I have been using Baileys for service issues for several years. I find them to be great at keeping me informed and explaining things so that I understand whats going on. The work itself has always been done fairly quickly and I have never had any issues related to their work. I have been and will continue to recommend them to others.

The best auto repair shop you will ever find. From engine replacements I had to do to routine maintenance, you will never find any place more honest and thorough than Baileys. I have taken all of my vehicles there since Nate the owner opened this shop years ago. They sell honesty and trust and not things you don’t need or can’t afford. I will never take my vehicles anywhere else as long as I live in Washington. Thanks Baileys for all your hard work, they don’t make car repair shops like you anymore.

Alternator went out 2am Monday morning and my usual place couldnt get me in for 2 weeks. 2 dealerships wouldnt answer their phone. Here comes Baileys to the rescue! Tow truck driver referred them and they didnt disappoint. Payton answered my questions and addressed my concerns calmly and professionally. They accepted my extended warranty and booked me for Wednesday! Had my car diagnosed Thursday for a failed alternator and confirmed ex warranty coverage. Said I might need a new battery and ordered one just in case AAA didnt have it. Car was ready Thursday evening before closing and I couldnt be more satisfied.

My mechanic uncle lives 2 hours away and I had a really awful oil leak. I couldn’t take it to the place right by my house because they refused to touch it. The dealership wanted to charge me $250 just to look at it and then thousands to repair it. I decided to google one more time before committing all of my savings to the dealership. I saw Yelp reviews and google reviews for this place and decided to call and see what they said. I brought my car in the very next morning and from what my uncle told me, I would maybe have to be without my car for a few days. They sent me to the rental place across the street, I got a great deal on a rental, but turns out I didn’t need one for more than a few hours! My car was completely repaired for less than $800.00 (with the rental cost added into that) it’s been 2 months and my car is running good as new! No new leaks, no issues. This place literally saved me so much money, time, and stress. I cannot recommend them enough! I’ve told everyone I know about them and anyone in need of a mechanic should really give this place a shot!

Its easy to give a 5 star review when everything goes as planned. I had a complete brake service done and there were a couple issues that caused a delay. These days I just plan on the unexpected. My 5 star rating is based on how they handled the problem, really the true test of honestly and integrity. They handled themselves and the situation exactly as an honest business would. They were outstanding, worked through the parts problem and got me back on the road. I worked with Payton and Nate. Both were very professional, kind, and fair. If I was in dire need of an alignment in all other places were at least a week or more out. Baileys juggled their schedule and squeezed me in and I was out of their shop in less than an hour they were amazing.

Bailey’s was recommended by Pablo, a Discount Tires Rep that I trust. They fixed my alignment. I felt that I was given the best advice and received great quality service at an affordable price. I was treated with respect informing me what’s going on with my car every step of the way. I left feeling like a valued customer and will do business with them again. I gave 4 stars because there was an issue, but they were genuinely apologetic to my satisfaction. :)

I had a lot of work done on a 77 F250. They were transparent with work, pricing, and timeline. Best place to take your vehicle in the Puyallup/South Hill area.

Took my vehicle in, it was overheating and engine would shake when started. We got the service done that was suggested. Picked up my vehicle once they said it was finished and my vehicle overheatd on my way home. After 3 minutes...(I can only assume it wasnt thoroughly test driven after repairs) $900 and my vehicle still overheats and shakes. They did offer to LOOK at my vehicle again, but Im not doing business with Baileys in the future.

I went in for a pre-purchase inspection with the owner of the used vehicle. After looking over the car they asked to speak with me alone and asked what I wanted to do with the car, after replying he told me that this wasnt the car for what I needed. I really value an honest mechanic who is looking out for my best interests and would highly recommend them.

I took my Jeep Compass in because I was having transmission problems. I thought I had worn or busted bands, but I Didnt have any warning lights. I dropped it off and within 2 hours I got a call from Baileys that there was rodent damage in the wire harness above my transmission. I am Fairly auto repair savvy but I Dont have a lot of time these days to Work on my vehicle like Id prefer to. I always appreciate a mechanic telling me that the issue on my vehicle is less than I anticipated, it is the sign of an honest mechanic. They had the wiring issue repaired the same day, no cost for parts, only labor. I would definitely use these guys again in the future.

I went in for an oil change and a check engine light inspection.They did the checkup and oil change in the time frame stated and explained everything in that needed to be done in a way I could understand it.It has been a long time since I have had to use a mechanic so as far as cost goes, it seemed fair. The price quotes to me for the replacement of the exhaust manifold, was a little more than I expected. However, he did not try and sale me on anything or pressure me to do anything. I appreciate the honesty and professionalism.I would definitely recommend Bailey’s for car service.

Bailey’s was able to get my truck in right away and were both courteous and professional. They troubleshot the check engine light issue and helped discover that it was a depp-fuel contamination and injector problem. They were honest and forthcoming in what they could and couldn’t do in correcting the issue, and got the truck up and running! Excellent business! 10/10 Recommend!!!!

Needed a wheel bearing replaced. Quoted a good, fair price. They called me because the old bearing was stick on the hub, not too uncommon. Recommended replacing the hub. When I settle the final bill they were reasonable with the parts and labor cost. This was my first visit to Baileys but I will go back for other work. They seem like super nice people with the skills to handle any work.

I brought my 56 beetle in for tire studs replacement and had a minor issue after I had driven away BUT its not the issue I remembered its how I was taken cared off after.

My family needed a 1997 F150 engine swap and a friend told us about Baileys Complete Auto. The work the team did was fast and amazing. The owner and his family help run the ship. The owner did the work himself with some help from his master mechanic team. I shipped over the DOA truck and a new engine, and two days later the thing runs amazing. They checked all the big and little things along the way to make sure it last another 20 years. We agreed on a price range up front for the swap and an estimate on perishable parts that might need replaced. They come in under budget and way sooner then I expected. I would recommend Baileys too anyone needing car care from a fair family owned business.

These people are AWESOME people, but just as importantly they KNOW THEIR STUFF. My car broke down due to a transmission issue and I had some serious obstacles to getting my car fixed, but Nate and Brandon helped me navigate through it all. Luckily for me, I purchased a vehicle warranty and they are certified and meet the requirements that my warranty required. Very smart, technically competent and genuine people. Nate is one of the best mechanics I know that is a genuinely great guy ... And that is rare for mechanics. Recommended all the way!

Truly professional..attentive . I was told diagnostic would take at least 1hr. So I took a 🚶 only lasted fifteen minutes. Because nothing was open !! Boring .. Called Puyallup Subaru when our Imprezas clutch went out (imploded, complete destruction). They quoted us $3K or more but had to see the car. Well, the car was not longer operational. I called Baileys and they diagnosed what may have happened to the car based upon my story. They gave me a ballpark estimate over the phone for the repairs. The final repair cost was within $200.00 of their original estimate.Bottom line, they picked my car up, replaced the clutch, flywheel, and pressure plate, and saved me over $1K. They even kept the old parts to show me what failed. All of the parts were replaced because they were damaged. Definitely going back to Baileys.

I dont live near Baileys but Ill make the drive. This is the third time(with as many vehicles). I worked with Nate, and since the beginning, they were upfront, honest, and very helpful.Case in point: I purchased a car that had had the brakes done before the sale. I was still hearing a noise every once in awhile so I had Nate and Baileys do a full inspection, and while I mentioned that I had heard some noises but hadnt felt anything detrimental with the brakes, I forgot to tell him that the brakes had been recently redone. It would have been an easy opportunity to diagnose a problem, but at the end, Nate, made a point to let me know that the brakes actually looked like they had been redone very recently and, after a few more questions, was able to tell me exactly what the noises I was hearing were.Overall, I continue to be impressed and wont go elsewhere. I took my daughters car to Baileys because they are one of the few places in the area that will clean out a sunroof drain. They did that quickly, and it was very affordable. The customer service was exceptional. We will return to Baileys Complete Automotive for future maintenance and repair on our 3 vehicles. Highly recommend!

I got a Referral from my family members that use Baileys complete Auto Repair repair. After finding out my engine need to be rebuilt I had my truck towed from Bothell Washington. Bailey’s Repair got me in the next day for rear axle seal/bearing repairs on my ‘67 Shelby 427 Cobra. Price was very reasonable and the completion time was within that day. Highly recommended for any and all repairs. I’ll definitely use them again for the Cobra.

Nate is great!

Been here twice now for my Jeep Grand Cherokee. Most recently I was in for a brake job and wasn’t sure if I needed front and rear done. They fit me in same day and told me I only needed to worry about the rear brakes. I usually do all of my own work myself but sometimes it’s hard to find time to get the maintenance done and just easier to drop it off and not worry about it. I was impressed by Nate’s professionalism and honesty. This is one of the few shops out there not out to get you for every penny they can.
