Place was awesome. Setup an appointment with me the next day showed up,not only on time but a bit early,and got me taken care of. Didnt take up much time and was reasonably priced. The driver helping me was Austin and he was very helpful and professional.

This business is one of BEST I’ve had the pleasure of doing business with. The driver, Michael, was very conscientious. Called when he thought he may be a little late. Didn’t have the opportunity to meet Ralph. This towing company ended up having to tow my pickup twice(because the first Ford Dealership was too busy) & my camper trailer once. The Office Manager, Sandi, was “ABSOLUTELY” the BEST!! It was a pleasure to deal with her. She was so bubbly & cordial. Also, it needs to be mentioned the first tow was on a weekend & holiday(1/1/21). There was no extra charge. The towing fee was very reasonable. I have nothing but the highest & best compliments for this Towing business. I highly recommend them

Almost got ran off the road by one of the drivers in a flatbed while they were going through a public city park, this is a place where families and kids play, with the posted speed limit of 20 miles an hour, your drivers are not emergency service vehicles, and there’s no need to push people out of the way with their lights on in a public park where they’re endangering other lives. This is very unprofessional, and I will highly discourage anybody from using a service, that their drivers are going to endanger other lives while going to the claim vehicle. Hopefully you guys take this post serious, because a kid could’ve ran out into the road and easily lost their life today.

My car was stolen about three months ago the tow company didn’t tell me that they found my car and charge me about $700 worth of fees and said that I had no other option for my car. Even though I wasn’t the one who told them to tow it nor did anybody give me information that my car was found therefore they held it for 30 days just to charge me more money!

He was very polite and very apologetic he helped us it was great

Last Sunday I needed a tow after having truck troubles along I-25. After calling one local towing company and getting a message machine (they never called back) I called Discount and talked to someone immediately. They quoted me a fair price and dispatched a driver as soon as possible. Mike showed up faster than expected and he was very professional and thorough and took great care to make sure my truck was carefully loaded on his hauler for the trip back to Pueblo. Highly recommend these guys and especially Mike!

If you choose to use this towing company and a guy named Kevin shows up, just start pushing your vehicle down the road yourself. This individual is as unprofessional as i have ever witnessed. His disrespectful attitude was only outclassed by the smell of alcohol on his breath. He should not have been allowed to operate that towtruck.

Had my s10 towed today (broken control arm in front). OMG Mike was amazing at getting the truck up on the bed with no damage and was even better and getting it back off into our garage (which is a crazy situation in our alley). Highly Recommend!!!!!!!

Called them for a tow when my vehicles tire came off the bead. They first told me they had a 1 1/2 wait I said ok no problem thats understandable given the weather conditions and im sure they had others before me so that was fine. What wasnt fine was the driver called me back and said they dont take card... Ok well I guess ill have to stop at an ATM because I dont carry cash. He then said ugh I dont think I can do that.... So after talking to somone he called back and said again ok ill be on my way soon. Ok so waited all longer to get a phone call from him saying sorry not coming I have an emergency... Well im stuck in the middle of the road in the snow cars passing and I can get out of the road isnt this an emergency and didnt I call you an hour ago... He saod sorry this emergency is more important and hung up. Absolutely the worst. Well good news is theres another company called A to Z towning and he helped me out faster and at a cheaper price call them not this company.
