Can’t attest to the quality of work when someone stands you up. Went and spoke face to face and let them see the car and get a feel for the exhaust work being done. Had a good feeling about it and heard plenty of good things so we set up a day and timeframe for me to drop the car off and pick up the next day. Left work early and had my wife leave work early to meet me at the shop on the drop off day to find no one there an hour before the posted closing time. Called a few times and never got a response from anyone until leaving a message on Facebook. Got a call back (while driving the 45 minutes back south on i5) with an apology and was asked if I could bring the car in another time. Against my better judgement I decided that mistakes happen and I’d give them another shot even after wasting my time. Tried to call the personal number back that I was given. Called twice with no answer, left a message on Facebook again with no answer. Business must be good if they’re blowing potential customers off.

Decided to call this shop to do work based off ratings. First call, said to call next week. Called next week (2nd call) and Scheduled me for the next week. Called next week to confirm drop off. Said he couldnt do work and call next week. Called next week and he said call next week. That was the last week I wanted to wait to be jacked around. Just tell me you cant do it. Wasted 4 weeks of my time.

You could not ask for two better people to be working on your!! Mike and Barry do amazing work, and they GENUINELY care about their customers!! You can shop around, but you wont find better prices or mechanics than they have right here at Mike Saders! Thanks you guys!!

This was my first time I’ve ever had to take any of my vehicles to a body shop! I was a mess of anxiety! I’ve always had someone in the family or someone I was dating do all the mechanic work! My front brakes out of nowhere just completely went out, but I knew there was something else going on! A friend referred me to Mikes, I spoke with Tony who gave me a quote that was half of what everyone was asking, I’ve heard really great stories about these guys and felt like I could trust them, tony was able to get me in the next day after speaking with him and said he’d call me if he finds any other issues besides the brakes! Well, he did! But still assured me that the vehicle would be done in a few hours once I gave the go ahead! About two hours later my vehicle was ready and I was super anxious to see how it drove! Let me tell you, my Jeep has been one of my biggest stresses this year! And I can proudly say, these guys have my business for good! My Jeep has never ran better then it does now! Being a single mom of 2 I can’t afford my car breaking down on me but tony once again reassured me that my vehicle is gonna last me quite awhile!!! Thank you guys for being amazing!!!

These guys are awesome. They did absolutely amazing. My exhaust and headers are perfect it sounds amazing. The service was amazing there super friendly and proud of the work they do. They are great people. I won’t go anywhere but here.

I never leave reviews but so glad I found out about this shop! Nice guys and really listen to what I thought was going on with my downpipe noise. They fixed the vibration quickly and no charge. Coming back whenever I need modifications done right!

Took my car here because I was tired of guessing what was wrong with it. They told me everything that needed to be done to get it running and were super quick about fixing it. It wasnt as expensive as I thought it was gonna be. The guy that we talked to, cant remember his name has a beard, was super nice and listened to everything that we knew to be wrong. They will continue to be the only place I take my cars to when needed repair. They also fixed my little brothers muffler for only 120 which was cheaper than going to some place else. Love them!

I use to always be afraid of getting over charged for car and truck repairs.A few years ago I shopped a couple of items around town and found Mike at American Automotive to be 30% less than others. So after a family friend said he was good I tried them. They delivery great service as well as great pricing. That hooked me for good. Now all my rides go to Mike.On another occasion I brought him a used car I bought without getting an inspection. Mike was honest enough to tell me it was not worth putting any money into it. He could have screwed me and done a few thousand in repairs,

The guys here are always great to be my daughter and gir lo friend. They have good prices. I do a fair amount of my own work on our vehicles so Im not completely unaware of car issues and these guys havent tried to RIP me off. Other shops tried to charge me 400 to do an alternator in Mazda that I could have done my self in 45 min but prior mechanic cross threaded the bolts and I couldnt get out. Mike Saders did it for around quarter of the other mechanics. Theyve done exhaust work and water pump and belts on my daughters car and I have been really happy.

Absolutely FABULOUS service. I had my car towed all the way from Bremerton to be repaired by this shop...Fred (mechanic) did an awesome job on my old car and had it done quick. I couldnt have gotten such GREAT service anywhere else!
