Had my house service three times in the past three months with no results, we continue to have issues with bugs when I called for them to come out and take care of the issue the owner was very disrespectful and told me there is nothing they can do and they would not give me my money back and I asked him if this is your customer service and his response is I’m the owner and that’s my customer service I asked for a refund so I can get another company to come out and he would not give it to me this is a new build so there was no prior problem with bugs. Would not recommend this company for a few reason their customer service is horrible and their product is way below under par!

The owner Frank is a top-notch guy thats not only courteous but thorough and knowledgeable also!

Jesse came today to rid me if an infestation of scorpions, spiders and other critters. I love on the river and am petrified of scorpions. Who isnt? Jesse was so very kind and thorough and so conscientious of my home. Hes such a kind young man. This was 2 yrs ago but still relevant to me. My landlady has my place exterminated every 2 yrs i am in hopes that my experience is better this time.Anyway my experience last time was somewhat annoying do to the fact that that the bug man wasnt careful with his spray nozzle touching my drapes which I thought was tied up high enough so he could spray around the windows and my wall hanging which also pinned up and out of the way or so I thought. Yes I know its not supposed to be harmful but it is a chemical non the less. The job was good and thorough . I just ask that you please be careful and attentive please and thank you .

Our apartment complex uses The Bugman Pest Control Services to spray the apartments and Jesse has always done an amazing job. Hes always working so hard to get any bug issue taken care of here and has always been friendly and genuine. I would recommend again and again!

Ok. So i see this truck.. It has the bug man printed on the side. He almost runs my wife off the road then swerves back into another lane almost knocking an elderly lady off the road. Im assuming this driver was drunk bc it did not stop. He stayed in the middle of the lanes the remainder of his drive while I was behind him. Dangerous guy .. Definitely needs to be sobered up and set straight. I hope he isnt the company owner!

I called the service and George called back and left a message. I returned the call and he said he never called me. He said he would come on Monday at 1:00. On Monday at 12:30 I got a call from him saying he was not coming and that he NEVER called me. I went to the boss and played the recorded message I had saved and told him I took time off work. He just said that he could send me someone else. Not if thats the way you do business!

They were okay. When they showed up, there was someone outside already spraying. I really would have liked to have letmy dog out before they started, and also looked at the chemical list. It was supposed to be a consultation visit. The chemicals turned out to be okay, but my dog couldnt go out for 3 hours. Price was average.

They do a great job always on time and priced reasonable.

Live in remote Colorado and couldnt get anyone to answer my calls or email . The Bugman answered my call and all my questions and were very professional. Kurt was extremely patient with my many questions and did a wonderful job. Very friendly and professional.

Watched one of them in a dark blue tundra speeding up i25 cutting people off driving like a maniac. Would not recommend.

If I could give 10 stars I would!! I needed my house sprayed asap, I was scheduled the next day by Jesse.. He came out to my newly built house and sprayed every crevice possible.. Im such a city girl when it comes to bugs and Jesse assured me my house was sprayed throughly.. I have yet to see any bugs or critters.. Thank you Jesse for going above and beyond.. You have my continued business!!

THIEVES THAT WILL ROB YOU!These people stole my grandfathers watch while they sprayed my house. I called, they denied it could have been them. They are the only people that had been in my house, I know exactly where the watch was, and I have never seen it again. The job was ok, but they are thieves, so watch your things if you choose to have them spray your house. I never will again, the police were involved, the watch was never found. Unreplaceable.😥😭

I will NEVER use this company again!! When they owed me money they were ver rude and unprofessional to me on yhe phone. They gave me the run around about who i needed to talk to. When they told me they had my money to go get it, they wouldnt answer their door. Needless to say they are thieves, liers, and very unprofessional when dealing with their customers. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

Horrible! The man that answered the phone might as well have been a used car salesman. talked a great game. when kirt (get a hair cut) showed up he also talked a good game did a 10 minute spray talked some more and left. problem never went away. when i called back no answer so i left a message. 2 days go by and no response. called again talked to Paul (used car salesman) promised a quick response. 3 days later i called Country Quality. they showed up and actually did what they said. funny part is there was 2 of them and they spent more time here then kirt did.
