Andy was great and tried his best to keep me in the loop. Respectful about needs/ wants and didn’t force anything.

Andy welcomes you with a great attitude and an attentive ear regarding your issues. He accurately relays that to his mechanics who have been very personable. If there is any issue they look at your vehicle with you and resolve them. Overall a great place to go back to and get good work at a fair price. Ill continue to use them and make them my first call for repairs.

I paid almost 10K for repairs on my car. Almost 2 years later no work has been done and just today I found out someone smashed the back window , was living inside , and was scrapping parts.I’m a hardworking honest man and I just wanted my car fixed and they stole from me and my children, and consistently lied about work being done. I would never recommend anybody bring their car here

I was driving to work and my car kept dying. I called them and they were able to get me in that same day! I was shocked because it looked like they were busy. They called me a few hours later letting me know that it was the throttle body and that they could get the part from seattle and have my car done the same day. I was so happy with their quick and friendly service! Everyone there was very nice and very happy that my car got done in 1 day and I only had to miss 1 day of work. Highly recommend!! Good customer service. The best part of the service is that they have an excellent turnaround time. Unfortunately, that turnaround time comes at a very high price tag. I ended up paying double the cost for the part, and that before labor and taxes.

Had a new to me car safety inspection. Friendly as always. I’ve used their shop many times and have always had great service. They take the extra time to explain everything and never make me feel their talking down to me with my lack of auto knowledge.

I have always brought my vehicles to Apex. Always great service. I know my way around a car, and I know these guys arent selling services that arent needed. They dont do anything unless asked, and are always honest with you about whats needed and what the cost is. If nothing is needed for your car, they wont even charge you for taking a look at it. All around great guys. They are super busy a lot tho. So getting in may be a hassle.

This business is great. They are honest and very good. They got me in right away, gave me a call with a reasonable estimate and completed it on time. Very friendly and I will use them again as well as recommend them to friends.

Came in for an oil change but the gentleman found something else wrong with my vehicle that needed to be fixed. He showed me what was wrong and proceeded to fix it. I love that he checked my vehicle and let me know of the problem. The mechanic I went to a couple days prior didnt even let me know, so its awesome how the staff take their time to observe the vehicles of any other issues. 10+ stars! These are very honest people. My car had to get the pinion bearings and rear wheel bearings replaced. They got my engagement ring out of my car that had been stuck inside a hole in my cup holder for a year. They called and gave me updates every other day and they understood my deadline of when I needed it back. They are great and reliable. I will definitely be coming back for any future repairs :) ALSO while I was picking up my car they were helping a deaf man. It really made me happy that they were writing back and forth with paper , trying to fix his car. Its awesome seeing people help the impaired because of how often they do struggle to find someone who has the patience to help. Awesome team 👏

Apex was awesome! My appointment got lost in the system but they got me right in anyways! $60 and an hour later I have a fresh oil change. They included an additive in the oil which would help my cars performance free of charge and topped off my coolant which was running low. Will definitely be returning!

I work on my own stuff and when I need something done Id definitely go to this place very friendly and wont charge ya a arm and a leg to fix a bulb. Would recommend

A friend raved about this place and after being charged for work that I didnt need way too many times, I decided to try it. They empathized with my past experiences and took such good care of us. They are fast, efficient, reasonably priced and most of all, transparent. They didnt try to upsale me and made me feel reassured. The customer service here was fantastic! Theyre very straight forward with their pricing. I dropped my car off there. But couldnt find a ride up to the store. (Bad planning on my part. ) So they sent somebody to pick me up at my house so that I can pick up my car. Im very satisfied with my service here and I will definitely return with any repairs that I need.In case you all need specifics, I went in to replace my passenger side mirror on my car. It was finished within hours of dropping it off. Im unfortunately not good with names. But the lady that they sent to pick me up was very nice! Everybody I interacted with here way very nice.The only POTENTIAL inconvenience that you may run across is that they dont take checks as a form of Payment. (Theres a sign that clearly states this. )But that was not an issue for me! Thank you Apex!

I called Apex after my exhaust fell out of my truck due to rust damage that was existent when I got the vehicle. Apex managed to fit me in same day and despite having to bend several feet of pipe themselves their awesome mechanics had me back on the road in less than 4hrs. Called Andy, he took me in first thing the next day. He had my parts already in stock and got it done professionally! JJ did the welding and fitting of the pipes, and man, did he do a great job! His welds were not messy at all! Very clean and took it an extra step without charging me, he painted the pipes! Not only would I go back to Apex, I would recommend Apex to everyone I know! First sign of a great shop, tons of customers were coming in while I was waiting, quality was there, and Andy’s team was knocking out jobs quickly with awesome quality! I appreciate the great work done on my car. My car came out after a tune up running very smooth. Service was quick and the workers were friendly. Love how they knew me by name. I dont think I will ever go anywhere else. My only complaint would be that one of the customers that was in the facility was without a mask, but that is not their fault. Thank you Apex!!!

These guys really helped me out and went above and beyond to do so. I left my phone at home when I came in and needed to do a digital signature when I was picking up and they drove me home to get it. They also fixed up my engine problems in no time I would definitely recommend them.

This shop is top notch! I highly recommend anybody that needs repairs to check with Apex prior to getting work done by another shop.Ive had 3 different repairs done in the last year and every time they were very upfront about pricing, and once the parts arrived fairly efficient in fixing.I do strongly recommend calling in advance and setting up an appointment, because this shop seems to always be busy, so getting an apt early in the morning is one of the best ways to get the work done quickly.Also, if there were any questions regarding their work after the fact, they gladly looked at it again, and are even willing to show you the work in the shop, and assuming that theres nothing wrong they dont charge you for looking at it again.Specifically one time, a repair was a little off afterwards, and immediately upon seeing it the shop fixed the problem with no additional charge.I dont think Ive ever seen this level of honesty and transparency from a shop before, and I love it!

I took my truck in to do a gas filter change. I also wanted them to perform other work on it. So I left everything I purchased to get installed inside it. When they started working on it they couldn’t find the other things I left inside to get installed. Which I found odd cause I had left everything inside. When I go pick up my truck I realized things had gone missing. So someone broke into my truck while it was at their shop. They said they would cover the things that went missing. It was before Christmas and New Years. They still haven’t covered anything. Or contacted me as they said they would after they reviewed their footage

Apex was one of several places that I called last minute at the end of a business day with an emergency situation. They were the only ones who were nice to me, which meant a whole lot in todays circumstances where everything we do is made harder anyway.Since there loaner wasnt available they paid for me to rent a car while mine was in the shop, had my car towed even though it was after hours, and remained polite even though my husband and I called all of the time for updates..............Editing with an update: the receipt noted that the brakes were soft after the repair oh, so I drove with my children in it for an entire week before realizing soft brake meant the brakes had been bled wrong and there was air in the line!

Took my vehicle here for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. I brought it there thinking I should have some preventive repairs done but they called me back and told me neither was needed. I also had them do some brake work and replace a serpentine belt and pulley while there.I very much appreciated their honesty for the work my vehicle did not need. The did quality work and communicated very well. Im going to have them do a lift for me next!!Thanks for being a trustworthy shop!!!

I received an alignment that should have never been performed. I was told that they did ask they could but couldnt get it dead center. I have been driving my car and my tires are shredded and Ive almost crashed due to hydroplaning in the rain because my car was pulling two different directions. It would have been nice to not have paid and been told to address the other problem, and then came back to address the alignment problem. But I paid and I have to do this all over again. They were nice to me, but the service I received was not worth my money.

This shop was days behind schedule and finally got to my car 3 days after promised. The labor charges were about 2X as much as other shops, but since I had my car towed there, I had little choice other than to have it towed somewhere else. They overcharged me and there wasnt much I could do. Id avoid this shop - not a good business

Diagnosed quickly and repaired in a timely manner at a reasonable price.

First time using them service reps where nice answered all of my questions fixed everything in a reasonable amount of time considering how busy they are, nice job !

Two weeks later and they still havent touched my car. Cant get a call from them, cant get a straight answer. Poor communication.

Did a good job with alignment. Wouldnt recommend for lifted trucks though as they align to stock specs like most other shops which wasnt what I was looking for. Also beware if your getting your car cleaned by the shop. I saw two young guys and a girl that were hanging out/washing the vehicles smacking the vehicles with a rag to get water off. No respect to the vehicles at all.

RE. The Wifes Cream Puff Jag.Two other shops charged me a total of $380 for the two identical diagnosis. We went to these shops because they were close-by. Price quoted was 6K.Apex had treated us well in the past so sought a third opinion. $80 later they assured me that they Jag had been misdiagnosed TWICE. Apparently I didnt need that Entire Steering Assembly to the tune of $3,500 parts only. Two days later the brakes, struts, AC, alternator, alignment etc. all done and the car handles like a new carYah...saved me 4 Grand! Lance and the crew were outstanding, polite and professional.Please quote me.

A little more expensive than my other quotes, but fit me in on a Saturday with less than a days notice.. Very communicative. The mechanic walked me back, got me under my truck and explained exactly why it would cost more and made sure it was a solid installation.

Made an appointment only to not get any work done. This is one of the worse auto shops hands down! Dont make appointments if you cant follow through!!

I came here today with little hope that everything I asked for would be done. It was mid day and they pulled strings to guarantee I could leave that day before 6 with new brakes, no appointment. These guys are awesome. Definitely earned the 5 stars.

I called another shop on meridian and they quoted me over $600 to have my water pump fixed. Well lets just say I received an oil change.They also tightened up my side step rocker bar, due to offloading I broke some bolts. They also replaced the plastic housing cheaper then the other place. Needless to say Apex and staff that I dealt with rock! And due or the service I received and how I dropped my jeep off at 1pm and had it out by 6pm... You have a earned my respect and you will be the shop that my jeep #RackAttack_2k14 will be going to for future engine issues. My sister recently had a towing hitch put on her van at this shop.They (Lance) told her it was going to be a $150 job (paying for labor only since she already had the parts) and relatively quick, like an hour or two. She had to keep calling and checking back on the status of the job and didn’t get her van back for over 24 hours. Then they charged her around $300. (In fairness, she called some other places and learned that $250-300 is the typical cost for that job.)Unfortunately:1- They misrepresented the investment in time and money to begin with. She didn’t need the hitch that much and wouldn’t have done it if they had been clear and up front about the investment. And they should have been. Surely the guy knew there was at least a probability that it wasn’t going to be a $150 job. Lesson learned: She will make sure to get estimates in writing from auto shops in the future. But also, should you HAVE to do that??2- They were defensive and condescending when she asked why the price and time were higher than estimated. They were completely unapologetic about the misquote. When she asked if she could see what they’d done, Lance told her she’d have to climb under the van if she wanted to see it—in spite of the fact that she is visibly NINE MONTHS PREGNANT.I feel like they took advantage of her, if not because she is a woman then because she clearly didn’t understand the technicalities and was relying on them in good faith. Pretty lame.

Showed up for my appointment, they asked what i was there for, told them and they asked if i was dropping my car off. I said no we discussed this when i made the appointment. They said oh... well the guy is out sick today, someone shouldve called youThey never called me and only offered to reschedule the next day, i took the day off work and made special arrangements to have this done with a designated appointment. The least they couldve done was call me to cancel or reschedule instead of wasting my time and having me show up to find out. Not professional.

We brought our daughters vehicle in for some major repairs. We got a good deal for the vehicle, yet it needed a major brake job as well as some misc work. I simply didnt have the time to work on the vehicle because of my work schedule, and my daughter needed it back ASAP for school. The fine folks at Apex Auto Repair did a thorough job in diagnosing what need to be done to make the vehicle safe for my daughter to drive again. They remained in communication with us and were even pleasant when we added more items to their plate to fix. Owning a vehicle comes with the cost of minor and major repairs. Though I hate paying for vehicle repairs, I am more than happy to pay the team at Apex Auto Repair. I get my moneys worth in the work that is done and the satisfaction knowing that my family will be safe. Thanks Apex Auto Repair!

Andy the owner Assaulted me when I came into their shop to have some papers signed. He came in the shop from behind me kicked me injured my back! The company I worked for dropped them as a Customer and I reported the assault. They never once made an effort to apologize, not him his wife or the counter girl who also witnessed it. Two of his mechanics came and told me they left his shop because of that and other unethical business he runs. Andy will cut cost to save himself money so if your vehicle needs certain oil or fueled trust me your rig didn’t get it!

The guys here are so awesome, I have never been treated so nicely at a shop before, their customer service is more than 5 stars. I called around for pricing on replacing and programming my power steering pump and they had everyone beat by far! They went above and beyond for me when they hit a snag in my car being a pain. In total from what the dealership was gonna charge me I ended up saving around 1400$. Im only coming here from now on and recommending them to anyone who needs any work done.

I just picked up my jeep after having Apex work on several things from my heater core, to a front and brake job, to putting in a speaker of my TJ. Brakes on my Cadillac started grinding 2 days ago, called other places and one of them wanted nearly 600 dollars to do the fronts.. Called Apex and they quoted me 130 for pads and resurfacing, but I knew the rotors were bad, so i had purchased them earlier...Rotors were under spec, they got me in and out very quickly for a very good price... I will be taking my vehicle there from now on...Great shop, great people, great service....

Had Marcello do a custom exhaust on my 2017 Tundra. He made sure I could see all the work he did under the car before bringing it down off the lift. It is very clean. He asked me the right questions before suggesting the perfect combination of throaty noise with no freeway drone. The flowmaster 50 dual in dual out with some nice matte black tips, looks and sounds amazing. I highly recommend this shop for custom exhaust work.

They had my car for 11days for a fuel pump also I had to keep it touch for information on my car they never called me to give me information on my car I dont think its far to pay $916.00 dollars. Also they told me my car would be ready on Monday of April 20 wasnt ready tell Tuesday afternoon. I had a bad experience I would recommend if you have a BMW please go somewhere else specialists in European vehicles.

Andy runs a great shop, and the crew take good care of me. Very knowledgeable I have yet to hit a problem with two different vehicles and some fairly extensive work that they have not been able to hand. Highly recommended. A bit out of the way, I drive down from Federal Way Milton area but worth it!

These people are scammers. We took our car in for an oil change and they performed and charged us for services we did not agree too.They also have a hefty diagnostic fee they don’t warn you about. And they told us we had several “problems” with our car. We decided to get a second opinion at Les Schwab and we’re relieved to hear none of those problems actually existed in our vehicle.
