On Monday, August 9, 2021, I had a flat tire and my insurance company, State Farm, Tyler Fahrenbruch, Pueblo West, CO, took over and had Waynes Towing to my vehicles location within 30 minutes. Jason, who did the heavy lifting, called me every step of the way, their web site even has a map that shows where your person is so you know how soon they will be there. Jason, who deserves a raise and a vacation on a beach somewhere, was friendly, competent, fast and had me on the road in under thirty minutes. Between Tyler at State Farm and Jason at Waynes Towing, my horrible Monday was made so much better and gave me hope in the way some people do business. Hats off!

I just had my car towed by them and they were amazing! Super nice and professional. My battery died and I was unable to move it and open it due to the make and model and unable to open it. They towed it with no problem in severe weather conditions. Definitely went above and beyond to help us. They opened my door for me to get in my car and even tried to recharge my batter. Would definitely use again anytime i need a tow. Super reasonable prices. Highly recommend Waynes towing!!!

They were super helpful when Geico had them tow my broken down vehicle to the wrong dealer . They dealt with Geico for me and got the vehicle to the right dealer with no out of pocket expense I would definitely use them again ! Will definitely be recommending them to other! Today I was having an issue with my car overheating. I tried calling 2 different tow companies and was told either an hour and a half ETA or no drivers available. Then I called Waynes. They got all my information and told me a tow truck would be there 30 minutes. The driver, Johnathan, arrived in about 25 minutes! He was super nice and professional. I was able to get my vehicle towed to the shop with no problems. I really appreciated how helpful and courteous everyone at Waynes was especially the driver, Johnathan. Hes awesome! Waynes towning will now the first place I call if I ever need a tow again.

My 35’ diesel pusher blew out a heater hose and lost all the radiator coolant about 25 miles south of Pueblo. They got to me a lot sooner than expected and put it on a low boy trailer and to a repair shop very fast. Mike was super nice and took a lot of the stress from this situation away. Highly recommend Wayne’s Towing.

They we fast at responding to the needed tow... but the driver asked my son about selling his freshly broken down car, which felt predatory and gave me a tight feeling in chest. I would use them again, but not as my 1st choice.

My transmission went out just south of Colorado City on a Sunday evening. Luckily I have roadside assistance with my insurance. The tow truck driver was super professional and really nice and it was his evening off and came to not only get us but tow us back to Colorado Springs. We were 70 miles from home after driving almost 300 miles that and exhausted. I dont live in Pueblo but if ever did and had to use a tow truck company I recommend them 100%

Towed my vehicle to a shop that had broken down while on the road traveling. The driver communicated well on when he would get there and I didnt have to wait too long. He was very nice, which was helpful for the stressful situation.

THE BEST TOWING COMPANY! Our tire came off our boat trailer this past weekend we called 3 other towing companies (One which was **Toms Towing which I WOULD AVOID**. They are rude and hung up on us, never called back or answered our calls after we told them of our problem.). Waynes came to our rescue (out in Ordway, east of Pueblo) and were careful, efficient, friendly and professional! I HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend WAYNES TOWING!!!

I got stuck all the way out at the far end of the Res and one of the employees was there in 30 mins, hooked my car up, ajd had it on the truck in minutes. He also took into consideration that my car is very low profile and did something with the bed of the truck to accommodate that!!! So impressed with this company! Thank you!

Quick easy professional and cheap what more could you ask for

This review is on when my motor home was towed the second time from a place of safety to the repair shop. I live two hours from Pueblo and thought I could trust having my motor home moved, it is roughly a 10 minute drive from the place of safety (large homeless population there) to the shop. Now observing just how quickly connecting and unhooking the process was at most it would have taken about 30 minutes total time to get the job done. Again I live out of town and had put my trust in this company after my experience with the original person I had met. He was home bound by COVID-19 so he was unable to do the job.I was charged 1 1/2 hours for the tow, at first I paid the bill, then later I had to think about the entire process, after being told by the repair shop that parts were missing from the engine it now made sense as to why I was charged for the extra hour. Ill have to drive down to Pueblo to see what else is now missing from my motor home since I did not observe any type of unusual damage to the doors to see if it was broke into. If there are more items missing Ill have to see what my options are about this tow service.There are times I wished I could give zero stars.

Called for a tow. Guy went on and on about how I shouldn’t call another tow truck because they hate it it when people ditch them at the last min for a faster tow truck company. We waited 45 min in the freezing cold and then got a call that they were ditching US for another tow. Drive right past our car on the side of the road. We needed to be towed about a mile. If you want a company that cares about you, don’t call Wayne’s!

I was stranded on I-25 south and these guys were my only hope of getting home. Leo towed my car and myself back to Denver in poor road conditions and I cannot thank them enough. Went above and beyond and took awesome care of my car and myself!

One of the best towing companies in Pueblo! Im not sure of the name of the guy, but when my car ended up in a ditch out in county I needed a wrecker to get it out and the guy they sent was really gentle with getting my car out and didnt do any damage.

Called to have a forklift removed from a semi trailer, Waynes towing showed up on my less than 30 minutes and had the forklift on the ground within 10 minutes of arrival. Reasonable rates too! Saved me tons of hassle.

A vehicle breakdown on July 4th had me calling Waynes. This call was the second time Ive used Waynes. Both times, the same tow truck operator showed up. The operator provided excellent customer service with his fast, friendly, and professional demeanor.

We were stranded somewhere in the middle of nowhere traveling through Denver! These guys jumped into action and got us picked up and accommodated my wife, my 2 year old daughter and myself in their tow truck! Got us to the shop and even helped us transferring our luggage! thank y’all for bailing us out of the heat and the dang bugs! God bless!!

I called around for a couple days for tow prices.. Ended up trying waynes out today, seemed to be a decent price at the time of day i called in. gentleman i spoke with was very friendly and helpful. Explained to me in detail the questions i asked. was mid afternoon 2:50pm, thankfully they had enough tow trucks get me scheduled in the same day. set time for 4pm, he told me that mostly the driver will be there 3:15-3:30. as he said driver was at my residence by 3:15, had my car loaded in about 5 minutes on my way get my car fixed. i was empressed by how quick i got my tow.. and tow driver was also very friendly. so wanted to review their service and pass the word along. :)

My car was a stolen recovery, not only was I violated by my car being stolen for a week, then the police department violated me by not calling MY phone number to tell me it was found before it was towed, then I call Waynes to find out how much I have to pay to retrieve my car, guy on the phone (which was a nice gentleman) says I dont have the paperwork in front of me but usually runs $90-140 depending on what had to be done and I wont charge storage since it is Saturday but will start starting Monday I go Tuesday to retrieve my car not even a complete 4 days after it is recovered (2 of which I wasnt supposed to be charged storage)and the lady says I have to pay $380!!! Didnt you receive my letter? she asks... Ummm, of course not, its only Tuesday and you got my car on a Saturday! My car is completely trashed because of the thieves (she couldnt even find it at first because it was spray painted) and I am STILL waiting to receive this letter that was sent to me and NO ONE at this company has provided me with ANY type of breakdown or bill as to why I owe $380 (Im sure is more by now) to get my car back other than her as far as Im concerned but she was quick to get my ID, registration and title copied. She was kind enough to suggest that I could just sign the title over to them if I didnt want to get my car back.

We had an unexpected event in Pueblo, and had to use the resources of Waynes Towing. I have to say, Mike, Aleta, and the entire crew at Waynes towing were professional, fair, and EXCELLENT to work with. I am certain if we EVER need a tow in Southern Colorado, we will be calling on this professional team! They are the best.

Told me one price over the phone then add $65 more when pulled up. The driver was a very rude and unprofessional. Said he was not going to be liable if he destroyed the front end of my van. Very bad attitude and treated my with great contempt. So I told him forget it and called Toms who was very friendly and cost less.

Unfortunately Waynes Towing left us high and dry. We were stranded on Hwy 50, wintertime, in a vehicle with a dead alternator. This means no light, no HEAT, nothing. We were in an area with exceptionally poor cell phone service. I was able to get my call through to USAA for our Roadside Recovery service, and enough of our call finally got through for them to issue a tow to us. We received their (USAAs) confirmation text that help was on the way. No calls were coming through to us, no more texts would be delivered.We waited for well over an hour and a half in the freezing cold. At this point, my husband, a disabled veteran, walked a significant distance in the dark/cold to get cell reception. Thats when we found out that Waynes had took matters into their own hands and cancelled our tow.At that point, we handled the situation, which involved having friends drive an hour and a half (one way) to come and get us. We drove down the next morning, and used a new battery to get our truck home.The point here is that despite USAA having enough information to authorize (AND PAY FOR) the tow, Waynes Towing didnt care enough to come and get us on a cold winter night. The next day, there was a text on my phone from the driver asking for us to call him - Hardly helpful. This is rural Colorado, cell phones dont always work.Thanks to Waynes, its Wednesday and my husbands knees are still recovering from his trek to get cell service. :(

This is the most unprofessional business in Pueblo Colorado or the State of Colorado period hands down if you need a tow do not call this place! They told me they would be there at 830 after a hour and 15 minutes no show no call when I called them to find out they kept saying 15 minutes every time I called back when they did not show up. Message to Wanye if he reads this you have shity employees and the only reason you have a business with people like that is because buying a tow truck or two and some one always needs a tow kinda like cutting hair only you have to have a skill set to cut hair unlike your employees. I will be doing more reviews of your company on all of my accounts

My truck was stolen and towed there..even after they made contact with me...they still charged all these outrageous fees...and then when I showed up to get my truck..the lady went back on her word and wanted different documents and then wanted an extra $65.00 for 5min past 5:00...the tow fees are outrageous as it is...and I was already a victim of it being stolen...and now this! I will NEVER recommend them ever!!

Truck driver almost killed my wife and I the truck smelled of marijuana driver was apparently high trying to move my vehicle with the tow cable still attached and with tension on it he was so high he thought his headlights reflecting in the road was a deer standing in the road after I confronted the owner about this supposedly the driver was let go after calling to speak with them about possible damage done to my vehicle Sam answered my phone call decided he wanted to hang up on me I strongly recommend using any other Wrecker Service in the area maybe they decide to drug test their drivers so they dont kill their passengers or damage property.Update 7/17. Vehicle broke down. During a very stressful time truck driver was very unprofessional cracking jokes and had to give him direction 10 times and it still took him almost an hour and a half to find my car. Called me 10 times wanting to know if company called to make sure he picked up the car. And also the drive that practically killed me and my wife is still working there.WAYNES DOESNT DRUG TEST THEIR EMPLOYEES. YOUR PROPERTY WILL BE DAMAGED. DRIVER WILL PROBABLY BE HIGH.
