I have been receiving exceptional instruction for a year plus by Charlene Causey. I take Barre for the muscle toning, strength, flexibility and stretching. It has helped my balance tremendously, as it was very challenged when I started her class. Her routines help stimulate my memory, a real need for me at 65 years. My posture has improved, my weight has become less of a challenge and my arthritis has disappeared. The class is fun, with a barre routine, weighted exercises and abdominal work. Stretching is inserted throughout the class. I have also learned new recipes, information on essential oils and participated in strengthening challenges. I can honestly say I am more fit than I was 5 years ago! I highly recommend this class.
