Great customer service! I work out of town and come to Pueblo once a month and need a good gym to workout that accepts day passes. Called and was able to get in and was shown around. Equipment is clean and guests wipe Equipment they have used down. Very respectful crowd and employees. I found my gym away from home!

You will not find a better gym with a even better price, ive been coming here for 2 years and the staff has always been top notch and keeping the facility clean around the clock, ive been to most of the big gyms in pueblo and none can hold a candle to eagleridge fitness. Glad it exists so I dont have to bounce around gyms because of unclean environments or bad staff, real diamond in the rough.

This gym advertised a personal weight loss program/competition via Facebook in which I signed up. It was advertised as a personal weight loss program with a trainer three days a week and nutrition plan for $16 a week. After visiting the facility and signing up with a front desk employee. When it came to ”weigh ins” it was something completely different. There was over 100 people waiting for what they signed up for, only to be told that they can work out on their own. Basically a scam, sold me a “membership” for triple a membership price. Called to get this resolved and still haven’t received any correspondence from anyone. I expect writing a review will finally get someone’s attention so I can get my money refunded. Poor attempt to increase your business!

Wonderful place great gym friendly staff just a great place to be

Gym was great at first. During the pandemic they have been consistently low radar with certain contract obligations. Didnt lie however was not entirely forthcoming with information.

I like their gym better than PF. I wish they had some more up to date ellipticals though

One of the nicest fitness centers that I have ever been in everything is very nice up-to-date equipment up-to-date on everything in the whole Center very high-end free weights and elliptical machines cardiovascular equipment everything youd expect in a Fitness Center. Plenty of parking and very fair price to compared to most places this place blows every place that Ive been to in Pueblo away

It was smelly and owners plus some of the staff was laughing at people working out. Maybe they need more customer relationship training.

The staff is so friendly and helpful. Compared to other gyms in the city its always clean and never over crowded.

Went to Eagleridge for about 2 years while i was living in Pueblo. In my opinion it’s the best gym in Pueblo. They have everything you need for any type of workouts. The staff there are awesome and do a good job running this facility. There is also 24 hr access which is awesome for someone with a busy schedule. I would highly recommend this gym for anyone in Pueblo, even if you are just doing a day pass.

Best gym in Pueblo. I like to workout before work, so the 24hr access is the most important benefit for me. They have tons of equipment, and several cardio machines. The people and environment are great as well.

After being a member of Eagleridge Fitness, I highly recommend joining. Owner, James is outstanding! Staff is great and prices are fantastic! Since I moved I wish Eagleridge would open a gym in NM because I would join without hesitation! Cleanest and friendliest gym I have ever been to and I have been to many. Great classes offered daily that are free with membership. Instructors are awesome! Large variety of equipment broken up into muscle group areas/rooms. They have a separate womens only area. And they have a dry sauna in each locker room!

Awesome gym with extremely friendly staff. To my knowledge a couple of pro bodybuilders use this gym. Along with some just really big dudes in general. But everybody is really nice and its definitely female friendly. Ask someone for advice and youll be there all night! Only reason it gets four stars is because my sign-up fees were so high yet they always have deals that waive that same fee. Also, they refused to honor my student discount. But at $25 a month I understand that they have to make a living.

Be wary of this gym, they sign you up for a recurring membership. And like to put in Collections for double, to almost triple the amount of what they first claim. Save your time and money.

Cool old-school style gym. Multiple different areas to train in different capacities. The broken up floor plan makes it feel like a small gym, but with all the equipment of a large gym.All the equipment seemed to be in working order, with plenty of dumbbells and plates.Very clean, and the owner was very friendly.Guest pass for a week was $50

I love this gym!!!!Everyone is super nice. The equipment is clean and updated and the owner is a really friendly guy. Personal training is fab!!! Ask for Tayler, he is awesome except he needs to shave off his beard!

They are in a great location. Open 24 hours with membership, they also have a stand up tanning booth and a dry sauna. Staff here are very knowledgeable and helpful. Clean and doesnt smell like sweat even though you can work up a good one.

This is a very well run gym. Everything is always kept clean and maintained and they have a great selection of exercise equipment, knowledgeable and friendly staff, and various optional exercise programs. Wireless keys are available to enable the use of the facility 24-7 when there is no staff there. The only downside if there is one, is that it does stay fairly busy throughout the entire day, otherwise I have no complaints!

I know of two hardworking people that joined this gym and was talked into signing up for personal training. The owners acted like they cared about people just trying to get healthy on a fair price. They unprofessionally explained the contract locking them in a rollover contract that they thought would end after just a few months. When they thought the contract was over they got multiple calls only about payment with no explanation as to why they were asking for hundreds of dollars. When confronted they simply stated I dont have to tell you what the contract says after signing. They have designed their contract and tactics to trap innocent hardworking individuals and snag them in an over expensive contract. DONT SIGN A CONTRACT! They dont care about the hardworking citizens of Pueblo. Unprofessional and will never be recommended by me or my friends and family.

I was at this gym for 7 years. James the owner, he is awesome. Always make you feel welcome and is very helpful. Also is open to suggestions and if he does not have a machine you want he will look into getting it. All levels of fitness here from competors to casual gym goers. Memberships rates are cheapest in pueblo for what you get and they also include a bunch of classes.

This gym has every imaginable piece of equipment to guarantee a great workout every time. As such, you can diversify your workout to keep things fresh. The layout is logical and spacious. There is something for everyone at this facility - heavy weights, light weights, group classes, cardio machines, squat racks (3 to be exact), an aerobic room, Cross fit, Yoga....and the list goes on and on. There hasnt been anything Ive needed/wanted that they didnt have. Quality equipment that is well maintained. Clean. Friendly staff who take pride in calling members by name and getting to know their patrons. Highly recommended and I dare say the best gym in town.

I travel for work months at a time. My experience was the same as the other 1 star review. Sad....very cheap and tacky. And just comes off as either them trying to get a few extra bucks or very misinformed employees. Either way will be using a different gym next time I work in Pueblo.

Decent gym. Older equipment. Some of the pin selection machines the weights stick which is annoying. Doesnt have a pool or a racquetball court. I actually pay for 2 gym memberships. I love how they are 24-7 now. Its about time.

Do not go here, There yearly contract will cost you if you forget to pay it. They will take you to court and get roughly 3 x the value of the membership.

This gym uses a 3rd party billing system that is a total joke, told the guy on the phone months befor i did not want my memebership to renew and, well they did any ways. They have to have a letter 30 days prior to canceling a memeber ship to a gym. Hey BRO its just a gym... youll get your stupid lettter only cause your crooks and will contune to bill some one who told you that he does not want to come to your faclity any more. Cena- i hope you get this and can fix what you have going there, your employees customer service is a joke.
