I had a screw in my tire suddenly. I needed to get all 4 tires replaced soon anyway. They were the only place that could get me in same day and had the size I needed for my car. I wouldve had to wait a week otherwise. They were very fast, courteous and did a good job. The tires are great. Price was reasonable. More quiet than the previous ones (sport tires). They ride nice. I would recommend them!

Great company. I must have gotten a new tech because he laid my center cap face down. ( Incase you dont know, this can scratch the finish on center caps and wheel covers.) He also didnt use the proper tightening sequence on my lugs. Everything turned out great. Unbeatable prices and they have always gotten me in and out quickly. Thank you for the great service.

They finished within 30 minutes. I havent purchased from discount tire for a long time and Im very satisfied with the experience.

I asked them to fill my tire and check to see if there was something in it. He did a quick visual while the truck was stationery and said to bring it back if the tire loses air and they would put it up on the racks. For my safety, I would have appreciated that they went the distance and did a thourough check on the first visit. That is what I would expect for a company with excellent customer service.

Holy cow! This shop is efficient and kind. We had to get two tires on our trip due to debris in the road damaging one and these guys, even though incredibly busy, fit us in and changed the tires out, along with fixing a slow leak in another tire, in only 30 minutes. AMAZING!

Ive always gotten my tires here. Very courteous and professional, great service. Im very happy with my recent experience, the tires are fantastic.

Had spare tire changed on my Jeep yesterday only to drive out of parking lot, drive 2 blocks home and realize I have a flat (different tire) Of course they closed shortly after I left so I wait for husband to look at it and he pulls a wheel weight out of my tire. I came in to tell show them next day and see if they can help but of course I’m told I had to of picked this up on the road going at a high speed. I was also told they don’t use this size weight here ( yeah but how many tires do you change here that originally came from somewhere else?) I never went over 30 to get to my house a couple blocks away. Highly suspicious that I picked it up there somehow and I’m just disappointed in service. Thought I’d leave review in case this happens to someone else, we can at least document a pattern.

Customer Service was awesome! Ty answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable in my decision making. The entire team was easy going and polite. They stayed a little late for my last minute upgrades. I got tires & wheels installed. Totally recommend the Puyallup store!

Customer service was good. Everyone was friendly. Im a little irritated that the salesman added the extra tire coverage without asking me or mentioning the added cost. I didnt get a final receipt until after I had my keys and was in the car so I didnt notice. Not cool.

Buying my truck tires was an okay enough experience however I was very disappointed following my first tire rotation. The technician completely failed to reset my tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) and my tires psi were at 29, 38, 34, 39 when I got home. They were at 35 or 36 when I went in for rotation. This is a very simple service and something Id never expect an experienced shop to miss. I took my truck to Milton Les Schwab to have this remedied and they commented that my valve stems were not replaced. I wont be a Discount Tire customer in the future.

Called about my two cars, got me set up with the best tires for a great price. Something actually ended up happening with one of my studs when removing the tire, and I was a bit bummed about it, but I called Rich back, and within seconds he had a solution for me. Go to this Discount Tire, Richard runs a tight shop.

They were so nice and fast! Patrick Palzer helped me and he was so friendly and really fast! I went in there to get a flat repaired but the tire was too far gone so I had to get all new tires and by the time I walked in the door and got my car back was less than 30 minutes. NASCAR pit crew style. I was amazed! I can’t recommend this discount tire enough!!

I came to them for help with an ongoing issue I was having with my trucks tpms system. They took note and listened to all of my concerns. Scheduling was quick with weekend availability. I was told the appointment would be about an hour to replace my valve stem sensors and the had the service done in less then an hour. The service included re-balancing all tires. My issue is fixed and all tires are balanced properly. The service and parts even came with a great warranty.Thank you guys for fixing my problem at a good price.

These guys were awesome. I watched them through the waiting room window. They hustled to get your tires done quick. When you drive in, you stop at the little tent to let them know what you need, park on the side and another guy comes to help with your needs. Within 10 minutes got the car in and less than an hour, done. They seem to work great as a team and got the job done. Very professional. Thanks for working hard guys.

Took my Honda Element in for tire rotation and balance. Was promptly greeted and everyone was friendly and helpful. They moved quickly and tried to get us on the road as soon as possible. Watching the employees work together, you could tell everyone enjoyed their job and helping customers. All DOL/DMV offices should take a lesson in customer service from these folks. And loved seeing a girl among the mix of technicians!

Second time Matthew even took the bolt out and gave it to me at my request! I had to see how honking big it was... 5/16. Just over the patchable size, but they still got it done! Will take all my business here for tires and so should you!

Didnt have my tire wheel package ready for my appointment. I had to wait an additional day and then they installed the wrong TPMS sensors.

I made an appointment online for a time that was in 2 hours. I showed up and checked in while still in my car, was shown which bay to pull into and guided in. Then waited out front for about 15 minutes and they repaired my tire which had a nail in it and rebalanced my tires! The entire experience took less than 30 minutes! I generally have good experiences here but this was great with the new guidelines! Thanks!

Will not put air on my one tire because tire pressure was very low. I told them is brand new one tire and all i wanted was air in that one tire. But wouldnt do it! NOT going bacc!

My overall experience was really good.they did the job right and went by the proper factory specs for my new tires.Sales service was great,shop service was great,price for tires was average.of all the research I did on price,point, safety,quality,and hassle between walmart,les schwab,a random mexican shop,buying online on amazon and having random mexicans mount the tires,and costco I decided on discount tire bc the price was good and it wasnt a hassle.just save your time I did the research for you and go to discount tire.

Ordered tires and paid online. They had a bigger selection of tires for the car we needed them for. Aldroppednthe car off and they were very professional and quick. They finished service faster than we thought. Price was great as well.

Unless they change policy, Im not coming back. They arent requiring customers to wear masks! They ask and they provide but they still allow customers to stay in the lobby without protection. I saw 2 couples inside and the first they never even asked them to put them on. The second they asked but they refused. This is not acceptable!

So I had a tire sensor go bad. The guys replaced it but other 3 were acting up. So they replaced those for free. Then the sensor in spare still wouldnt let them program and tire was 14 years old. So they replaced that and sensor. All for free to get my truck right. Awsome people. Did not expect this. I feel blessed. They have a great selection, good prices and many of their manufacturer partners offer rebates when purchasing multiple tires. I had new tires installed there today and they were highly organized (different procedures due to required social distancing), very helpful and gave amazing customer service, as Ive come to expect from this company. 100% will continue to bring my car here for any tire-related services needed.

Been to a lot of different discount tire locations and this by far is one of my favorite locations. Sam was awesome, called and had to order the tires I wanted for both of my vehicles. Once they came in he called me right away to schedule my appointment, was in and out. Every one that works there is professional.

Incredible customer service and best prices! Richard is honest and more than fair, he totally changed my mind on them and Ill be going there for all my tire needs. The full story is.... I took our car to them and had new tires put on, but 3 of the 4 wheels were chipped/scratched during the difficult RFT install, unfortunately I did not notice the damage until I got home, so I planned on fixing it myself and chalked it up to going with the cheapest company. I was sent a survey and I was honest that the customer service was good(Richard even took the time to print off the rebates and go over them with me), but I would not recommend to a friend since the damage. After that I let it go, but about a week later I needed a deferent service(new TPMS) on some winter tires. I shopped around and discount tire was about half the price of all the local competition and since I didnt want to spend $500 to make the dash light go away I decided to go back to discount and I would just be sure to ask them not to damage the wheels this time. To my surprise when we got there Richard came out to help us and he brought up the survey from last time, so I elaborated on what happened and showed him some pictures of the damage. Richard apologized sincerely and wanted to make things right, so he did with a very reasonable solution and took the time to make sure everything went smoothly. The second time around the install was flawless, no damage, no tpms light and done in a timely manner. From now on I certainly will be recommending to everyone. Thanks, Richard! I truly hope you get to manage your own store someday since there is a large need for more places with excellent customer service.

Experience here at Discount Tire was great. Came in and discussed some different options for tires. Ended up settling on a pair that they did not have so they ordered them in for me. They said it would be 3 to 5 days it took 2. When they called I came in about 5 hours later to get my tires done. They guessed it would take about an hour and 40 minutes and that took a little bit longer but they were really busy. When I had shown up I asked them to change a tire that I had pulled off and not replace the full size spare I had on the vehicle. as I said it was a very busy day and they didnt realize or missed that note and took the tire off. unfortunately for them the tire was too old to remount so they ended up replacing it for me with a brand new to full size tire. All in all a good experience and I will be back to pick up my other two tires here in the future

Ordered up a set of rims from these guys on a Saturday. Was told monday they would call and let me know the approximate arrival time, no call. Call in a few days later and am told they will call me when they arrive... Two weeks later I show up wanting to know when they are going to be there because im mid way in a project waiting on something I was told would be in in roughly 4/5 days. Rims are on back order untill further notice and they couldnt even bother to tell me that off the bat. Complete waste of my time, did a refund and left. Im sure these guys do good work here but this was my experience.

Very friendly customer service from multiple of the employees there. They were super busy because of the weather coming, but things went very smooth. Highly recommend this place!

Ive bought quite a few tires from these guys. Sometimes its been a great experience and sometimes its not. Unfortunately this time it was not. I dont appreciate them just adding their road hazzard insurance to my order without even asking me. Then giving me a hard time when I told them I didnt want it and to take it off the order. Consumer reports recommends not buying it because it rarely pays off and is simply a money grab.

I needed one to be transferred from another store, & that was done over night, before I showed up.They didnt try to sell me stuff, or push any service. They did a few checks, told me the results & offered a general estimate if I would like them to do the service.Seeing I just dropped a grand on four tires, that was nice not to be asked or pressured for more money. Save for the tire insurance.The wait wasnt bad really, & the tech checked with me on my preference for tire pressure, as he handed me the keys.Follow up rotation & check was painless.Free tire rotations, but I havent pulled in to do any more. I should, so I can up date this. I am very happy with this company & the store overall. Great job.

Coming back to update a review I did a few months ago. I just came in for a tire rotation for the first time on my new tires. It was absolutely unbelievable, the crew that did my work was so well trained and efficient I was in and out within 30 minutes. They understand your day wasn’t meant to be spent sitting in there small show room unlike other tire companies in the area. The quality and precision the guys worked with just made me a discount tire guy through and through.

Takes forever to be helped. I was the first car that pulled in, then 4 cars pulled up after me. 3 of them were serviced before me and Im still waiting. Also I think its crazy how a 58$ tire ends up being 88$ after checkout. Definitely not coming here again.Edit: They saw how unhappy I was with my first visit and reached out to me and apologized. They offered to switch out another 1 of my other tires for free. I was treated very nicely the entire time I was there and was in and out within 15 mins! I appreciate the hospitality, and speed of service.
