Damaged my vehicle and are denying my claim. Employee admitted to forgetting to flip a switch because I had a sun visor and the wash ripped the visor off causing a lot of damage.

Paid $11 dollars to have truck washed 2 days ago. As I got home and was pulling into my driveway I noticed passenger window was still dirty. As I got out of the truck and walked around the back, back of truck and back window did not look as if it had been washed. Only reason I am going as high as a 3 is I have my oil changed there all the time and they are good and have never had a bad experience until now. Everybody has a bad day and this was theirs.

I used to go to fast track, but when they got bought out by take 5 and doubled their prices I had to find another place to get my oil changed. I really liked scrub a rub oil changed they were super through and even replaced stuff my last oil change place(Walmart yuk lol) forgot to put back on like the gasket on my oil plug. Prices were about what fast track was and I like that u stay in the car. Overall I would recommend

As Advertised online and in store with a coupon for fuel filter replacement was still a service but I was told they dont do replacements anymore. All I wanted was a filter replaced, paid for oil change instead. Did not get the service I needed

Super helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly staff. Asked before doing anything other than the oil change, and explained everything well. Had them test, check, and fill everything and was still out in under half an hour. Cant recommend enough.

I was behind on needing my oil changed. I didn’t have time to schedule one so I found this place that didn’t need an appointment. I got in within 5 minutes of arriving. They were quick and professional. They checked all my lights and fluids. I was in and out in ten minutes. I’ll be back for sure!

I have been having Scrub-A-Dub change oil in both my vehicles for 10 years, yesterday was the last time Ill use them. When I came into get my oil changed I was chastised because it had been 4,987 miles since my last change. I told the gentlemen my operators manual says to change oil every 5,000 - 7,000 miles. The guy told me you are using the wrong oil if you want to go 5,000 miles between changes, I told him Im getting my oil changed at the wrong place if youre oil cannot make the low end of manufacturers oil change interval. I understand they want to rip me off and change oil every 3,000 miles but Ill take my business to a place that is professional.

Came in for an oil change for my new vehicle and the staff kept me informed of my options every step of the way so I knew exactly what they were doing when they were doing it. You are able to stay in your vehicle and see a monitor that displays several different angles of your vehicle. The transparency was super nice since I had never been there before. Once they finished they give you a receipt that has a free car wash on the back! Definitely would recommend

Highly suggest going somewhere else for an oil change. These people are arrogant and careless.We found out they didnt properly put our oil plug and oil filter back on. Luckily we caught it before it was too late. When I told the manager he literally said all he can say is sorry and he cant do anything about it.They dont care about their customers clearly. Ill make sure all of my friends and family know not to give their business here anymore.

The guys who work there are great i always take my car there for oil changes they know their stuff and do it correctly. Manny hooked my car up and they dont push you to get other things done.

Always got my oil done here but my last visit ended up with a horrible customer experience. The heavy set guy went ahead and complained complained about how I went over 15k miles before oil change and rudely told how scrub A Dub is not liable for any damages from not doing oil change on time. He was talking so rudely that my wife got mad and told him that he needs to learn how to be politely talk to customers. Two months later, my transmission went out and I would never recommend this place to anybody. They up to no good

This is not just a great place for a car wash but great for oil changes as well friendly customer service. Customer service is not only friendly but honest as well when my car computer told me its time for another oil change and I went in to get the oil change they explain to me that my card didnt need the old change yet if I had gotten the synthetic oil last time and my car computer was set up for a lesser type of oil and tell me the proper mileage I should come back in for my next Oil Change.

Terrible car wash. No dryer, soap inside door jams and hinges. Wheels just as dirty. Not even a 1star. Refuse to partial refund. Offered a voucher, for what more work to clean up mess afterwards. Please help others not to get trapped by this disservice.

Seem like the employees didnt know what to do when I wanted an oil change. there was one employee that I think was in charge of the carwash that seem to try and help me out as best he could, but the employees that worked in the garage area didnt know what to do and had me wait for about 10 minutes. I felt like it was more of an inconvenience for the garage workers to have to work on my car, so I turned around and left. Also there is no way out of their lot without going through the car wash, so I turned my car around and left through the entrance.Two stars because at least one employee tried his best to rectify the situation with what power and authority he had.

There was a lot of people there so I waited at least 15 minutes. After that, I was expecting that my car was going to be clean. No. The car was dirty. I have to recognize that I was VERY dirty before. It wasnt completely dry. On the other hand, would be great to have someone to dry the glasses and avoid the drops marks.

Had no desire to change my oil. First thing that was said to me is your car is going to be expensive because you need synthetic oil. I’ve had it changed here before and never had an issue always have gotten synthetic. For some reason after that they couldn’t open the hood. I feel they had some pretty lazy people today May because the weather was warm.

I have been going to scrub a dub for a few years for oil changes. They have had moslty the same employees since Ive been going there. Which to me is comforting when people are working on your car.

I dont know what happened, but their service plummeted. I used to go in there and theyd help change my oil with ease and inform me if there was something wrong. Now, I feel whenever I go in, I am an inconvenience. Twice now Ive gone there and the employee waving me into the garage has had the nerve to nod negatively at me or to gesture oh come on with their expressions. I am thoroughly annoyed and they no longer have a regular customer.

A quick car wash at a pretty good price. However, the car wash never does a great job of cleaning my car. The brushless washes at other places seem to do a better job of getting bugs off of the hood.

I use to go there all the time, last time I went it appeared to leave all kinds of scatches on my car,when I spoke with the manager she told me it was impossible and totally denied my claim. I brought to my Insurance co. and auto body shop; they both agreed.As the autobody was looking into more he wiped the scatches and appeared to be dried oil or grease from their lines at the car wash. Just beware they will never admit they are wrong.

Had them replace a head light bulb. A month later it burned out. Refused to warranty the bulb, that was clearly just burnt out.
