Understanding people to deal with

My pickup broke down on a Saturday and I ended up calling these guys. The truck arrived reasonably quickly and the driver was experienced and knew what he was doing. I havent had a vehicle towed in a couple years but last time I did it only cost $50 to have it towed out to Pueblo West and these guys charged $75 for 3 or 4 miles so it seems a bit steep. The towing service I used previously was a different one that was friends with the mechanic I was using at the time so maybe he gave a discount or maybe there are other factors at play for why this tow was more expensive. I suppose its worth it for the level of service and experience.

Called the owner asked a simple question and got yelled at. Very unprofessional and rude.
