, very detailed and talked to me about any concerns I had.

Fantastic work! Great attention to detail, which is what you want in a DETAILER. The time it takes to clean every nook and cranny is a necessary evil in auto detailing, and Rick does it very well if you allow him the time to do so. The paint is as smooth as a babys bottom after the clay work. Great job and many thanks!!!

Took my truly grimy and abused Explored for interior detailing and Rick did an amazing job getting it clean. Work was done quick and at a reasonable price. Easiest recommendation I have made.

Ive had details done at big name, local body shops. Ive had details done at dealerships. Rick is simply the best. He accommodates your wants and schedule, and always comes through. I brought my car to Paradigm because I needed a professional. My paint was starting to have all kinds of marks and spotting going on and I realized... This is going to take me 7 more hours to do the inside and outside myself Thats when I called Paradigm to schedule a detailing.I knew my car would be clean but HOLY COW! I bought my car when it had 5 miles on it and it is now cleaner than the day I bought it! I am amazed at the level of detail and care put into cleaning it! I also opted to have my engine bay cleaned as well and it looks incredible.The service was excellent and Rick had tons of information and recommendations to share about how to maintain my car after I get it home. I couldnt be happier! I honestly feel like i just bought a new car all over again!

Can i give a 10 star review???? The work that was done by Paradigm is beyond amazing !!!!! They worked very hard from about 7 am to about 4 pm on my boyfriends work truck to make the interior look like New! I was not expecting it to turn out as good as it did ! They had their work cut out for them that is for sure ! I will be referring them to everyone that needs their car detailed !!! A HUGE HUGE THANK YOU !!!!

I am another one new to auto detailing I had no idea what it could do. You dont have to pay a 1000, 1500 more for a super clean car. Get one that is not as clean , a little dirty, rough, and turn it over to Rick and company. He will make it just like the super clean car and save you a 1000 or more, and at a very reasonable rate!! I shopped around and he beat them all in more ways than 1. Plus Rick is so nice, friendly, approachable. He spent good quality time afterwards going over, explaining what was dome and making sure I was satisfied and answered all my questions.

This was the best experience Ive had with a car detail! Absolutely impeccable job. There were things cleaned that I didnt even realized needed it! Prices are very reasonable considering all of the work they put into the vehicle. I even had some damage to some of my rims that he was able to make look like new as well as a under the hood cleaning- included free with detail! I will never go anywhere else again. You must come to this place of business if you are looking for a detail that makes your car look better than it did when you first purchased it!
